John 4:23-24 King James Version (KJV) But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. For the Father seeks such to worship him. God is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and truth.
We are living in a time when we see how the Worship of God has been corrupted. Many songs have become songs of the Ego, the one that speaks of the Self and how I feel, I and I and I and I. Many worshipers have been silenced, even seated or removed. And the Lord calls all His people to rise up as worshipers. A people who exalt Him calls the people to raise worship in union and love in one spirit. A feeling like when the Church prayed unanimously and the place trembled.
The Word tells us that when the Temple was dedicated, the following happened:
2 Chronicles 5:13
When those who played the trumpets and those who sang made their voices heard with one voice, praising and giving thanks to the LORD; when they lifted up their voices together with the trumpets, cymbals, and other musical instruments; And when they praised the LORD, saying, “For he is good, for his loving-kindness is everlasting,” then the house was filled with a cloud, the house of the LORD.
Worship has to do with a feeling, union with Wisdom and Intelligence has to do with true Love, and that Love is only possible through the Holy Spirit, who makes us Worshippers in Spirit and Truth. When we have the Spirit of Wisdom and Intelligence, there is no
* Vainglory
* Egoism
* Hembidia
But all our worship is not directed to a man or to what has been seen, but we pour out our spikenard at the feet of the Master, and all our worship is directed to Jesus Christ and only to Jesus Christ.
“Sing to God, sing; sing to our King, sing; for God is the King of all the earth; sing with understanding.”
Psalm 47:6-7 ESV
Where there are spiritual worshipers, men and women filled with the Holy Spirit, there is no such thing (egoism, the self wanting to appear). The Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of Wisdom, tells us this in His Word:
“These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Spirit teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.”
1 Corinthians 2:13 ESV
“For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is confusion and every wicked practice. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and kind, full of mercy and good fruits, sincere and sincere, without vain conceit.”
James 3:16-17 ESV
In these End Times, the Lord is not necessarily called to those with a “good voice” or those who play very professionally. I believe that out of mercy the Lord gives talents, etc. But the Lord is seeking those who are after His own heart and worship Him with all their being and style of living—the Davids and the Miriams of this age.
The Lord seeks those who truly offer reverence and honor to Him, those worshipers who exalt Him, who stand behind Him so that He may be seen and not Man. Worship is part of the Great move of the Holy Spirit in these Last Days. That is why we have seen Him so attacked. I believe that days will come when the Presence of the Eternal will descend as in the Day of the Dedication of Solomon’s Temple, as in the Days of David’s Tabernacle, and He will perform great miracles and wonders. It is time to remove humanism from something that is only of and for the Lord Jesus Christ.
* Characteristics to be a true worshiper
“Who is worthy to ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who is worthy to approach His sanctuary?” “Only he who has clean hands and a pure heart; only he who does not call upon idols or swear to false gods.”
Psalm 24:3-4 ESV
* Clean Heart, filled with His presence, a heart that loves Him
* Hands clean in all aspects //
* The Mouth of the Worshipper, there is no deceit, no lies, no falsehood, only speaks of Him, there is no other theme, only worships Him. All worship comes from the Holy Spirit and is directed to Jesus Christ. JESUS CHRIST IS THE CENTER of the Worshipper’s Life
Word for Worshippers who are seated, despised, and in general
DAVID, TAKE YOUR HARP AND WORSHIP. MIRIAM, TAKE YOUR TAMBOURINE AND SING SONGS OF VICTORY. DEBORAH, OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SING SONGS OF DELIVERANCE. ASAP, RISE UP WITH A SOFT SOUND AND PROPHESY AGAIN THROUGH THE SPIRITUAL SONG THAT THE LORD PLACES IN YOUR MOUTH. PUT THEM IN THE Levites, to those who blow the horns (worshippers), come forward, for there comes the great movement of the Holy Spirit. Sing songs, raise flags, play tambourines and psaltery, open the doors of praise and let the King of glory enter with authority and majesty and fill his people with his presence.
Amen
