An Urgent Plea to Help Feed Our Children

Because the burden of caring for so many children is so great, I shared our situation with our fellowship. They agreed to donate food through the produce from their small-scale farming, contributions from well-wishers, and support from the church.

The business I was doing, selling fruit in the market, has also been affected because the markets have been closed. As a result, it has become very difficult for our home to obtain food. The children are now suffering because we have no way to provide for them. At this time, we have gone about five days without food.

I went to our food supplier to ask if she could provide us with food on credit, but she refused. I do not know how to fully explain our situation so that you can understand how much we are suffering. I pray that God will speak to your heart, because my own heart is filled with tears as I watch these little children suffer and cry from hunger when I have nothing to give them. They are all becoming weak and sick because of hunger.
