Help the Children Get Needed Medical Treatment

Greetings Dear Jonathan
I have been in the Hospital for the last One Day and few hours Our Children have been very sick in the Orphanage, we have 14 Children very Sick Now and their need seriously attention two have sickle cell anaemia, about 4 have Diabetic eye disease,One has Kawasaki disease, the three have Crohn’s sickness others have Malaria and Typhoids with Flue the Doctors want us to pay $980 for all of their treatment But I have Only$200 with me with anything Little You Can Help this Children.
