They spend lavishly on idolatry

Our household does not celebrate any “pagan holiday” Christmas, Easter ect….

Many of my family members do celebrate and this year it seems as though the pressure from them to participate has greatly increased.

They are church going believers yet have resorted to name calling in an attempt to shame my Husband and I. The most recent incident taking place on Sunday November 17th.

I took this to the LORD and I’m being led to share HIS reponse.

Early on the morning of Novermber 18th I awoke with Holy Spirit speaking.

"Jeremiah 10:3-4"

For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.

They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it not move.

After reading all of Jeremiah 10, The LORD began to speak.

“They spend lavishly on idolatry. If they had MY Holy Spirit they would be given the understanding that they worship a vain thing, Child.

Many will waste on this day, they will surely be left wanting as sorrows and calamities come upon their households”

I am thankful for the understanding and reassurance given by the LORD to stay on the narrow path of HIS will.

I know other messengers have had many confirmations of our LORD’S heart on this matter of these manmade pagan days of celebration , it’s clear.

Brothers and Sisters, This year is not a time to “give in” and go with the crowd no matter how much pressure is applied from those you love.

John 15:19- If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefor the world hateth you.

Stay strong IN THE LORD, little flock!!

Much love, Sara❤
