Samuel Ngugi is two years old he is very sick and in huge pain now, he has been sick of Cerebral palsy the abnormal brain development, he had floppy and rigid limbs with involuntary motions. he has been on physical therapies and on drugs, But he is now on oxygen in the hospital bed ,we have been with Samuel in the orphanage for the last two years her mother Run away after Delivery the 2nd day, he has never been breastfeeds, Never seen family member and no one know where her mother went, so we picked the little Samwell from the Hospital as abandoned case, for his condition of cerebral palsy urgently now needed dorsal rhizotomy is a neurosurgical procedure to sever sensory nerves that are causing muscle spasticity in the legs and feet which surgery is needed now!!! the whole process to save his life will cost $7,500 insurance will raise half we need to raise $3800
