The Alarm of War

Greetings to all the Saints! I just had a very strange spiritual experience happen to me. This morning, (Monday 5-16-22) I was sound asleep, when suddenly I heard what sounded like someone blowing a Shofar, right outside of my bedroom door, in the hallway. I will describe it as best I can. What I heard at first, sounded like someone TRYING to blow into a Shofar, two or three times, (like someone was getting tuned-up…making an effort to sound the horn, but couldn’t) before the horn actually sounded. When the horn actually sounded, the horn blast lasted, I would say, about two seconds. When I heard the horn sound out loud, WOW!…my eyes popped wide open! There was no one there, it was not a car horn, and I do not sleep with a radio, or T.V. on. When I looked over at my clock, it was 2:45 a.m.
I absolutely believe I was hearing in the spiritual realm, as I have had this happen to me several times before in the past. But let’s just put it this way…..It definitely doesn’t happen to me very often. I had this same thing happen to me back on 8-7-17. Back then, I was lying wide awake in bed, at 5:30a.m., when I heard what sounded to me like brass trumpets harmonizing with one another, sounding out with two blasts. When the last blast sounded, it had reverb on it, and I could even hear the lingering of the breath being blown into it. It sounded absolutely beautiful! What I heard this morning, did not sound like that. As I said, it sounded like a Shofar to me. I felt as if I was being warned about something.
Dake’s Study Bible, on page 274, says the following on trumpets: “An alarm was in short, sharp tones instead of a continuous note, unless there was a long one at the end.” This is exactly what I heard… a short, sharp tone. I believe the interpretation from the Lord of what I heard this morning, is the same interpretation that he gave me back on 8-7-17…. when I heard the trumpets back then, and that is this: It is the alarm of war!
Jeremiah 4:19 says: My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart; My heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war. (also read Jer. 4:20-21)
I have personally been asking the Lord for months now, for a “heads up” when the coming war with Russia was getting close. This morning, I think I may have received the final warning that I have been praying for. Saints of God…pray hard, and make any last minute preparations as needed, because at 2:45am this morning, Mon. 5-16-22, I believe with all my heart, that I heard the alarm of war. May God Bless, and keep us all under the shadow of his mighty wings, until these calamities be overpast. Come Lord Jesus! Maranatha!
