Dear brothers and sisters,
This teaching was received by me this afternoon, Sept.2/2023 while my Spirit cried out to Yah once again to reveal Himself not only to me but to all my brothers and sisters, all those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Psa.119:139 My zeal wears me out, for my enemies ignore your words. 136 Streams of tears flow from my eyes, for your law is not obeyed. 126 It is time for you to act, O Lord; your law is being broken. 152 Long ago I learned from your statutes that you established them to last forever.
On this Sabbath day, the Holy Spirit brought me to Psalm 119 and taught me line by line. The verses I just read, not surprisingly, described how I had been feeling. The thing the Holy Spirit was laying on my heart is how many are caught up in man’s faulty teachings and believe that we don’t have to obey the Laws Yah laid out in the Old Testament either because those rules were for the Israelites only or because with Yeshua’s coming they’ve been erased as our salvation now comes exclusively from believing in Him. Let’s get something straight right away.
We are NOT saved by observing the Law, neither by our works. But by faith in Yeshua Ha’Mashiach. That means that in order to enter the gates of heaven the first requirement for anybody today is to believe in Yeshua as Yah’s Only Begotten Son. The next requirement is that we confess our sins and begin moving in the opposite direction of our sins. In order to have a thorough understanding of what is a sin and what is not, we need to acquaint ourselves with the Word of Yah, which is the Bible so that we can learn all that our Heavenly Father considers sin and abhors so we can do the exact same. Yah will not accept a truck load full of our excuses as to how and why we were prevented from reading and learning daily at His feet. He said, “I’ve given you my written Word. I’ve done my part. Now it’s your turn. Will you read it, educate yourselves on what it says or will you keep ignoring it until the day your life is taken from you? I’ve already said that I want none to perish but that all would inherit eternal life. I’ve also said that MY PEOPLE perish for lack of understanding. If you fail to come and meet me in our Secret Place daily, then who’s fault is it? I am here. I’ve been calling you. You, yes YOU!! Stop giving me the cold shoulder.”
When we learn what Father hates (and loves), and having given Him lordship of our lives, the next step is to follow His commands, His Laws, His precepts, His decrees.
Ezek.20:11 I gave them my decrees and made known to them my laws, FOR THE MAN WHO OBEYS THEM WILL LIVE BY THEM.
“What part of this is confusing you right now? What is it that you do not understand? When you hear that the man who obeys my decrees and laws will live by them, what does it mean to you? Let me continue with Psa.119″.
The psalmist says in verses 97-100: Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long. 98 Your commands make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever with me. 99 I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes. 100 I have more understanding than the elders, for I obey your precepts.
These verses give away the secret to my wisdom, which is to meditate on My Word daily. Do not look at man for answers. Do not listen to the faulty way man has interpreted my Scriptures. It is by My Spirit alone that things are revealed. If ‘TITGALEH LANU’ is truly the cry of your heart, then come to me. Sit at my feet. Learn from me for I am meek and humble in heart. Walk along with me. There is NOTHING I don’t know or cannot teach you. Do you not understand how much I’ve loved you? So much that I have given you My One and Only Begotten Son to DIE for your sins so that you could be reconciled back to me? Do you understand the price that was paid for your redemption? It was not through the blood of animal sacrifices that you are able to enter my Holy of Holies but by the blood of my Son, Yeshua Ha’Mashiach. ”
Psa.119:1-3 Blessed are they whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord. 2 Blessed are they who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart. 3 They do nothing wrong; they walk in His ways.
Here my Word says that those who seek to be blameless according to My Law are blessed. And so are all those who keep My statutes. Why is it then that you’ve allowed yourself to believe that my Laws do not need to be obeyed? Is not the Old Testament My Spoken Word led by My Spirit? Who dares to challenge me by thinking that it no longer applies?! Oh you, poor, blind, naked and wretched generation? When will you learn?! You love to go to your synagogues, pray lengthy prayers, point fingers at others and don’t realize you are the very ones who are poor, naked, blind and wretched!! When will you learn to come to me and purchase from me gold that is refined so that you may become rich, and white garments to cover your nakedness? When will you buy from me ointment for your eyes so that you may see? Don’t you see? I AM your inheritance, what more could you wish for!? Am I not enough for you? Is my grace and love not enough for you?
Do not be like the arrogant who think they know what they are talking about, who spend time devising new schemes to deceive people by making up arguments that make sense. Do not rely on man’s understanding but on My Spirit. I am the author and finisher of your faith and I hold all the keys. Again, I say, Come unto me, drink of my water and you will receive eternal life. For what profits a man if he shall gain the whole world and yet forfeit his own soul! The arrogant is cursed for pretending to know my Laws and my ways. But I say, ‘Woe unto you’! The righteous cry out, ‘Let me know your ways, your precepts. Let your words be ever on my lips and upon my heart.’ The arrogant are rejected for they relied on their own folly rather than on the Almighty who has the power to throw a soul in either heaven or hell. Read the verses pertaining to the arrogant and may that not be you.
Psa. 119:21, 51, 69-70, 78, 85 You rebuke the arrogant, who are cursed and who stray from your commands. 51 The arrogant mock me without restraint, but I do not turn from your law.69 Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep your precepts with all my heart. 70 Their hearts are callous and unfeeling, but I delight in your law. 78 May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause; but I will meditate on your precepts. 85 The arrogant dig pitfalls for me, contrary to your law.
If you want wisdom, MY wisdom, then read my Word and then set your heart in following it, no matter the cost. I have given you My Spirit, do not grieve Him, the Spirit of Truth who speaks only what He hears from me. Come and dine with me. It is nearly dark outside when you will no longer be able to work. Keep your lamps burning by drawing from me. Fill them up with oil so you will not run out and have to ask others for more. Have you not read what happened to the 5 foolish virgins? May that not be you! Do you see how many warnings I am giving you? That is because the time is almost up. Do not delay. Confess your sins today. Turn from your wicked ways that you may live. Live life with me in abundance.
Just like we, as good moms and dads, care to instruct our children on various things because we love them and don’t want to see them hurting, so does our Heavenly Father give us instructions to live by out of His immense love for us. If you think you love your children so much, remember that Yah loves them even more than we do, and us too. He wants the best for us.
