WAITING

On 12th May 2026, in an early morning vision, the Lord presented a person before me (a woman). I could see vividly, with the eyes of the spirit, that she was in a waiting season for an earlier promise from Yah to come to pass in her life. This was the impression left in my spirit upon waking up:
• Sometimes problems are encountered during the waiting season, so do not despair. Let the strength of Yah manifest in adversity.
• There are no shortcuts in the School of the Spirit. Go through the entire process without guilt or shame, because the experience will speak in the end. The fruit will manifest, and you will rejoice and be glad.
• God is a Promise Keeper. He is not a son of man that He should lie. Simply trust in Him. He does not revoke or terminate contracts the way humans do. He does not change His mind the way man does. The Word works every time we apply it to our lives and situations. If God said it, it will happen. The promise is like collateral; you can keep it as your assurance during uncertain times.
• The School of Adversity—your school of higher learning—makes your spirit strong, especially if you stay the course. It is not a walk in the park to be in this school. I am speaking from experience, not from a theological perspective. Understand this clearly: this school is rarely repeated twice. It is usually a once-for-all class, with a promotion bonus upon completion. There is a reward to receive in this life, coupled with the one to come.
• You are tested by Yah Himself during your waiting season. Remember the story of Abraham. Did he become disobedient or give up because nothing seemed to be working? No. He looked forward to the appointed time. A departed general of faith once said, “God trusts the people who have gone through the fires of affliction to do His bidding.” Tried and tested people are qualified for the service of Yah.
Do not covet what belongs to another—whether anointing, possessions, or position. Be yourself, otherwise you may fall into the trap of covetousness.
• Do not listen to naysayers, for they will ruin your faith. Listen to people who build your faith and add faith to faith. You need encouragement, especially in this season.
• As long as we are still in this earthly realm, there is no “closed case” in Heaven until it is adjudicated by the Heavenly Council. In your waiting moment, nobody should write you off or look down on you. That is why many become perplexed when something contrary to their expectations suddenly happens. They did not see it coming.
• Remember, every problem has an expiry date, and every promise from the Father has a fulfillment date. The limiting factor in our realm is that we do not know when.
Whether saved or unsaved, sinner or believer, prosperous or poor, problems come to everyone. That is an undeniable fact of life. Even ministers of the gospel experience problems they rarely speak about from the pulpit.
Long ago, I allowed a pastor’s son to stay in my house temporarily after his father sent him away because of misconduct. His mother spoke to me, and out of respect I agreed. Later, I began noticing strange behavior and irresponsibility. I spoke to him politely, but nothing changed. One day, I came home from work, my anger was stirred, and I showed him the door. Even leniency has limits.
Problems are part of life. This is a truth often hidden from many modern pulpits.
Every patriarch mentioned in the Bible went through some form of adversity, yet it did not stop them from fulfilling their destinies.
When people think they are at the top and lacking nothing, it becomes easy for them to look down on others who are still in Heaven’s waiting line, waiting for provision from the Father’s storehouses. Never look down on a praying person, because when the answer comes at the appointed time, it may arrive with a shockwave. In Heaven there is no time, which is why some prayers seem delayed from an earthly perspective.
Suddenly, your new season will begin to take shape. The Father’s promise will move you out of the problem phase and into tangible provision. Then you will truly taste and see that the Lord is good.
Expect Three Things
- Your answer will come quickly. — Psalm 143:7
- The Lord Himself will give you refuge. — Psalm 143:9
- The Lord will rescue and deliver you from your enemies. — Psalm 144:11
(Let Him do it without your help.)
That is the word downloaded into my spirit, and I felt it exploding in the realm of the spirit as I wrote it under His unction. The recipient of this word will discern that this is not my message, but His Rhema word to you. Receive it if it is yours.
Isaiah 40:31 — “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.”
Acts 1:4 — “Wait for the promise of the Father.”
Psalm 37:7 — “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.”
Psalm 40:1 — “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined unto me, and heard my cry.”
