We Are the Play

October 4, 2023 5:22 PM

As each act is enacted, as each person takes their places, as each of us get to the marks on the stage, we become the play. We ARE the play. We may not know our lines in advance, we may not know where our characters will wind up by the end of the play, but this is not important for our protection is withing the script (God’s Words).
We know that our character is what our creator (God) cares about. We need to deliver our lines in righteousness, love and kindness. No matter what the play is about, is not important. What is important is what we do while on the stage (Earth).
We move through each act wondering if the reviews will be favorable (well done, good and faithful servant). But we also understand we will be back upon the stage tomorrow, until the play ends (death). Will we be able to continue to remember our lines and not faulter (stay out of sin) on stage? Until the present catches up to the future, we will not have those answers. All we can do is try to be the children we were created to be, to serve the playwright (God).
