I had a dream in which the main portion of it lingers in my mind, but other details are forgotten. I was desperately trying to get somewhere, but there was an unknown person who was preventing me. Or, he was bound and determined to accompany me wherever I went. The place that I was trying to get to did not seem to be the main thing of importance, though there were snatches of places from my past. The reason as to why I was trying to get somewhere else was not the vital issue either. The issue seemed to be that no matter how hard I tried to shake this person off my trail, I was never successful. I may have been able to shake him momentarily, or at least I believed that I had done so, but soon he was present once again. The person himself was vaguely known to me, but not really. Just some hints and wisps of thoughts, that made me think that I recognized him.
The main feeling was one of frustration, and even some fear in that I could not shake this person. And he seemed to be leading me towards something that he felt I must see. After several attempts at evasion, a certain feeling of helplessness seemed to want to grip me.
Perhaps this is a warning about the upcoming techno state. Trying to ‘go off the grid’ will become increasingly difficult. I got the sense that attempting this in your own strength will wear you down, and eventually cause you to lose hope. The obvious inference is that, in all that we try and do, we must rely on the Lord not only for our strength, but also for his direction and instruction, otherwise we will simply burn out as we exhaust ourselves in our own efforts.
The fact that this person, and the reason for this journey, and the destination all seemed vaguely familiar, but not quite comprehensible, represents that fact that Babylon will use its technology to mimic our own goals and desires, but the truly perceptive and discerning will see through it and realize that what they are attempting to plant in our minds is not quite real. Also, the fact that details would be forgotten represents the cascade of lies and deceits (I refuse to use the made up words of misinformation and disinformation) that techno Babylon will flood our minds with, and their abilities to confuse and deceive the masses, even the elect, if we are not clinging to our God. The part where he was trying to lead me to something that he wanted me to see represents the single mindedness of the beast system in trying to lead all of humanity to its’ ‘truth’, to the place where their version of reality reigns supreme and unchallenged (Rev 22:15)
The fact that I was not successful in shaking off my unwanted companion represents two things. Some of us are destined to be taken by the beast system. It is also a warning that relying on one’s strength and resources will not be sufficient in the days ahead.
In conclusion, I believe this is a glimpse into our near future. While many are prepping, far too many are trusting in their own wisdom and their own strength (Prov 3:5-6). The Lord asked if he will find faith on the earth when the returns (Lk 18:8). This is to remind us that while some things that are most evil shall certainly come to pass, if we continue to rely solely on our own devices to survive, we shall not. Our only hope is in the Lord, so let us strive towards developing a sincere trust in Him in all things.
