Greetings, brothers and sisters in Christ!
The Way of the Harvest … or, Life During the Harvest.
Right now it’s harvest time in Northwest Iowa, and … what is the way of the harvest? I will ask my husband, a farmer – maybe the night before – Do you know what your day will be like tomorrow? I don’t know, is the answer. Or, in the morning I wake up; I ask my hubby, Do you know what you’re going to be doing today? And the answer is usually, I don’t know. And that’s kinda’ the way of the harvest.
The Heavenly Father let me know that is a prophetic picture of what we can expect when the time comes for the harvest of souls.
Right now, I do believe we’re still in a time of testing and the wearing out of the saints. –I’m feeling it.
Someone had suggested in a contact to me that when Peter in Acts chapter two talked about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, that we’ve been in that. –And absolutely that’s true. Look at the name: Believe Acts 2. –That’s referencing what Peter said. When I talk about an anointing, that’s in addition to the Holy Spirit’s outpouring. It’s … I can’t even describe it. I’ve experienced it throughout my time … when the Holy Spirit has prompted me to pray for somebody, even specifically for healing, I can feel an anointing for that time, or an anointing for that period.
I’m reading in Matthew chapter 9, verse 35 through 38. This is in the Holman version of the Bible. –Someone else wanted to know, is the Holman version of the Bible King James or New King James? It’s not any of the other two. The Holman version of the Bible is its own version. I prefer that one: It has included the Dead Sea Scrolls in the other texts and it is more accurate, in my opinion, that either King James or New King James. But I also have all of those as well. –Sometimes it’s good to read multiple versions of the Bible to finally get an understanding.
Back to Matthew chapter 9, 35 through 38 in the Holman version of the Bible:
“Then Jesus went to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness.”
That is an anointing.
“When He saw the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were weary and worn out, like sheep without a shepherd.”
[Linda breaks out in a sudden laugh/exclamation:] That’s kinda’ where we’re at right now!
There are a few good shepherds out there, but most are in Babylon; or, most are going along to get along. Verse 37:
“Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few.
Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.””
During harvest time, it’s All Hands on Deck. –I don’t run the equipment, and I don’t do the harvesting, but I try to at least make sure there’s food ready … And Jeff Byerly [Linda gives a sympathetic grin/laugh] has been helping out, too: His first day on the … farm [Linda tries to hold back a sympathetic chuckle], he accidentally stepped into the area where the pig feces and urine run off. –Oops!
It can get MESSY! –Expect it!
Someone also living in Lyon County, in a rural area, asked me the water quality here; they were smelling stuff from the water. I haven’t noticed any change. We are the rural water, but I have a Berkey Filter, right behind me [as Linda moves a little so it is visible behind her], ‘cause rural water, if there’s a pipe break, you turn the water on, it can turn brown. –That’s pretty disgusting.
So why the rambling? There’s a lot of unknowns during harvest time. –The equipment can break down. It can rain and the soil is too wet for the machinery to go out. The livestock that the farmer raises may get loose, and you have to stop and get those.
There will be a point in time when the hearts are ready to receive the truth. –Right now, not so much.
Have you noticed how it kinda’ got back to normal … –Now, here in Northwest Iowa, you don’t see very many of these [Linda places her hand to picture a face mask in front of her] … not very many. But in other parts of the country, in other parts of the world, the face diaper is the new norm. –That is not normal. That’s covering … That’s getting muzzled. That’s a picture of being muzzled. That’s not normal. –Plus it takes your breath away – literally.
So when will it be … when the hearts are ready to receive; when the harvest is ripened enough to harvest? Right now, the hearts are hard. The hearts are hard … for the most part.
When it impacts a person personally.
Here in Mystery Babylon, what would be the most impacting thing that would impact everybody personally? The economy going kaboom! – collapse. Is that coming? Oh, yes! I warned about that back in the ‘90’s, and then multiple times throughout since then. –Where the dollar will be good … to maybe light a fire with …. Toilet paper will be worth more than that.
So, back to the person that wanted to correct me on Acts chapter 2: That is definitely the Holy Spirit outpouring, and the Heavenly Father has been doing that since then.
I asked the Father: WHY are people not hearing? –WHY are people not listening? And the Heavenly Father said: “I speak to all the seed of Adam, but most don’t listen.”
He has been pouring out His Spirit, but most don’t listen. So He raised up people like me and Jeff Byerly and others … Pastor Faircloth [Pastor Benjamin Faircloth of Ignited Church in Lavonia, Georgia] … to warn; … to call people back to repentance … but most don’t listen.
Judgments have been happening! –I mean, the global shutdown … with the global push for these [Linda gestures shots to the shoulder] … mutagenic …. As in the days of Noah – we are HERE. Remember, Noah was “perfect in all his generations”. Let me translate that to modern lingo: His DNA was intact!
Matthew chapter 9, verse 38:
“Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”
Each person has a calling on his or her life. You must seek the Heavenly Father and be in repentance with the Lord Jesus. Listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit: There will be specific instructions for you individually, for you to follow.
Each person, again, has a calling, an anointing, a gift. We have not received the full, final-day anointing yet. –That’s different than the outpouring of the Holy Spirit referenced in Acts chapter 2 and Joel 2.
Brothers and sisters: It is a time of testing right now. –I am going through it, too. It’s FRUSTRATING to hear: I don’t know … ‘cause it’s hard to plan when I don’t know is the answer. But that is another illustration of … being led by the Holy Spirit and walking by faith.
There’s a time coming when it will be SUDDENLY. –Like SUDDENLY it’s time to get out on the equipment and harvest. SUDDENLY it will be time to get out there and do your part.
Lord, help us all. In Jesus’ Name. Amen and amen.
