My Peace be with you, My beloved people.
My children, the duration of time is close to reaching the limit of 12 hours and with this I want to tell you that the days will not last 24 hours, but 12 hours.

Why are the days lasting 12 hours?

    Matthew 24
22And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

    Matthew 24
22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

    It is written:-
    Matthew 24:22-28 (KJV)
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

I do not believe that scripture points to a less than a 24 hour time period. Perhaps a shorting of a period of time in total.

    To no one in particular,

Why, oh why, do you ask men for answers to questions that only God can give? Do you not know the significance of the “day”, or of the “light” (even of “THE light”)??? Read more about day and night, light and darkness, and blindness and seeing. Who is blind? Isaiah 42 gives the answer.

The word of God is like a 7-layer cake, but more like what Jesus said, “seventy times seven”-layers. What you see on the surface is not necessarily the same as what is in the middle, nor at the bottom. Jesus TAUGHT in this way (parables, or symbolism), and Paul described this phenomenon extensively.

I will give you a little bit of scripture, but you, the reader must dig deeper for yourself. Note that this is tied in with Lazarus. Who was Lazarus, what happened to him, and who does he symbolize?? I can’t tell you these things – only the Spirit can.

    John 11:8-11 –
8 The disciples said to Him, “Rabbi, lately the Jews sought to stone You, and are You going there again?”

9 Jesus answered, “Are there not TWELVE hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. 10 But if one walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him.” 11 These things He said, and after that He said to them, “Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him up.”

    I pray for all.

I was just discussing this very thing. I was shocked to see this word. The only way to shorten the days is to shorten a 24 hour day, because God was specific about the number of days & years for the tribulation. Amos 8:9 says… And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord God, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day…if the sun goes down at noon, that would cut the days in half. The tribulation could still be considered 7 yrs…not 7 years of 24 hour days but at some point during the tribulation it could change to 12 hour days. I was just trying to figure that out and then I see this post. Wow!

The days are already shortening a small bit. Over a long period of time, we can see the shortening, even though in the short term, the calculation shows a longer period. We wouldn’t know this proof without a computer!

Now, I believe that the prophecy will be plain for all to see without a computer, since Jesus specifically says: If the days had not been shortened, no one would survive (which according to astronomers, a significant increase in the earth’s rotation would be quite disorienting, (and they don’t think we’d even be able to “hold on” at that speed!

Later in Revelation 8:12, we’re told of a significant shortening, where a third of the day & night are taken.

    This is today: 5/21/2020
At the start of this day, UT1 will be 0.2535958 seconds behind UTC.
    [24 hours, 0 minutes, 0.0003268 seconds (0.3268 milliseconds)]

This is today’s length when they first kept these records in 1973 : 5/21/1973

At the start of this day, UT1 was 0.3418967 seconds ahead of UTC.
    [24 hours, 0 minutes, 0.0026878 seconds (2.6878 milliseconds)]

This proves true every time I look this up for 1973.
