RESURRECTION VISION

You are probably thinking to yourself, why would Averine be putting together a message to post on Thanksgiving Day? Isn’t she busy in the kitchen getting the celebratory feast ready? No, not today. Family circumstances for the first time EVER in my memory have required us to postpone our celebration until tomorrow. Perhaps that is why I received this vision today, as the Lord knew in advance He would give me the time to do what He has called me do.

I received this vision this morning sometime after 7:00am. I was sleeping soundly when my dog began to shake the bed to let someone know she needed to go out. I was roused to semi-wakefulness, enough to know my husband was getting up to take care of her needs. As I tried to go back to sleep, I realized the Lord was giving me the beginnings of a vision. My eyes were closed, but I saw a light and then dark areas began to fill in the lighted area. What remained was something like a silhouette which depicted the vision. This vision was played over again three times, with three distinct scenes. I am so glad this was repeated for me as it took me a moment to realize what I was looking at.

The 1st scene was a small cross depicted as on the ground in a shallow semi-circle of blackness with a bright background of light to make the cross stand out. I finally got the understanding that this was the headstone of a ‘sleeping saint’ in a cemetery.

The 2nd scene was very similar, showing the small cross (headstone), but the ground in front of the cross was cracked open very wide with the earth on both sides bulging apart.

The 3rd scene was also similar, but where before I had seen the small cross, now I saw a radiant figure ascending from the grave. I could not see the cross at all. It was totally obscured from sight by the rising radiant figure of the ‘sleeping saint’.
WOW! Just WOW!

After that vision ended, I briefly saw another vision of a solid black stone with white ancient writing or insignia on it. The stone was polished and somewhat circular but not perfectly so. I seemed to understand it was not a large stone, like a boulder. I don’t know why I knew that, because I had no other object in that vision as a frame of reference for size. I suppose it could have been an ancient gravestone and the writing a name, but really I have no idea what it was. In researching ancient stone artifacts, I did not see any images that resembled exactly what I saw in the vision.

I then saw a name Helen Ber . . . that part I am sure of, but it was so quick. I believe the remainder of the last name had a ‘g’, a ‘u’, and an ‘e’. It was a fairly long last name and I thought it was perhaps of European origin.

I spent some time researching the last two visions, but I can not say with certainty HOW or IF they fit with the main RESURRECTION vision. I see these as PUZZLE PIECES that the Lord has given . . . if not for me, perhaps for someone else. I would welcome any additional comments regarding these two short visions.

In researching the NAME I saw, I do believe I have found something associated with this puzzle piece. I was led to look up information on an artist I found on the internet named ‘Helen Berggruen.’ Her art is mostly ‘still life’ and landscapes. The very first artwork I viewed of hers was of a cemetery with old gravestones (a clue). I then viewed a video of one of her art showings conducted at a villa. One particular piece of art that she displayed and described in the video was a ‘still life’ in which she said, “I added an imaginary landscape with a herder calling for goats to follow him to an idyllic landscape beyond.” (Note: This landscape was a view from a window that was part of the painting).” I kid you not . . . the herder (shepherd) was blowing a trumpet to call the goats. But what really made me think this is possibly what the Lord wanted me to see was a book that was lying on a table in the painting. The title of the book was “Take Us with You.” I wondered why the Lord would show goats in this painting and not sheep, but I believe He had a purpose. Have you ever considered how similar goats look to sheep? I remember taking my children when they were little to a livestock show and rodeo. When we viewed the sheep and goats, the little ones look so much alike I had to ask the handler whether it was a ‘kid’ or a ‘lamb.’

Scripture tells us that before our Lord comes for His Own, He will separate the sheep from the goats . . . His sheep hear His voice and another voice they will not follow. Those who only ‘look like sheep’ but are really goats may find themselves left behind, begging the Lord . . . “take me, too.” When the event in the main vision occurs, it will be in the ‘twinkling of an eye.’ “The dead in Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (1 Thess. 4:16b-17) It will be too late then for you to realize that you were not ready . . . that when the Lord was doing the separating, you somehow did not make it into the group you thought you would. Seek the Lord on this and make sure in your heart of hearts, that you belong to Him. “His sheep hear His voice: and He calleth His own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.” (John 10:3b)

I have no idea when the Lord will choose to fulfill this vision, but I have great expectation that it could be soon. I will share a personal revelation with you of why I think so. Many of you know that I lost my 37-year-old son to leukemia in January of this year. Due to other life complications, we were delayed in ordering his headstone for a few months . . . then there was a long wait for it to be made. Now ten months later, my son’s headstone was delivered and set in place just last week. It was a bittersweet day to visit his gravesite and see the stone and the bare earth where his body rests. My desire has always been that once the stone arrived, we would have some sod with nice grass placed on top. I was contemplating this a day or so ago. In my spirit, it was as if the Holy Spirit asked why I was worried about grass . . . as if very soon it would not make any difference whatsoever! You can only imagine how much this vision has comforted my heart today! I thank God for His goodness to the children of men and the assurance of eternal life through faith to those who have trusted in His Son, Jesus Christ. To God be the glory, great things He has done!

Yours for the Harvest,
Averine
