Beyond The Borders

Kenya 🇰🇪
On the night of 19th July 2026, I got a call from a Kenyan man working in Somalia (I have told you about him before). I had not slept yet, and it was midnight (is it a coincidence?). He told me he was seeing some of the things I had shared with him back then. He went on to enumerate some of the prophecies I spoke to him about. Chief among them, in his own words, he quoted me as saying,
“Something will happen that will make the entire world come to a standstill.”
I didn’t know then what that exact “something” was (I saw churches closed, workplaces dormant, and people staying indoors as much as possible). Then COVID-19 came, and that 5-year-old prophecy was fulfilled! He mentioned that he and his co-worker often say they need to seek God.
In that same year, I told him about the thick, black darkness that will descend on the entire Earth. I saw that people were caught off guard that day, and I shared the word with them. What if I had kept quiet? Would this conversation have ever materialized?
I wonder at times how God works. A man all the way in Somalia was narrating things to me that I had shared with him but had long forgotten about. He was walking home at midnight from work when he made the call. I even had to ask him if he was safe, knowing that Mogadishu is a bedrock for the dreaded Al-Shabaab terror group. He told me there are many Kenyans working there and that he comes home every four months for two weeks.
We had not talked for nearly two years before he called on the 19th. I concluded our conversation by saying, “The darkness I told you and your co-workers about is now near.” Because I saw it vividly—and even saw people I know blanketed by it—my belief remains unshakable, knowing it will come to pass at the appointed time. Many people, after waiting for something for a long time, come to the conclusion that it will never happen. That is human nature.
The irony of our time is that non-believers are sometimes easier to talk to and believe faster without unnecessary debate than believers. I have heard many believers say that the mentioned darkness is unbiblical and a myth, despite what has been revealed to many messengers.
During the weekend beginning Saturday, July 25th to Monday, July 27th, 2026, I was in Mwanza—the second-largest city in Tanzania—to do some outreach. It is located 288 km from the southwestern border town of Isebania-Sirare. I spent the evening of the 24th in a town called Tarime (18 km from the Kenya–Tanzania border) before heading to Mwanza the following morning at 6:00 AM. (The speed limit on Tanzanian roads is 50 km/h, so if you are traveling far, you must start your safari early in the morning.)
I did some ministry at a restaurant, the lodge, and a local gym in Tarime. I discovered that in just a single afternoon, you can encounter so many people; we only get afraid because we hesitate to start conversations with people we hardly know. I did what I had to do, and nobody scoffed or mocked the message—they were very welcoming. Tanzanians are generally polite people, whether saved or unsaved. If you can speak basic Swahili, you can get all the help you need at all times.
I had printed handbills in both Swahili and English for this mission. That is what I had been led to do. As I told you previously, the next phase of ministry will primarily be face-to-face encounters! It is now time to start meeting the “Nicodemuses” of this world one-on-one and telling them to be born again.
I arrived in Mwanza on time to do one-on-one witnessing within the city. The handbills—which had John 3:16 and Acts 2:20–21 as the main verses—were prepared beforehand for distribution. They resembled cardstock business cards in full color. Always give Yah your best, not a “lame and blind sacrifice.” A sacrifice that costs you nothing is no sacrifice at all. He is always watching and knows the details.
In the past, when an earthquake shook Kenya, it also shook the Mwanza region (I am not saying that will always be the case). It seems we share the same seismic tectonic plates intertwined within the region. Many people desire to go abroad to do ministry, but they forget to reach their own “Jerusalem and Judea” before going further. Souls are perishing daily within your local geographical region, and you are the Lord’s legs, hands, and eyes in that area to usher others into the everlasting kingdom before it is too late.
How will you go if you are not sent? And if you are sent nearby and refuse to go, how can you expect to go to the uttermost parts of the Earth? A friend was telling me just a month ago how serving God is not considered a prestigious job and is despised by many (it doesn’t draw in gold unless you use dubious methods like some rogue ministers do).
If you are seated among a few distinguished guests and they introduce themselves with titles like Dr., His Highness, or Professor, people clap for them. But if you stand up, introduce yourself, and say you simply preach on the streets without a five-fold ministry title, will everyone clap for you?
A long time ago, I attended a School of Ministry meeting where I was given the opportunity to sing before the attending ministers. I sang with all my heart. This was in a Rift Valley town. The guest minister was from the US and taught on the need to reach everyone, everywhere, without bias. I had just finished a nine-month course at a Bible school, and the Great Commission was the main theme of the meeting.
From that day forward, my life was never the same regarding outreach. That meeting served as a launching pad for me to travel to many places and towns throughout our republic.
Note: Years ago, I read an article about a vision a twelve-year-old girl had in Ecuador. It is a long revelation, but I will summarize it here: Jesus had tears in His eyes as He said,
“My people no longer witness to others about Me down the street. They no longer give gospel tracts to non-believers. They care too much about protecting their dignity and are ashamed of Me.”
That came directly from Yeshua’s mouth. Has anything changed from that time in 2009—when this girl temporarily died before returning to give the message—to the present moment? The girl cried when she saw the Lord in tears and promised to do the work. On a large cinema screen, the Lord showed her the world in turmoil and distress moments after the Rapture happened.
Even while I was in Mwanza, I had a dream where I saw myself holding handbills. This confirmed that this was exactly what He wanted me to do in the city. I printed the exact number of handbills He laid on my spirit to carry. I even had to limit what I gave out in Tarime to save enough for Mwanza.
