Averine Pennington

Thank you so much
for joining us today. It is truly a Solemn Assembly as we come before Almighty God to pray for our nation of America.

On March 5th
the Holy Spirit put it on my heart to ‘Gather the People – Call a Solemn Assembly’ and with the admonition to continue interceding for our nation ‘until Shiloh comes.’ This is a call to God’s people to gather for prayer and national repentance just as the tribes of Israel were called by God to do in the Old Testament. I immediately began to make plans for such a gathering but, of course, that was before the CoVid-19 virus spread in our area, before ‘social distancing.’ The enemy would like nothing more than for this event to have been cancelled, but I truly believe many lives may be at stake if we as God’s people do not stand in the gap and seek God’s
mercy. Since our personal interaction today will be greatly limited, I thought it may be beneficial to put together a prayer guide of sorts. To that end, I have been searching the scriptures to find verses about repentance, God’s mercy, protection and provision.
As I was praying before falling asleep last night around midnight, I prayed, “Lord, you are the One who has called this meeting. What do YOU want to say to your people?” Upon awakening this morning the Holy Spirit impressed on my heart these two provocative words . . . ‘JESUS WEPT’. . . (then I wept).

Straightway I went to my Bible and was led to Isaiah 53:3 & 6 . . . 3) “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 6) All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him (Jesus, our Savior) the iniquity of us all. (I wept some more.)

Then I was led to Matthew 23:37-39 . . . 37) “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how
often would I have gathered thy children together even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and you would not. 38) Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. 39) For I say unto you, ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. (ref. to ‘until Shiloh comes’ . . . I wept again).

These verses reminded me of an entry I made in my journal. I got out my journal and searched for the entry. My study had been in Jeremiah 13 about
God’s judgments on Jerusalem . . . 15) Hear ye and give ear, be not proud; for the Lord has spoken. 16) Give glory to the Lord your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon
the dark mountains, and while you look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness.
17) But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because
the Lord’s flock is carried away captive. —- 25) This is thy lot, the portion of thy measure from me, saith the Lord; because thy has forgotten me, and trusted in falsehood. 26) Therefore will I discover thy skirts upon thy face, that thy shame may appear. 27) I
have seen thine adulteries, and thy neighings, the lewdness of thy whoredom, and thine abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe unto thee, O Jerusalem! Wilt thou not be made clean? When shall it once be? I had actually taken the liberty of writing in my journal . . . Woe unto thee, O America! Wilt thou not be made clean?

I don’t believe this was an accident, folks! God led me to this journal entry! He is weeping now for America, just as He did for Jerusalem. I truly can no longer contain my tears. I feel His sorrow!

The very first entry in this journal was written on March 29, 2019, exactly one year ago to the day, today is March 29, 2020 . . . again, no coincidence! My purpose in starting the journal was to research
what God’s Word says about the 3 Days of Darkness, an event that many modern-day prophets are saying will occur prior to Christ’s coming. This topic has been of great interest to me. In late 2018,
I had what I believe to be a vision. One morning before daybreak, I had been awakened, but my eyes were still closed. Suddenly, I could see an intense brightness upon my closed eyelids (I was in a dark
room). Just as suddenly, the brightness began to fade as a thick, black darkness descended. I had the distinct impression that the darkness was evil. To describe the imagery I saw with my eyes closed
. . . it was as if the brightness covered the vault of the sky, like an upside-down bowl, and the darkness started seeping across the inner surface of the bowl like a thick oily substance until the brightness was no longer visible at all. I prayed about the vision
but eventually fell back asleep. However, I did not forget it!

The day after beginning my journal, April 1st, was quite a significant day. Without going into a lot of detail of my personal testimony, God in His miraculous way announced to me that His return
for His bride was not only soon, but imminent! Then during the night of April 17, 2019, a little after 3:00am, I had what I call “The Voice of Heaven” supernatural experience. God spoke to me in an audible voice with words which I believe to be my calling into His harvest field. For those with ears to hear, I pray you understand. Since that day, God has been refining me, drawing me into a closer relationship with Him, and preparing me for the task He has called me to do.

If you are attending the Solemn Assembly or reading this message, I’m sure you may be asking yourselves why I placed Jeremiah 13:16 in bold type. God wants His people to focus on this judgment NOW! It is coming, even at the door! Everything I have written in my journal to date is exactly, almost word for word, what God wants His people to hear. I am in total amazement and shock that what God had me study a year ago and write the scriptures down, is what He instructs me to share with you now. It is because of His mercy that He shares this with you. He wants you to be prepared for what is soon to come. He is a just and merciful God. He weeps for His lost and wayward sheep.

Journal Excerpt #1:

Exodus
10:21-23
. . . 21) “And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. 22) And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days. 23) They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days; but all the children of
Israel had light in their dwellings.”

