They Will Walk With Power & Authority

I heard a rushing wave come over me and the peace of God surrounded and enveloped me, suddenly I was taken up in a whirlwind to a place above the clouds. I saw someone in a white robe and as I looked left I saw a multitude and they all bowed on one knee. As they did they outstretched their arms and in their right hands were a rod and in their left hands were sceptres. As they stood up and lifted their arms I saw gold begin to fall on them and they were filled with The Holy Spirit. Then in unison they all turned around and descended down a staircase to earth where there was an opening. They were disbursed all over the earth. I saw them placed in certain areas as everyday normal people. And I noticed as they walked there was a shield in front of them that was translucent and impenetrable. As they walk the darkness and entities of evil fled and could not come near them. The light was penetrating the darkness and the evil fled in trembling. Then The Lord said:
“An Outpouring is coming and they will walk with Power and Authority.”
But of the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your Kingdom.
