My beloved pilgrims,

I see your path, though at times it feels hidden from your own eyes. From the moment you turned away from Egypt and set your face toward Me, I have watched every step. I was with you when you first believed. I was with you in the night seasons. I am with you still. I have not left you, neither have I forgotten you.

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.” (Isaiah 41:10)

You ask, “Why is the way so difficult? Why the delays, the tests, the silent seasons?” Did I not lead My people through the wilderness? (Deuteronomy 8:2) It was not to destroy them, but to shape them,to teach them to trust My voice and depend on My word.

So it is with you.

This journey has purpose. Every dry place, every hidden struggle, every stretching of your faith is forming you. I am preparing you for a city not made with hands, whose builder and maker is God. (Hebrews 11:10)

You say, “Lord, I am weak.”

I answer, “My grace is sufficient for thee.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

You say, “Lord, I am weary.”

I say, “Come unto Me… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

You say, “Lord, I have fallen.”

I say, “Return unto Me; for I have redeemed thee.” (Isaiah 44:22)

Do not look back.

Remember Lot’s wife. (Luke 17:32) Remember those who left Egypt but perished in the wilderness because their hearts returned to what they left behind. Walk forward. “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7)

Lay aside every weight. (Hebrews 12:1) You cannot carry Egypt into Canaan. Let go of what hinders you, fear, pride, hidden burdens. I am leading you onward.

When the path seems uncertain, remember: I am the Way. (John 14:6)

When darkness surrounds you, remember: I am the Light.

When fear rises, remember: I have overcome the world. (John 16:33)

You are not alone.

“I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” (Hebrews 13:5) I go before you. I walk beside you. I wait for you at the end of the journey.

Endure.

Watch and pray. (Matthew 26:41) Hold fast what you have received. (Revelation 3:11) Do not grow weary in well doing. (Galatians 6:9)

There is a city ahead. A place where sorrow shall cease and every tear shall be wiped away. (Revelation 21:4) Do not trade this eternal promise for the passing things of this world.

“For our light affliction… worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” (2 Corinthians 4:17)

My beloved, I am bringing you home.

Trust Me in the unseen.

Follow Me in the narrow way.

Obey Me even when it is difficult.

The journey is not in vain.
