Dream: Foolish Bride Fails To Heed The Holy Spirit – Focuses On Cares Of This World Instead! –– Humbled for Service
Thank you heavenly Father for the gift of your precious Son Yeshua Ha’ Mashiach, Jesus Christ; the King who died for all people; the good Shepherd that leads His sheep from the front. Thank you Father for the precious gift of your Holy Spirit, the Wonderful Counselor and Comforter, in whom we are sealed for that great and awesome Day of the Lord. Hallelujah!
I received this dream the morning of 14th March 2019. This is a short interesting dream, but with a profound teaching at this very critical hour.
The dream is thus:
I was on a narrow dusty country road, and I was accompanied by someone. This person was on my left side. I did not look to see who this particular person was. Nonetheless, I was very comfortable around this person.
The road was going up a hill and it was fairly narrow, such that the two of us occupied most of it. It was more of a foot path than a road and there were green grasslands on either side of it.
We were heading to “Holy Spirit Stores” that’s located up this road, at the crest of the hill. There were no other people on this road, just me and the Companion.
The sun was setting in the horizon and it was getting dark. I knew we did not have too much time before “Holy Spirit Stores” closed. We walked briskly with some sense of urgency. As we were walking up the hill, a sister-in-Christ called Sherry (Sherry is her nickname in real life), appeared and was walking downhill towards us. She was alone, sad and downtrodden. Something was troubling her.
When we got to where Sherry was, and we stopped to greet her. Much to my surprise, Sherry apparently knew my Companion very well. I figured out that they were actually very good friends! And so we had one common chat all of us. My Companion informed her that we were going to “Holy Spirit Stores” to pick up provisions for this evening, before the store closed. And since it was getting late, it would be better if she turned around and went with us, so that she too could get some provisions for herself.
“Oh no,” Sherry replied. “I have too many issues right now that I am dealing with and my life is really crowded. Please, be on your way now, let me not hinder you. I will definitely catch up with you later tonight,” she said.
My Companion tried to persuade her, telling her that the store would soon close. But she remained adamant. She insisted that she must resolve some urgent personal matters first, and once sorted out, she would be joining us later in the evening. She kept repeating that her life was “too crowded now,” that there were “too many people” in it right now and as a result, she was being overwhelmed by “too many problems”.
“Alright, we will see you later then,” my Companion said to her.
We gave way to pass, and she brushed by us and continued walking down the hill.
Not long after she passed by us, Sherry met two other people who were standing by the roadside but not walking up. They started talking. She was still within my hearing distance; I heard her lament the same things that she had told us; that there were just too many people in her life now and her life now was really crowded. I remember turning my head slightly and glancing at her over my right shoulder as she said this. But my Companion and I kept on walking.
We got to what was a beverage store with the name “Holy Spirit Stores”. It was a store that was all by itself at the crest of the hill. We found the doors still opened and got inside.
My Companion said to me, “Pick up all that you need, I want you to be filled up tonight.”
And so I picked up some beverages from the shelves. I noted that all the bottles had the label “Holy Spirit” on them. I opened and began drinking from one of the bottles right there at the store. I immediately became elated and filled with joy and happiness. A lot of joy. It was good stuff! I picked another big bottle and carried it with me. There was no till at this store. No payment was required. It was all free for the taking.
I was happy and ecstatic as we now left the store. It was completely dark outside. The sun had set and the night was upon us.
The dream ended.

Sherry is a believer in Jesus Christ, and lives here in Nairobi – Kenya. She is a beautiful young single lady, has a heart of gold and is brutally honest. But the cares of this life have ensnared her, and as a result, she is bound in sinful life. She has a career in media, which only aggravates the situation: it brings a lot of ungodly people and influences into her life.
It saddens me that the Lord has used her as an example of a foolish bride. I know her heart, that deep inside is this this beautiful and faithful person, who unfortunately is being choked by worldly concerns.
I pray for her often, that the light of our Lord may shine on her and remove the blindness and darkness that is presently there. For indeed many of us were once blinded by sin, but God freed us from the bondage of sin and delivered us into His marvelous light.

Coming of the Holy Spirit
When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

Spiritual Gifts: Unity in Diversity
There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the for the profit of all: for one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of the spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

Brethren, we know what happens later this particular night: the foolish bride shows up without extra oil; she failed to enter in. Dream: And the Door was shut! – Humbled for Service
It appears that it is critical for us to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, to walk with Him, to listen and heed His instructions if we are to enter in; this is the oil (or part of the oil) in the vessels of the wise brides. This I believe is the lesson to be learned from this dream.
