Dream Confirmation of the Septuagint’s Primacy

Dear Bible lovers:

Never has God ever so abundantly pressed upon me a particular confirmation by His Spirit!

I composed this simple article to share on social media but its return impact on my soul completely changed how adamantly and unreservedly I believe in the subject. Namely, that I received a dream in which God’s finger edited the text for me, pointing to a phrase that He wanted removed. Secondly, the day that I posted it He showered me with a most unforgettable heavenly experience that sent me into an overabundant rejoicing that I can only say was truly a “once in a lifetime” feeling. I would rather experience that joy again moreso than any reward offered me on this earth. So not only did this message overwhelm me with an extreme sense of jubilation on the day I released it, but the Lord saw fit to edit it for me in my dream. I awoke from that dream immediately rushing to edit the sentence that He pointed out to me (for that reason, I see no point in reiterating what the sentence said).

This conclusion shows the end point of a research project that He launched me onto with a dream that I had; KJV and going back to the Greek; a dream which I posted to 444prophecynews and can still be found here.

Now below is the article I posted with such joy and confirmation by the editing dream, with which I stand forever convinced of, and that by the Holy Spirit:

Your Bible is not from “The Original Hebrew?”
1/11/2022

Have you ever heard an advertisement for a Bible written according to “the original Hebrew”? Most Bibles presented with this description are taken from the Masoretic family of manuscripts, yet these are modified against the ancient Tanakh which excluded vowels. Pictured below from the Library at Southeastern, the vowels are clearly seen, and hence cannot rightly suffice as “the original” Hebrew [ https://library.sebts.edu/c.php?g=457318&p=3128185 ]. The addition of vowels to Hebrew Bibles may not be inherently corrupt in and of itself, but the practice shows beyond any doubt a contrary and sectarian perspective of Torah than that which was held by the Sanhedrin priesthood. This fact provides more than enough data for a conclusion that Masoretes were either not in possession of “original Hebrew” Scriptures, or were not interested in their perfect preservation. Yet the earliest Christian Bible is known to have included the BC Greek Old Testament, since over 80% of New Testament quotes confirm the Septuagint. Due to rampant misrepresentation of these facts, the Septuagint has been sorely eclipsed in its authority to represent to us a most accurate Tanakh. A lengthier article on this divergence can be found here: https://sites.google.com/site/errorsinthebible/examining-the-septuagint-and-the-masoretic-text

A complete “Bible” in the “original Hebrew” is impossible to obtain because it was inseparably conjoined to the oral recitations of its disciples: none of those ancient text families are extant. The Torah was never intended to be transferable outside of Judaism nor the Aaronic priesthood. The vowels were judiciously excluded under the providential guidance of Adonai Elohim, by no accident, for several reasons– the main of which would be that only the Holy Spirit YHWH dwelling among His divinely sanctified people (sanctified by His grace and His arbitration alone) could legitimize any tradition or assessment of Torah. Anyone attempting to integrate with Judaism would never be able to resurrect an Aaronic priesthood by sheer faith and obedience to the Torah without a special and heavenly calling to that specific temple order.

No one alive today is called to that covenant because it has been fulfilled.

In contrast to such vowel-laden innovations, the true originals like the Nash Papyrus pictured below at right [ http://cudl.lib.cam.ac.uk/view/MS-OR-00233/1 ] are demonstrably older and arguably legitimate, according to the original Aaronic tradition. Rejecting the vowel-inclusive manuscripts may seem terribly inconvenient or counter-productive since we would need them for a complete Tanakh, but Scripture is God-breathed, and that holy breath was given to humanity. The idea that Scripture could be used on its own without a spiritual power from the Holy Spirit is an incorrect assumption of modern rationalism. Vowels are distinct from consonants in that they are soft and purely breath-like. The exclusion of vowels appears to be an encryption of the divine intimacy, as the Law by itself can only find humanity guilty yet the will of Adonai was to redeem and restore life, which is in His breath. A Torah without vowels may be considered unreadable– a dead letter (Romans 7:6)– just as those who read Torah without communion in the Spirit of Christ are incapable of receiving its resurrection or spiritual revelation. Moses and Aaron did not recognize God’s Spirit by the law, but by His voice–His Person.

Almost all English Bible traditions have been corrupted with this technically unorthodox and heretical codex family, and hence those claiming to have original Hebrew are falsely advertising. To identify if your Bible uses them, look for the usual package under which this will be referenced: the “Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia”. There are other flags for Masoretic contamination, but this is the most common reference.

What, then, did the Lord do with His old covenant Aaronic Scriptures if He did not entrust them to the Masoretes? Where can we find the intact Old Testament if not in Hebrew?

I believe that the answer lies both spiritually and forensically with Christianity. When the Jewish temple was levelled in AD 70, YHWH was also levelling the authority of Hebrew canon (spiritually at Pentecost) in favor of an inter-cultural, pan-lingual, and global Scripture family that would come to be known as the Christian Bible. That is to say, the Holy Spirit transfered priestly authority from the Aaronic Sanhedrin to the disciples of Jesus, and that breath signified in vowels was climaxed in the tongues of fire which are available to every confessing Christian. Forensically the Spirit transferred canonical reliance of the true servants of YHWH on to the Greek translation of the Tanakh, the Septuagint, out of both convenience for the gospel and also to show that His favor now rested on the entire world and not just Jews.

To this day, the best means of acquiring accurate Old Testament Scripture lies with the Greek Christian manuscripts, not because of any superior effort on the Christians’ part to reproduce a perfect Tanakh, but because God’s Holy Spirit abode with them and favored their interpretive authority over Aaron’s. The purpose of all Scripture lies with the message of Jesus Christ, and that by the gospel to all nations. The Septuagint’s preeminence as vindicated by the Dead Sea Scrolls serves to demonstrate the good will of God towards all people, delivered in a Jewish vessel, but now canonized in the breath of Gentiles. For all purposes we have seen the Scriptures jealously manifest in and through the new light that was promised through the Jewish prophets: “a light for the nations so that you may become salvation as far as the end of the earth,” Isaiah 49:6 (Lexham, 2019). That light is in His Son, by whom we may understand the Law and Prophets exclusively by our ingrafting to the Christian church.
