Tower of Babel

A word given 1/4/2021 for our country and the church…
The Lord has been speaking to me about the tower of Babel.
Genesis 11 Now all the earth used the same language and the same words. 2 And it came about, as they journeyed east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there. 3 Then they said to one another, “Come, let’s make bricks and fire them thoroughly.” And they used brick for stone, and they used tar for mortar.4 And they said, “Come, let’s build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let’s make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered abroad over the face of all the earth.” 5 Now the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the men had built. 6 And the Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they have started to do, and now nothing which they plan to do will be [impossible for them.) 7 Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.” 8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth; and they stopped building the city. 9 Therefore it was named Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.
The Lord told me what we are witnessing in our country today is a modern day tower of Babel. We have a certain party (Democrats, Liberals, the left, or whatever you want to call them), the media (including all forms of social media) (the dispensers of information) and all the people associated with this way of thinking (judges, lawyers, business men, ordinary Joe’s), and they are building a tower. The tower they are hoping to build is a one world government also known to the church as the beast or antichrist system. They all speak the same language and you cannot make them deviate from their proposed agenda. They do not care about truth, justice, integrity, honor- only getting their way and fulfilling their agenda. They will ALL use fraud, lies, trickery and sometimes death to accomplish their plans. This is why you will hardly ever see a democrat vote against party lines. They are ONE voice in unison. And God, Himself, says when you have this kind of agreement “And this is what they have started to do, and now nothing which they plan to do will be [impossible for them).” This is why if they are not stopped NOTHING WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO THEM!
Church, do you understand the power of agreement? If you did you would learn something here. You would set your opinions, petty differences and love of comfort and safety aside and choose God’s will and to follow it no matter what. You would find someone to agree with you and believe for change. Matthew 18:19 “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.” You would begin to desire and be conformed into one voice, one mind, one heart with the Lord.
What else can be done? For starters, we know the Scriptures teach it is the truth that sets men free (John 8:32) and every single one of us has a platform whether through social media, our jobs, our church, or our neighborhoods, that we can spread this truth. I truly believe God set up America as a place that would spread the gospel to the four corners of the world. We are preserved for this. I also believe we are not supposed to be a part of the new world order. Yes, you heard me right, America will not follow the beast system. So people share truth about the gospel of the kingdom. Expose lies. Share information. Use your platform! People, confound the language!
Does all this mean we will escape from the judgments coming? No, we are going to see and be involved in some things especially if we reject the clutches of the new world order. The important thing is we must fight! We must resist! We must share truth! Matthew 24:13 But the one who endures to the end is the one who will be saved.
And, last but not least, PRAY!
