WHO IS YOUR KING?

2 Timothy 3:16 KJV
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Jeremiah 2:30 KJV
In vain have I smitten your children; they received no correction: your own sword hath devoured your prophets, like a destroying lion.

Matthew 7:20-24 KJV
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. [21] Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. [22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? [23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. [24] Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

While reading several prophetic words, the Holy Spirit emphasized to me that there are many, that’s right, many that believe they are sanctified and ready to meet Jesus and they are not! He has been showing me for more than a week that many are not ready to meet Him! This is not a message I wish to deliver.

In particular, the post today, Either with Jesus or Against Him” by WalkinginReverance was directly from the Holy Spirit. I was very convicted to share that this is truth from on High. Likewise, another post “People of Idolatry” by My Hiding Place also warns the lukewarm Christians to repent.

Specifically, the Holy Spirit revealed that He has been bringing messages and scripture to those, who believe, they are God’s right-hand men and women but in actuality they are not!

Please realize that this is not condemnation, it is a warning about the state of your spirit. Ask yourself why so many of the prophets are bringing warning messages to repent? It is because so many, still deny that these messages are about them. They look at their works and behaviors comparing their actions to those of others and assess that they are “better than them”. Comparing yourself to others is a trick of the enemy. He influences you to compare yourself to the lawless and despicable persons and even those people you barely know, as the measure of your superiority. When in fact, we are specifically told to evaluate our motivation. We are to compare our thoughts and actions to the standard set by Christ in the scripture.

One of the biggest sins in Western culture are related to various types of idolatry. We idolize jobs, neighbors, neighborhoods, pastors, co-workers, mentors, athletes, musicians, movie stars and possessions. Why do we use the term possession? Because some of us have demons that urge us in seeking to “possess” objects and things. Can Christians have demons, yes absolutely! The church won’t tell you that because they don’t want to offend you. The leaders fear you will leave and stop giving your tithe. Know this, that those who think this way are making your funds an idol! The Gospel messages are full of accounts of Christ’s followers being possessed of demons. Other religions acknowledge demon possession, why do people in the West act as though it is folklore?

Yes, I realize that this post will cause many to reject this warning altogether and future posts I will be called to make. The Holy Spirit would rather have you have this knowledge and reject it than never to have heard the message at all. Why? Because you will be without excuse (by the way, this absolutely applies to those who don’t read this posting) when the you are standing before the Lord. You will contest that you are in fact a Christian but He will say “depart from me, you worker of iniquity”. Matthew 7:23

Romans 1:18-21 KJV
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; [19] Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. [20] For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: [21] Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

1 John 1:8 KJV
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Those among us who see the reality of sin are called to correct those who are blind to their sin.

John 15:12-16 KJV
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. [13] Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. [14] Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. [15] Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. [16] Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

This passage is rich with insight. It is from a position of agape love that those, who serve the Lord will rebuke another in their sin; so that they rescue the other from coming destruction! Those who have persuaded themselves to be believe they are living Holy lives but are deceived will continue to stray farther and farther from the narrow road to the Savior. These have received the strong delusion already and the Holy Spirit is grieved at their state of rebellion.

It is very seldom that those who have been served correction will acknowledge their sin and even less that will repent of it.

If this message or others like it make you angry, then it is likely that you are in need of repentance. Go immediately to the Holy Spirit and repent of the things that came to mind. Spend some quality time in quiet contemplation and prayer. If this message made you uncomfortable, that is the Holy Spirit nudging you to take a deep and honest look at yourself. The true prophets of God are these watchmen over the spiritual health of their community. Many of the prophetic messages in the Bible are spiritual edicts correcting idolatry of the people and the steps of repentance to return their worship back to the Living God.

God is an intimate God, He desires to have a close personal relationship with each of His children. Sin always separates us from that intimacy. When His still small voice no longer gets your attention, He sends his prophets, another avenue to bring enlightenment, truth and correction; directing the people to return to their first love. Do not despise correction – Proverbs 3:5

Those who dismiss this Word while walking in idolatry will be easily mislead when the strong delusion comes and is very close at hand.

2 Thessalonians 2:7-14 KJV
For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. [8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: [9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, [10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. [11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: [12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. [13] But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: [14] Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 12:5-6 KJV
And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: [6] For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Psalm 94:12 KJV
Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
