Though Shalt Not Steal

In a dream vision early this morning, the Holy Spirit spoke the words, “You have thirty days left.” He did not say the words “to prepare”, but that was what I sensed He wanted me to do and to tell others to do. He did not say exactly what would happen after the thirty days, but He showed me scenes of what events would lead to.

The Holy Spirit placed me in scenes where I witnessed even good Christian people reduced to committing theft in broad daylight. In the vision, I saw people living in their cars. Everything they had of value was on their person or in their cars. When the people weren’t at their cars to protect their property, others would break into them. Many of the thieves had once been good Christians, even leaders with giftings from the Holy Spirit. In one scene, I saw two such women working as a team in the burglary of a car. The women wore holsters with guns for protection and rationalized the theft they were committing. “Someone is going to break into that car anyway,” they thought. “We might as well take what we can now before someone else does.” The women felt such theft was necessary, and they had come to the point in which they didn’t think twice about it. For some reason, I saw no men in this scene. Perhaps they had been called away into military or national service.

People of America, prepare for economic hardship that will test your understanding and following of God’s commandments, particularly the commandment not to steal.

Scripture:

Exodus 20:15

15 “You shall not steal.”

Exodus 22:7

7 “If anyone gives a neighbor silver or goods for safekeeping and they are stolen from the neighbor’s house, the thief, if caught, must pay back double.”

Leviticus 19:13

13 “‘Do not defraud or rob your neighbor. “‘Do not hold back the wages of a hired worker overnight.’”

Proverbs 10:2

2 Ill-gotten treasures have no lasting value, but righteousness delivers from death.

Luke 23:39-43

39 One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!”

40 But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? 41 We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.”

42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”

43 Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

John 10:10

10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

1 Corinthians 6:10

10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Ephesians 4:28

28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.

1 Timothy 6:10

10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
