Zechariah 7:11-13 But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear. Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts. Therefore it is come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the LORD of hosts:

Trespass upon trespass my people have done unto me, they have not heeded the warnings, but have gone forth and played the harlot. And mused themselves in the things of this world. They have gotten tired of seeking me and became lazy.
(I see someone sitting on a couch, the term couch potato came to mind).
(I see someone sitting in waste, and that waste represents sin.) They are just floating in their waste (sin) and decided not to change their ways and turn unto the Lord. But have comforted themselves in their iniquity, without worry of the future consequences that their iniquity will bring forth. But have decided to say to themselves, “Why should I seek the Lord? What does it profit me that I shall seek the Lord? I shall just stay AFLOAT, and it will do me good.”
They squirm in their own folly yet take no heed to the JUDGEMENT that is to come. THESE are the ones that will sorrow in the day of judgement, THESE are the ones that shall sorrow in the day of wrath. And they will call upon me and I will not hear.
For I have marked their ways, I have kept track of their doings. And I shall RECOMPENSE their iniquity upon their own head, and they shall not be heard in the day of wrath/temptation.
Though, I am near to one of a CONTRITE spirit and a HUMBLE heart. I will hear their cries, for I shall be near them, and they will not be forsaken but I will plead their cause. And they shall know my strong right hand upon their lives when they TRIUMPH in my name. The name of the God of Jacob shall PREVAIL until the end. That name that is above every other name, Jesus/Yeshua Hamashiach, the Most High God.
