Vision/Word: I will consume them with my fire, to ashes I bring the sins of this nation – Ashleigh Quinn

I saw a vision through an old movie camera lens…a street with tall city buildings on both sides…they turned to ASH and then all fell to the ground. Oct 2014

The Lord spoke this word to me the next morning….after He led me to read Psalm 18.

“I am the Lord your Rock, Great is my name and the author of salvation, Great is my faithfulness.
No other gods before me; I will consume them with my fire, to ashes I bring the sins of this nation. Who can stand the winds of the almighty God? Those who do not take cover with in me shall be burned. I am patient, I give warning, and still you do not repent of your ways. A mighty wind it will come upon your land. Who will be able to stand? I am the only refuge, if you are not in me you have no refuge. My wind will shake you. My glory you will see, a light to the righteous and darkness to the wicked.”

(Psalms 27:5 for he will hide me in His shelter in the day of trouble; he will conceal me under the cover of his tent; he will lift me high upon the rock.)

After this the Lord fell on me in a mighty way…He showed me the sorrow he has for his people, he broke my heart for what breaks his…a deep and heavy burden poured out onto me, I fell to my knees. I was sobbing, my whole body was shaking, I was utterly sick…I prayed and pleaded for the people of this nation as the Lord spoke softly to me…

“I am bringing a wave upon the land, the people will not listen”

I didn’t want to hear what he said…no lord no!

“Do not fear what comes upon your land, the heavens will be shaken. I allow and disallows all. I am the Lord your God do not fear, I am The Lord your God I will protect you. I will make a way when when there seems to be no way.
The time is “too late” the sins of this nation will be exposed. I am coming down with a great and mighty wind.”

Then as sudden as it fell on me it left like a wind through me.

“Weep and wail my people for the time is too late, it has begun and there is no stopping the plan set forth.
Weep and wail, pray and watch. Pray for the souls of this nation. I say, pray, pray, pray for the time is short and desolations are decreed. Snatch them out if the fire, shine your light to the nations. Last call, last hour, you shall see all foretold in my word. None will escape my mighty judgments upon the land. Hide in me before it is too late. I have warned and my warnings will end.”

The great day of the Lord is near, near and hastening fast; the sound of the day of the Lord is bitter; the mighty man cries aloud there. A day of wrath is that day, a day of distress and anguish, a day of ruin and devastation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness, a day of trumpet blast and battle cry against the fortified cities and against the lofty battlements. I will bring distress on mankind, so that they shall walk like the blind, because they have sinned against the Lord; their blood shall be poured out like dust, and their flesh like dung. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them on the day of the wrath of the Lord. In the fire of his jealousy, all the earth shall be consumed; for a full and sudden end he will make of all the inhabitants of the earth.
Gather together, yes, gather, O shameless nation, before the decree takes effect —before the day passes away like chaff— before there comes upon you the burning anger of the Lord, before there comes upon you the day of the anger of the Lord. Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, who do his just commands; seek righteousness; seek humility; perhaps you may be hidden on the day of the anger of the Lord. (Zephaniah 1:14-18, 2:1-3)
