God loves all. God loves all equally, the righteous as well us the sinner. Jesus came to save the sinful world. There is no specific sector of society the Lord love better than the other. Age, gender, race, specific demographic, the sick and the poor are loved equally.
Age is a teacher, not knowledge alone but to environmental exposure to detrimental agents, bacteria, virus mold, parasites etc. The human system learns from its age too.
Natural immunity develops from exposure to such disease causing agents, that is what vaccines do, expose the system to the new disease causing pathogen/agent. The more to wider agents a person is exposed, the better the immunity.
God created human system has everything in order. The immune system is a very sophisticated, complex, have capable defense mechanism to these disease causing agents. The immune system has the mirror images of every antigen in the outside environment. When a strange, new disease causing agents emerges, the system(antigen presenting cells) pick the unique antigen from the pathogen and present it it specific lymphocytes(T-cells). The commander in chief of the immune system, the T-Lymphocyte give order in two front to initiate cell mediated and humeral immunity, ie The cells are ordered to destroy the agent and as well other cells are ordered to produce antibodies.
When the disease causing agent is eliminated by one or two of the defense mechanism, the system preserves memory cells(Memory B-Lymphocytes) to circulate in the system, in small number for future use. In case, in the future, if the person is exposed to the same or related disease causing agent, the system recognizes and easily destroys the pathogen.
If some one is exposed to a disease causing agent or to its specific antigen, as in vaccines, the system develops strong immunity for short and long term defense. This is the human system the creator created.
AIDS (Human immunodeficiency syndrome) is a deadly disease which kill the T-lymphocytes, the commander in chief of the immune system, disabling the whole array of the immune system. The person doesn’t have deficiency, the disease makes the immune system deficient. The virus changes its RNA to DNA and the viral DNA integrates in the chromosomal DNA of the infected person, hijackings the system to make it its own machinery of producing the virus. How smart a virus. No brain but functions more than one with a brain. That is why AIDS virus, once infects a person, stays in the system for long.
The reason to bring this is for one point. If a person develops immunity from natural exposure or through vaccines, seniors, elderly are the aged group of society who are much better exposed to divers pathogens, bacteria, virus etc. The elder group of society is the most exposed and supposedly the group to have a better immune defense than the rest of society. The elderly have been exposed to a number of different seasonal and many other kinds of virus. If so, instead of developing immunity to corona, why do they became the most vulnerable? Based on the current data, the elderly male has higher rate of cases than the elderly female, Why?
Is there any reason? Not forgetting, the elders have a relatively worn out system by the ages, their immunity is supposed to be better. It is not a curse, it is not lack of well developed responsive immune system, then why?
The answer is found in the old scientific studies which lay the foundations for the current works in every field.
I. Target organs and system for corona virus.
Which organs and why they became targets for the corona virus is, primarily due to the presence of the receptor for the spike protein of corona virus. Even though the primary organ to suffers most is the Lung, other organs are also involved. It is not difficult to to see which organs and systems are primary targets from this old literature

Furthermore, ACE2 was present in arterial and venous endothelial cells and arterial smooth muscle cells in all organs studied. In conclusion, ACE2 is abundantly present in humans in the epithelia of the lung and small intestine, which might provide possible routes of entry for the SARS-CoV. II. Regulation of blood pressure.
In order to understand what the corona virus uses as entry to the cells, it is good to see how the blood pressure of human system is regulated. Unless external pressures, unhealthy food and practices, are imposed on it, the circulatory system is a capable with God created homeostatic mechanism of regulating blood pressure. This system constrict or dilates the blood vessels according to the specific response imposed on it, according to the need. This system is called Renin–angiotensin system (RAS). Hemoglobin, the red component of the red blood cells doesn’t only transport oxygen and carbon dioxide, it also has a mechanism of regulating blood pressure. In order to understand what corona virus targets as an entry receptor to the cells, it is good to see how, the regulatory system works.

It converts the hormone angiotensin I to the active vasoconstrictor angiotensin II. Therefore, ACE indirectly increases blood pressure by causing blood vessels to constrict. ACE inhibitors are widely used as pharmaceutical drugs for treatment of cardiovascular diseases.[5]
The enzyme was discovered by Leonard T. Skeggs Jr. in 1956.[6] It is located mainly in the capillaries of the lungs but can also be found in endothelial and kidney epithelial cells.[7]
Other less known functions of ACE are degradation of bradykinin[8] and amyloid beta-protein.[9]”

III. The elderly and the male sex.
I brought all the above extracts from the scientific literatures to make one point. The spike protein of corona targets, primarily the alveolar epithelium of the Lung and used the receptor for blood regulation for entry to the cells. All humans organs and systems mentioned above have the receptor for blood regulation, namely Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ECA). As the study indicates, for reasons which we do not need to focus on for now, the elderly as a whole and specifically the male population have elevated, increased level of the receptor which makes them more vulnerable to the infection with Corona virus. I have seen few data which shows the male elderly population having more cases of corona than the female elders. It is an age factor but why the male elderly population is more susceptible to corona needs further study. They have elevated number of the receptor than the female, but why? If need be, for the science, the treatment for the elders is found in this regulatory mechanism.
