We were Leaving!

When I was in Tanzania, I had a revelation of some people leaving. In that dream, I saw people sitting on a bus, ready to leave. Some luggage was still lying outside when the bus suddenly departed. I panicked a bit because I was not inside. Then I heard a voice say, “It is still coming for another trip.”

The last leg of my trip took me to Arusha. It was a 12-hour overnight bus ride from Dar. When I arrived, I checked into a place I had reserved. I had another busy schedule within the city. I had forgotten my Bible during my last visit, so I had to go and pick it up.

When I reached the facility, the place looked deserted, but I found the steward who helped me retrieve it. The previous workers were all gone. I then went to the gym, where I spent some good time working out.

Finally, I went to see the lady who used to work at the hostel and her daughter in the vicinity of Arusha. They were all excited to see me. The girl had just come from church when her mother told her I was on my way. I met Grandma and an aunt as well.

We talked about the stringent border regulations and concluded that it was not advisable for the girl to travel. The lady told me she had received partial payment of what she was owed and was thankful for that. I gave them something small, of course.

She told me that Kenyans who had stayed at the hostel in previous years usually called after returning home to inquire about their welfare. It was getting dark by the time I said my goodbyes and returned to my guest room about two miles away.

I am glad I did what the Lord put in my heart to do, and that is simple obedience.

I left Arusha for Nairobi the following morning. Among the passengers in the shuttle were people from the Congo Republic, Tanzania, Portugal, and Kenya. I thought about the dream I had earlier that week.

On my first evening after I arrived, I had the same dream again. We were at a place waiting for a bus to come and pick us up. I saw it coming from a distance. We were excited because, at long last, we were leaving. Someone helped me load my bags into the luggage compartment, and then I woke up to find it was 5:34 a.m. (11/6/26).

One day, this time will arrive to the shock of many. In that dream, I saw the bus coming very fast. The waiting time was simply over. It will be our duty to wait, but we must also be at the pickup terminal ahead of schedule.

Note: If you were meant to be part of this group, by now you know who you are. If not, it will be revealed to you—ask. We will not wait forever. What was meant to be will be.

NB: I thank Yah. He gave me three good men to take me around the places I wanted to visit.

The one in Zanzibar was amazing. He previously worked for the police force, and whenever we encountered police officers, it was an easy pass with friendly conversation in between. We reached the southern end of the territory, about 60 km from Stone Town. In that area are the spice farms, the butterfly farm, the rural home of the president, the famous Paje area surrounded by beautiful beaches, and the tortoise cave. They all charged me less than I had expected.

The steward in Zanzibar comes from Arusha, and he told me he would invite me to his rural home one day. He is planning to harvest maize (corn) and sugarcane from his farm.

The one in Dar is almost finished building a house and told me that the next time I am there, he will accommodate me.

The one in Arusha took me to the renowned goat meat restaurant for lunch. He was always very punctual whenever I called him on the phone.

I thank the Lord for everything and for the kind gestures shown by the local people.
