Moon darkening is sign mentioned in Matthew 24: 29 before Rapture in Matthew 24:30-31.
So if moon darkening sign is not fulfilled at sixth seal which means that Rapture cannot take place at sixth seal.
Moon darkening sign is fulfilled at Fourth Trumpet before Rapture at seventh Trumpet.
According to sixth seal Rapture believers, the company of saints mentioned in Rev 7:9-14 are Raptured Christians.
It is wrong. Carefully study Rev 7:9
Revelation:7.9
After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,
In western Christian art, martyrs were often shown holding a palm frond as an attribute, representing the victory of spirit over flesh, and it was widely believed that a picture of a palm on a tomb meant that a martyr was buried there.
See the link below which depicts gallery of martyres holding palm branches. You will be shocked to see that.
antichrist will be given authority over every tribe, tongue and nation.( Rev 13:7). He kill Christians from every nation, tongue and tribe during great tribulation ( Rev 13:5) These company of martyres with palm branches is gathered up in Rev 7:9. They come out from great tribulation which is reigned by antichrist ( Rev 7:14).
3. No Trumpet– In sixth seal opening, there is no mention of trumpet.
Trumpet is connected to Rapture. ( 1 Thess 4:16, Matthew 24:31, 1 Cor 15:52)
4. Number 6- Numbers in Bible communicate significant messages.
Sixth seal has number 6.
Number 6 depicts imperfection, weakness and sin of man.
Man was created on sixth day.
Number 6 depicts corruptible sin nature of man as man falls short of Glory of God.
666 depicts mark of beast.
At Rapture , our corruptible sin nature( depicted by Number 6) will be removed and we will be perfected.(1 Cor 15:52-53)
Perfection is depicted by Number 7.
At Seventh Trumpet, we will be perfected.
The reasons why Rapture will take place at seventh Trumpet
Matthew:24.29
” Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Sun will be darkened, moon will be darkened and stars will fall from heaven.
These signs will take place before Rapture in Matthew 24:30-31.
1. Sun darkened– The sun is darkened in Rev 6:12, Rev 8:12 and Rev 9:2.
This sign is fulfilled before Seventh Trumpet.
2. Moon darkened– Moon is darkened only at Fourth Trumpet and not at sixth seal
Revelation:8.12
Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.
3. Stars will fall from heaven – Stars of heaven depicts asteroids or meteor falling on the Earth depicted in Rev 8:10-11
Revelation 8 .10
Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water.
Revelation:8.11
The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.
Stars of heaven falling also depicts hosts of the heaven falling on the Earth depicted in Rev 9:1-2.
Revelation:9.1
Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit.
Revelation:9.2
And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit.
All these signs take place before Rapture at seventh Trumpet.
These signs are also depicted in the following verses
Isaiah:13.10
For the stars of heaven and their constellations Will not give their light; The sun will be darkened in its going forth, And the moon will not cause its light to shine.
Ezekiel:32.7
When [I] put out your light, I will cover the heavens, and make its stars dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, And the moon shall not give her light.
Ezekiel:32.8
All the bright lights of the heavens I will make dark over you, And bring darkness upon your land,’ Says the Lord GOD.
4. Last Trumpet – Rapture will take place at last Trumpet
1 Corinthians:15.52
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
The last Trumpet mentioned in the book of Revelation is Seventh Trumpet.
Who will blow the trumpet?
Many Christians says that Lord Jesus Himself will blow the trumpet and not angel.
They give Zech 9:14 as a proof.
We must study Zech 9:14 to know whether it is related to Rapture or not.
Zechariah:9.14
Then the LORD will be seen over them, And His arrow will go forth like lightning. The Lord GOD will blow the trumpet, And go with whirlwinds from the south.
When I studied this Scripture , I got know that this verse used for Rapture is out of context.
Zech 9:13 depicts raising of sons of Zion for war against sons of Greece.
