My Beloved,
When you come into My Presence, wait. Do not rush in, rush through prayer and then rush out. Prayer is not merely about getting things done or needs met. The motive behind your spending time with Me should be to deepen our oneness, harmony and intimate friendship. Intimacy cannot be rushed. I want us to commune and spend time together for the primary purpose of enjoying each other’s company. Do not be in a hurry when you are with Me.
Exodus 33:11
And God spoke with Moses face-to-face, as neighbors speak to one another. When he would return to the camp, his attendant, the young man Joshua, stayed— he didn’t leave the Tent.
