Omicron, More Mutation, More stealthy

16 I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them.

Corona has driven the whole world in the mode of fatigue. That is a conducive environment for many cases and many deaths. As all do, I am tired of hearing, following and chasing after the day by day global data of cases.

We have, as many do, warned, unless it is over it is not over. We believe what the Lord tells us and what we see.

In the last few weeks, the cases have dropped and fewer deaths were reported. The reported cases are not the real cases. There are many unreported cased and deaths are given some other names. I have seen a person I know sick from Corona, died from it but reported the death from some other sickness. Such cases are common, well known.

Now when the US as well as the world is relaxed, going for holydays, vacations, gatherings with no basic cares and hygiene, two situations surfaced-Mutations and potential for another surge/spike. Corona didn’t stop moving, people did stop taking basic cares. Few points:-

1. New mutants, unnoticed mutations.
As we have indicated earlier, the life of corona is mutations. Alpha, Beta, Delta, Omicron etc. with their subvariants. These are known, studied mutations but out in the world, mutations of all sorts are rampant, hard to follow and no resources. When one variant emerges as more infectious and deadly, the world wakes up. In the last few weeks Omicron came as Omicron BA.1 and BA.2. These subvariants have further mutated to BA.2.12.1, now prevalent in the US and two more elusive relatively new subvariants, BA.4 and BA.5. These two variants have developed the capacity to elute the immune capacity as well as the “presumed protections” from the Vaxs and the antibody developed against the other variants. They have became more stealthy.

“There’s no denying the numbers: Even with spotty reporting, Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations are rising again in the United States.

The culprit this time appears to be a spinoff of Omicron’s BA.2 subvariant called BA.2.12.1, which was first flagged by New York state health officials in April.

BA.2.12.1, which is growing about 25% faster than its parent virus, BA.2, accounts for nearly 37% all Covid-19 cases across the US, according to new estimates from the CDC.

BA.2 caused an estimated 62% of all Covid-19 cases last week, down from 70% the week before.
After weeks of declines, South Africa saw its Covid-19 cases rise steeply in the past two weeks. Test positivity and hospitalizations have also popped up as scientists have watched two relatively new subvariants, BA.4 and BA.5, dominate transmission in that country. Taken together, they accounted for almost 60% of all new Covid-19 cases by the end of April, according to South Africa’s National Institute of Communicable Diseases.

These new Omicron subvariants are spreading around the globe. BA.4 sequences have been reported in 15 countries and 10 US states, while BA.5 has been picked up in 13 countries and five US states, according to the website Outbreak.info, which maintained by a coalition of academic research centers and is supported by funding from the National Institutes of Health.
Like BA.2.12.1, BA.4 and BA.5 have a growth advantage over BA.2.

Omicron subvariants escape immunity
A new preprint study, published ahead of peer review, is pointing to why BA.4 and BA.5 are gaining ground: They can escape antibodies generated by previous infections caused by the first Omicron virus, BA.1, the variant responsible for the huge wave of infections that hit many countries in December and January. They can also escape antibodies in people who’ve been vaccinated and had breakthrough BA.1 infections, though this happened to a lesser degree than seen in people who’ve only been infected.”

2. “Waning Immunity.”
In our capacity, we have exhausted what basic immunity is and should be. Good immunity, ie Vax, is immunity which prevent infections and stops transmission. We were wondering how mRNA is used aa a vaccine. Next comes Jab I, Jab II, Booster I, Booster II. What follows is seasonal or an ongoing vaccinations. Now, it is a well established observation that the immunity from the Vaxs wanes with in 4-6 months(Was there any protection to begin with?) We have seen the Vaxed to be the “super spreaders.” With this in mind, what follows is the concern of many with wisdom

3. Possible surge.
Keeping in mind the words of the Lord, with the “presumed protection” is waning, the virus mutating to more elusive, stealthy variants and the people relaxed, giving up with basic hygiene and protection, the consequence is another surge. Remember the number the Lord showed me, >5,000 deaths a day(one day figure). Now, with all the combined factors, with the ground fertile, it is possible for another surge, another spike, more sickness, more deaths and more crisis to come soon.

One more Note.
I did a search of scientific literatures and found few points which might surprise many. There is no need to be alarmed. All have already heard the news. The point we are trying to make is, mRNA are not stable and how come, where comes a stable mRNA. Before the alarming news, science forwarded ways of developing better stable mRNA.

The disturbing news is snakes, the serpent venom has unusually stable mRNA. And more surprisingly, certain areas, “epitopes”, of snake venom and the spike protein have few homologies /similarities.

A. Unusually stability of snake venom.
“ The prolonged presence/stability of mRNA in snake venom is very unusual as in most organisms, mRNAs are typically highly labile with rapid turnover rates”——- “Understanding the stability and potential role of mRNA in venoms is the focus of future work. We expect that multiple factors are involved in maintaining mRNA stability. Firstly, lyophilisation and preservation of venom may initially prevent degradation of venom components, although mRNAs found specifically in venom could have unique properties leading to an unusual long-term stability”

B. mRNA stability
“Theoretical basis for stabilizing messenger RNA through secondary structure design.
RNA hydrolysis presents problems in manufacturing, long-term storage, world-wide delivery and in vivo stability of messenger RNA (mRNA)-based vaccines and therapeutics. A largely unexplored strategy to reduce mRNA hydrolysis is to redesign RNAs to form double-stranded regions”

C. Sequence homology of certain regions of the spike protein of Corona and snake venom.
This doesn’t imply that the Vaxs used have something to do with snake venom. The point we are trying to make is human mRNA is unstable, snake venom mRNA is unusually stable, there is some similar sequences between the spike proteins of Corona and snake venom in regards to their nicotine binding epitopes. Nicotine binds to both the spike protein of corona and snake venom. No one is advising smoking to be a remedy.

The more we look deep, we find new unexplored areas which raise more questions as to where the origin of the mRNA of the Vaxs used is and how many companies use mRNA as a Vax when proprietary regulations and confidentiality are the norms.