In Zech 9:14,
Lord will seen over them means that Lord will appear as cloud over Israel to encourage them for war ( Exodus 14:24)
And His arrow will go forth like lightening depicts that Lord will fought war for Israel and strike enemy with arrows( Psalm 18:14)
Lord GOD will blow the trumpet depicts that Lord is captain of their army (2 Chronicles 13:12).
And go with whirlwind from South
are most destructive as depicted in Isa 21:1 and Job 21:1. This whirlwind will cause great destruction to the enemies.
Zech 9:15 depicts Israel’s celebration over victory on his enemies.
Let us now study 1 Thess 4:16
1 Thessalonians:4.16
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
Lord Jesus will descend from heaven with the Trumpet of God.
It doesn’t says Lord Jesus Christ Himself blows the Trumpet.
The Trumpet for Rapture will be blown by Seventh angel.
The sixth seal Rapture believers also says that Lord Jesus Christ voice is as of a trumpet ( Rev 1:10 ,4:1).
But Lord Jesus Christ voice is as sound of many waters depicted in Rev 1:15
Revelation:1.15
His feet [were] like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters;
The voice as of a trumpet in Rev 1:10 and Rev 4:1 is of angel mentioned in Rev 1:1
5. Mystery – Mystery is connected to Rapture in 1 Cor 15:51-52
1 Corinthians:15.51
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed —
1 Corinthians:15.52
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Mystery about Rapture will be finished at seventh Trumpet.
Revelation:10.7
but in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.
6. Seal of the Holy Spirit- Sixth Seal Rapture believers says that only 144,000 Israelites believers will be protected after sixth believers as depicted in Rev 9:4
Revelation:9.4
They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
But we forget that Christians have seal of the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians:1.13
In Him you also [trusted,] after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Ephesians:4.30
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
2 Corinthians:1.22
who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
We Christians and 144,000 Israelites will be hidden under the wings of Lord .( Zephaniah 2:2-3)
7. Number 7- Seventh Trumpet has number 7 .
Number 7 is related to Rapture
1. Enoch– Enoch was seventh from Adam( Jude 1:14) , he was raptured ( Gen 5:24)
Jude:1.14
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,
Genesis:5.24
And Enoch walked with God; and he [was] not, for God took him.
2. God is perfect- Number 7 depicts perfection of God.
At Sevnth Trumpet Rapture , we shall be perfect like God.( 1 John 3:2)
1 John:3.2
Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
3. Incorruptible – Number 7 depicts incorruptible and perfection .
At Rapture, our corruptible sin nature ( depicted by Number 6) will be changed to incorruptible nature.
Mortal changed to immortal.
1 Corinthians:15.52
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1 Corinthians:15.53
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality.
Proclamation of the seventh Trumpet
One of the basic principle of Bible is that we first proclaim things and then it will happen as depicted in Romans 10:9 and 2 Cor 4:13-14.
Proclaim 1 – The kingdom of this world have become the kingdom of our Lord and His Christ and He shall reign forever and ever.
Revelation:11.15
Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become [the kingdoms] of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”
Revelation:11.17
saying: “We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, The One who is and who was and who is to come, Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
It is fulfilled in Rev 19,20 and 21
Proclaim 2 -The nations were angry and wrath has come.
Revelation 11:18
The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great, And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”
Nations were angry because they have to face now full strength of wrath in form of seven bowls of the wrath of God ( Rev 15:1)and Second coming ( Rev 19)
Proclaim 3 – Dead be judged.
Dead in Christ will be judged at Judgement seat of Christ and Rev 20:4-5.
Dead are also judged in Rev 20:12-15.
Proclaim 4- Servants be rewarded
Servants will be rewarded at Judgement seat of Christ after Rapture and at second coming ( Matthew 24:34)
Matthew:25.34
“Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Proclaim 5- Destroy those who destroy Earth.
It is fulfilled with wrath of God on antichrist, false prophet, dragon and their followers.( Seven bowls of wrath of God, Second coming, Gog and Magog, Great White Judgement, Lake of fire)
