Over the past four years, the Lord Jesus Christ has given me three dreams about New York City. In the first dream (April 14, 2015), I saw an angel walking up and down the sidewalks of the city. He was singing a sad song and imploring the people to “Escape from New York City!” He had a symbol on his chest that resembled a nuclear fallout shelter sign.
In the second dream (May 24, 2015), I was walking toward Brooklyn on the Brooklyn Bridge. I was warning the people to “Escape from New York City!” as hundreds of vehicles were streaming onto Manhattan Island. The drivers either ignored me or reveled in mocking and scoffing.
In the third dream (June 23, 2018), I was above Manhattan Island looking down on the city. I saw a huge rectangular section covered in yellow light. The light then moved to the next block of buildings. All that was left in the area that was judged, was the blackened and burned out remains of the former buildings. As the people in the remaining sections saw what was happening, they panicked and tried to escape the city. However, it was too late and they did not survive.
In May of 2018, I traveled over 3,000 miles to visit New York City for the first time. The Holy Spirit led me to intercede for all of the people living there. I found the bridge that was in my dream, and walked out to the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge.
The replica Arch of Baal in City Hall Park is, I believe, a sign of the Lord’s impending judgment on Manhattan Island. I continue to mourn for all of the people who will be lost in America’s largest city.