While in Tarime, I spoke to a man who attends church and tithes, but knew nothing about the “Three Days of Darkness.” Later, at the immigration office, I saw many European visitors on their way to the renowned Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Arusha (a 12+ hour journey from Mwanza), Zanzibar, etc. Over 15 tour vehicles in the parking lot were ferrying them from their Kenyan tour. My main concern was whether they truly knew the season we are living in (though there is certainly nothing wrong with taking a vacation).
On Sunday, I attended a Pentecostal Church in Mwanza (M.P.C.) for an English service from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. I noticed three members of the Asian community there—a very rare sight in Kenyan churches! I also spoke with the pastor, who had lived and attended Bible school in Kenya. The church was celebrating its 11-year anniversary. I have been sharing about the number 11 for some time now (not a coincidence!).
On my way to and around Mwanza (“The Rock City”), I saw the hills and rocks just as I had seen them in a dream last month. While heading to church, I was reflecting on that dream about doing a swift work in this land when a truck passed by me from the opposite direction with the words “God’s Plan” written on it. Only El Olam could arrange those massive rocks on the hills and inside the lake at creation in such a manner. (You can search YouTube to see them for yourself.)
By 3:15 PM on the first day, I had handed out all the Swahili handbills. I was left with English ones, which I redistributed at Rock City Mall the next day after the service to people who had a strong command of the language. I finished the task by late afternoon. A photographer inside the mall requested that I translate the three verses into Swahili for him (a sign of spiritual hunger!). I gave a young man a handbill; he walked away a few meters reading it, then returned to ask for more to pass along to his friends!
The pastor asked if I had come to Mwanza for business. I replied, “Yes, I am here for Kingdom Divine Business.” I gave the usher some handbills to help distribute within the community and asked him to give a few to the Asian members so they could share the word within their circles. He asked if I was a minister back in Kenya and expressed interest in following my work online. I referred him to the 444 Prophecy News blog/channel and strongly encouraged him to study end-time events. He acknowledged that we are indeed living in the very last days.
Inside the mall, I reached business executives, students, store employees, a few European visitors, shoppers, security staff, and employees of the Yas phone network. They were very receptive despite their busy schedules. I visited every major spot a first-time visitor to the city would go to, as that is where people gather during weekends.
The church usher jokingly suggested I relocate there and offered to give me land to build a house! He noticed the wristband I was wearing, which bore the colors of the Tanzanian flag. While witnessing, I kept mentioning that I was Kenyan because my Swahili gave me away!
As I was at the gate preparing to leave, I was called back for tea. As a guest, it would be considered rude to decline, so I returned and discovered it was an early anniversary lunch for the congregation. I was served a meal before excusing myself to head to the mall and complete the work I started the previous day. I also interacted with a few Sunday school children and heard them speaking English—a rare occurrence, as the majority speak Swahili at public places and in school.
I stayed in the Capri Point suburb near Mwanza International School. This quiet neighborhood near the lake has a strong international presence. May the Lord be glorified through the four-day mission He assigned to me in Tanzania.
On the evening of July 27th, 2026, during an overnight stopover in Tarime on my return trip, I received an email from the church usher. He asked me to send more handbills because the ones I left with him were all distributed that very same day! If Yah’s hand were not in this outreach, who would have requested more materials to pass out? I promised to see what I could do.
Before reaching home, I met a driver who regularly travels to that border. He agreed to hand the parcel over to drivers heading to Mwanza, provided I covered the transport fee. This was entirely Yah’s doing. All praise, glory, and honor belong to our God—I had nothing to do with it. I simply spoke with the polite residents and prayed for them throughout the weekend.
I remember many people saying “Asante” (“Thank you”) upon receiving the materials. I have done outreach in Kenya before, but I rarely hear the word “thanks.” I never expect to be thanked—it was simply my assigned duty.
That Sunday, the pastor remarked that Africa should never have been partitioned with national boundaries, so that anyone who wishes to travel could do so without barriers.
Upcoming Mission: Nairobi (“Our Jerusalem”)
There is an upcoming mission slated for August—a one-week door-to-door witnessing campaign. A large team will be involved, and planning has been underway for nearly three months.
- Luke 12:8–9 (AMP): “I say to you, whoever declares openly and confesses Me before men (speaking freely of Me as his Lord), the Son of Man also will declare openly and confess him (as one of His own) before the angels of God.”
- Romans 1:16: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.”
- Isaiah 26:3: “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”
- Isaiah 53:1: “Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”
- Luke 14:23: “Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”
This is where the real work lies. Traveling has always been necessary for outreach ministry. In the days of Jesus and the apostles, the roads were poor and ministry was physically exhausting. Today, we have improved roads, air travel, railways, and waterways, allowing us to move quickly. Yet, many remain complacent.
I could have told the Lord, “I am busy, send someone else,” or pretended I didn’t hear “Mwanza, Mwanza” ringing in my spirit. But I had no peace until I prepared and made myself willing to go. I never want to hear Him say, “I sent you, but you refused to go.”
- Matthew 10:32–33 (AMP): “Therefore, the one who confesses and acknowledges Me before men (as Lord and Savior, affirming a state of oneness with Me), that one will also confess and acknowledge before MyFather who is in heaven. But the one who denies and rejects Me before men, that one I will also deny and reject before My Father who is in heaven.”