Ecclesiastes
1:9
. . . 9) “The thing that hath been, it is that which
shall be, and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.”

Could what happened in Exodus happen again?

The modern-day prophets have been instructed by God to warn His people. Very few have heeded the warnings. Most mock and scoff. I am not a prophet
or watchman, just a humble messenger. When the 3 Days of Darkness come, people are to go into their homes, shut and lock all windows and doors and cover the windows. Do not go outside, do not let
anyone in after the darkness falls! During that time, Satan and His demons will have free reign upon the earth. God will protect His Elect just as He did the Israelites back in Egypt. When the death angel came, those who obeyed God and put the blood of the Lamb over their doorpost, the death angel passed over. To this day the Jews observe Passover as a remembrance of God’s mercy and protection. Jesus is our Passover Lamb!

Journal Excerpt #2:

Revelation
6:12-14
. . . 12) “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13) And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14) And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.”

Rev. 6:17
“For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”

Rev. 7:1
“And after these things” . . . (Rev. 6:12-14), then the
sealing of the 144,000 (12,000 from each tribe mentioned). Immediately after the 144K are sealed . . . vs. 9) “After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10) And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the
Lamb.”

Who is this multitude worshipping God?

13) “And one of the elders answered, saying unto me (John), What are these which are arrayed in white robes? And whence came they? 14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are
they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15) Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his
temple; and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.”

(Note: In the beginning of Rev. 7, there is a pause before the angels pour out God’s wrath so that not only the 144,000 can be sealed but also the Bride of Christ can be brought home to heaven. The Bride
will experience the beginning of tribulation but will be rescued before God’s wrath is poured out.)

Journal Excerpt #3:

Isaiah 26:19-21 . . . 19) “Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust; for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. 20) Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee; hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. 21) For, behold, the
Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.”

Isaiah 60:1-2 . . . 1)”Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee 2) For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people, but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.”

Joel 2:1-2a
“Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain; let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand; 2a) A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness . . . “

Joel 2:10-11
. . . 10) “The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble; the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining 11) And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army; for his camp is very great; for he is strong that executeth his word; for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?”

Joel 2:30-32 . . . 30) “And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 31) The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and
the terrible day of the Lord come. 32) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered; for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.”

Micah 7:7-9 . . . 7) “Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. 8) Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me. 9) I will bear the indignation of the Lord, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgement for me; he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

Psalm 112:4 “Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness; he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

These Old Testament verses correlate to many in the New Testament, such as Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, Acts 2, I Corinthians 15, 1 Thessalonians 4 and many others. Please take time to read these
scriptures. This message would be excessively long if I were to type them all here. They are important to your understanding of the times we are living in. Please do not disregard off-hand these truths.
God’s people are destroyed from lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6).

Journal Excerpt #4:

Isaiah 5:20
“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

Isaiah
5:24b-26 & 30
. . . (why does judgment come?) . . .
24b) . . . because they have cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. 25) Therefore is the anger of the Lord kindled against his people, and he hath stretched
forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still. 26) And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly . . . . . . 30) And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.

REPENTANCE
IS REQUIRED

2 Chronicles
7:14
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

You may ask, “For what sins does God require the nation of America to repent?

I’m sure you can think of a few on your own. There are so many. Just ask the Holy Spirit to lay on your heart what transgression of America He would have you to stand in the gap for. Perhaps the following
verses will give you some ideas.

Proverbs
6:16-19
. . . 16) These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17) A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18) An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19) A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

1 Corinthians
7:1-2
. . . 1) Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2) Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let everywoman have her own husband.

Hebrews 13:4
. . . Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Romans 1:28-32
. . . 28) And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobat mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29) Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30) Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31) Without understanding, covenant-breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32) Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of
death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

For the very same reasons that God judged Jerusalem, He will judge America . . . because we as a nation have cast away the laws of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. Our God does not change. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. What was sin then, is sin now! We as a nation are already under God’s judgment. That will not change! Sin brings recompense! Our only course of action now is to fall on our knees before a Holy God and ask for mercy. We must humble ourselves and pray and repent of our
wicked ways! God’s promise to hear from heaven and heal our land is conditional! And this promise is not directed to everyone. It is directed to GOD’S PEOPLE!

THE
GOOD NEWS!

Praise
God for His promises for He never breaks a promise!

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I had prepared a long list of God’s promises but there are just so many! I have prayed for the Lord to show me which ones He wants to share with you, but I don’t feel as if He has confirmed any particular one. He wants us to claim ALL OF HIS PROMISES! Just know that the mercies of our God endure forever.

My personal suggestions for your edification are Psalm 23, Psalm 85, Psalm 86 & especially for this day and hour, Psalm 91. May God richly bless you
and your loved ones and may you stay safe and healthy. Be Watchful – Be Ready – Be Looking Up! Keep praying ‘until Shiloh comes.’
