God Created Man for His Glory

Exodus 20:3(KJV) Thou shalt have no other gods before me Genesis 1:27(KJV) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
What is the purpose of life, what is the purpose of man, why did God created man we might ask. Even if it is too late, it is better to know why instead of living in oblivion.
Before we go through why God created man, it is good to know what the science says. Science doesn’t teaches the purpose of life for the teaching is life assembled itself with the availabilities of the proper material and environmental conditions. Science teaches Life is an accident. Science teaches life is about survival of the fittest and perpetuation of the species. Life is bout fighting, struggling, domination, enduring to live and propagate its generation. There is no purpose in life but somehow to live and leave the next life/family tree. It is about life and existence as long as the sun shines and the meteor doesn’t extinct life on earth or the end of life in mega collisions of galaxies. There is no spiritual dimension, no God, no after life and it is about life to change through the interaction with the environment, simply hopeless, bankrupted poverty of morals and no value of life.
Like many of us, I didn’t know why I am created until late in life. The schools do not teach but science, philosophy, everything wrong. I am surprised how I consumed more than half of my life without knowing why I am created and what the purpose of my life is. It was big lose for I could have accumulated many much treasures in heaven had I known why I am created. I don’t think I am alone.
As there is time for everything, there is a purpose to life. The purpose and true meaning of life is given by the creator. God created man for His Glory. The purpose of life, the purpose of man is to Glorify God. Glorifying God begins with worshiping God. It is written
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me” Exodus 20:3(KJV).
The purpose of life is to worship, Glorify praise, exalt and make God happy. The scripture tells us
“Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.” Isaiah 43:7(KJV).
If God created man for His glory, how does man glorify His creator? Praising God is Glorifying God. The scriptural tells us
“Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God. Psalm 50:23(KJV)
There are many ways to Glorify and make God happy. Obedience comes first. As the beginning of wisdom is the fear of God, as written in the scripture
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.”Proverbs 9:10(KJV).
The fear of God makes God happy
“The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.”Psalm 147:11(KJV.)
It is also written that
“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” Psalm 51:17(KJV)
God is to be glorified for creating us. God is to be praised for giving His life for our sin. “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” Revelation 4:11(KJV)
God created man, the breath of God is our life. God the creator can take the breath He gave us at any time. We, as created by God not only Glorify God for creating us but for keeping us alive with all the necessary provisions of life.
God created everything created. The earth and the heavens will pass. New heaven, new earth new and Jerusalem are coming.
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”Revelation 21:1-2 (KJV).
Almighty God creating everything new again will live with His people, what an honor, as it is written
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” Revelation 21:3(KJV).
Man has every reason in the entire universe to Glorify God. We have to Glorify God for everything we are, everything we are given, family, relatives, friends, everything we have, everything provided for us, for the fresh air, for the sunshine, for the water, for the beautiful earth, for the gift of redemption, for the promises we are given in the Kingdom of heaven. Look up, around, here on earth and deep in the heavens, everything is worth praising the Lord.
If man, instead of Glorifying God glorify self, the price is heavy. This is a scriptural word I like to remember every day
“27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.1 Corinthians 1:27-29 (KJV).
Man shall not exalt himslf “And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.” Matthew 23:12 (KJV)
To make God Happy:-
-Worship God
-Fear God
-Love God
-Obey God
-Glorify God
-Praise God
-Exalt and Honor God
-Trust and believe in the Mercy of God
-Sing Praise for God
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
