Immediately after I transcribed the first word from the LORD yesterday afternoon, I continued reading in my Bible where I left off after Isaiah 9:13. Then the LORD spoke a very different type of word. I’ve heard many words of judgment and many that could even be called severe before, but this one is different in its tone and finality. I have to say that it’s left a pit in my stomach even though almost 24 hours have past since I received it.
The LORD is righteous in judgment and most holy. He is perfect in all His ways. Blessed be the Name of the LORD!
I deliver this word with tears in my eyes:
“Write once more, My warrior Bride.
To those who will have none of My warnings…
To those who will refuse My offer of friendship and salvation…
To those whose ways are wicked and will remain contrary to Me, the One and Only GOD that ever was or evermore will be, I have this to say:
Who told you that you will eat and not go hungry?
Who promised you wealth and carefree days to do your will, whatever your wicked heart desired? You will not eat, but go hungry and famished. You will search for the basest of cuisine to satisfy your hunger pains. Your tongue will stick to the roof of your blistered mouth for want of drink because you rejected the Fountain of Living Waters that were offered to you. You will pay dearly for your sins and foolish rejection of Me, Who could have been your KING, your FATHER, your SAVIOR and PROTECTOR, your GOD. My wrath is shortly to be poured out without mixture. No, it will be served full strength. For you rejected Me when I called. You turned your back when I beckoned you come. You laughed at the sacrifice of My own SON, whose life was brutally taken and poured out as payment for your sins. You did not accept payment and now your debt is due.
Who will come to rescue you?
Who even could if they were willing?
But none is able and none is willing.
Away from Me, you evildoers!”
