Revelation 19:10 King James Version (KJV)
10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

The Word of the Lord given to His child to share to the nations

Foolish children. Your times of pagan celebrations is soon to end. Your songs of eat drink and be MARY (where do you think the term Merry came from)? It is a corruption, just like all your pagan festivals are, how you love to rename your evil with clever and enticing words. Words that sound blessed and full of peace. They are not rooted in submission to me. Seek MY HEART, don’t follow after man. I have told you again and again to seek first my kingdom and my righteousness will be added to you.

Yet, you have convinced yourself that you are not of the world so the world’s rules do not apply to you. Is this your final answer? Do you intend to say this when you stand before me at the Judgment? Is that my spirit comforting you or is that your desire to participate in the world’s activities? Did I not say come out from among them? My word focuses on reconciliation back to me, not again to walk in the ways of the world. Satan, your enemy doesn’t care how he ensnares you, only that he is successful. Consider why there is so much anger and division among those who call themselves by my name, when any conversation that even hints that Christmas is not of me strikes controversy and inflames men? Did I not say Iron sharpens Iron? Did I not say that those who have wisdom and understanding should teach those that have not? Are you so puffed up in your knowledge and reasoning, that you can not learn anything new? That you can not abide that you may not know everything? My word is full of examples of those who were so full of pride that they were brought low by their own foolishness and yet, today, man is more foolish and prideful than most of the world’s most evil kingdom’s rulers! I tell you, you are living in a time, when man is so wayward that those who died in Sodom and Gomorrah would blush and be astounded!

I am a God of Holiness and I have commanded my children, to be holy as I AM Holy.

Please READ THIS ENTIRE POST! Your Questions, Thoughts and Arguments will be Addressed…many hours of prayer and research and writing were dedicated to this message.

Pagan Origins of Christmas – If you chose to participate in most “Holly”days, the following information is provided to educate you on the secrets behind your activities. The true guiding principles. I am not judging you, we know that God is the final arbiter…the Judge of all Mankind.

The scriptures are all from His Word and are in the order that He directed. He always explains Himself, therefore we are to buy the truth and sell it not. In other words, we are to search out a matter, once we discover the truth, we are to share it without cost because truth has such great power and significance, that it would be a corrupt act to sell it. For freely we have been given, the greatest gift of all. The gift of salvation is priceless. There is no earthly means to compensate for it. It was purchased for all on the Cross of suffering by the Son of God, the true Messiah, by His shed blood once and for all, for all that would receive it.

Many have not been taught, nor do they even realize that some Christian groups (primarily the Puritans) immigration from Europe to the West (Canada and United States) several centuries back was in part due to their persecution because they refused to celebrate Winter solstice/Christmas rituals or the fertility ritual, Ishtar renamed Easter as well as Valentines Day, etc.

Christmas which originated from ancient times many millenniums past in celebration of Nimrod’s victory. In fact, according to legend, God was chasing Nimrod (a wicked, powerful Middle Eastern King that persecuted the followers of God) and he tripped over a stump bleeding profusely. It was claimed his precious blood shed on that stump caused that dead tree to grow once again, today we refer to this tree as the “Evergreen”. We go to the woods and cut this tree down, placing it in our homes where we bow down to this symbol of Nimrod as we remove the “gifts” which we give to others to celebrate Nimrod! Many scholars see his legend of eternal life a corruption of the message of the Messiah. Thus, our Lord and Savior was murdered by being hung on a tree (Galations 3: 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:).

Nimrod is often also referred to in the secular world particularly among pagans as a Hunter, Huntsman, Huntswoman, Orion, Diana, Pursuer, Artemis, predator, chaser, falconer, deerstalker, huntress, tracker, and KILLER! Who does the Bible talk about as being that who seeks whom he will devour? The one who wants to kill the body? 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
.
Please ask yourself why do we rejoice and choose to celebrate and share with children the story of a fat man, in a red suit called Saint Nicholas visitation our home? Also known as Santa Claus (Saint Nicholas), isn’t it interesting that the anagram for Santa is SATAN? Claus or Claws, anyone? Who else is also a well known image depicted in all red suit…um, the only one, I have seen featured is satan, he prefers the title “angel of light” as some pagans call him, or Lucifer, the (false) light that the Freemasons teach, worship and follow.

Those cookies on the plate next to the milk, are the little cakes baked by children… Jeremiah 7:18, the plate, the milk and the cookies (cakes) are all symbols of youth, immaturity and ignorance. Satan loves to mock Christians in their ignorance by making them serve him. By tricking you into participate in worshipping him, because you have willingly partaken you opened the door of his attacks. To see one such situation, read Joshua 7-8, focus on the disobedience of one man’s sin, Achan caused Joshua and his men defeat against Ai.

Don’t use the excuse that it isn’t the same “holly” day (the wood used by witches and warlocks use in their wands to place curses) since they celebrate on December 21/22, the winter solstice. Some also begin their dark arts early as December 19 and end on December 26 (it is posted online and other sources if you search for it). Depending on the group, their practice includes raping children and incorporates use of human blood or animal blood to symbolize the shed blood of Nimrod. This shedding of this blood is at the cost of life to the victim (there may be more than one victim per group during this “Holly” week). At Christmas, the human sacrificed is a baby.

Some may argue that is not Christmas to them. Consider this, who did Herod seek to kill? The baby Jesus Christ, the son of God was the target! Herod’s commitment led to the slaughter of many children as he sought to kill the King he believed would take his throne! This holocaust continues more than 2,000 years later! Satan is so clever, that most Christians just respond with the words “Jesus is the Reason for the Season” and think nothing about the words of scriptures nor seek to even consider the deeper truth. No, this time on the calendar was a celebration for thousands of years before Jesus, our Messiah came on the scene! In fact, based on scripture and other texts, we are told that the shepherds were guarding their flocks, it occurs twice a year, when the ewes give birth to their young. These periods occur in the spring or fall, NOT the winter! Satan counterfeits everything that Jesus has done. This picture is continued to depict the follower’s of Christ, and the Messiah, himself, the LAMB of GOD!

2 Peter 3:15-18 King James Version (KJV)
15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;

16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Proverbs 25:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
Proverbs 23:23 King James Version (KJV)
23 Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.
Hebrews 5:10-12 King James Version (KJV)
10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
1 Timothy 4:1 King James Version (KJV)
4 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
John 10:7-10 King James Version (KJV)
7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Genesis 10:8-10 King James Version (KJV)
8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

9 He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.

10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

Anyone remember how the people of Babel built that temple, that tower to heaven??? It was a prideful act of architecture and unity, a rebellion against Creator God, they chose not to scatter as they had been directed. Alexander the Great entered in and conquered the kingdoms of Nimrod ruled.

Micah 5:5-7 King James Version (KJV)
5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.

6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.

7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the Lord, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.

There are some very good teachings on who is the remnant of Jacob and how the 144,000 in the Book of Revelation reveals that these will have a huge impact on our last days on earth. I encourage anyone reading this to seek out this information.

Deuteronomy 12:30 King James Version (KJV)
30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
Romans 6:1 King James Version (KJV)
6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 Corinthians 5:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
Deuteronomy 11:26-28 King James Version (KJV)
26 Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;

27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you this day:

28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
Deuteronomy 12:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.
Leviticus 18:30 King James Version (KJV)
30 Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the Lord your God.
Ezekiel 8:14-18 King James Version (KJV)
12 Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, the Lord seeth us not; the Lord hath forsaken the earth.

13 He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do.
14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.

15 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these.

16 And he brought me into the inner court of the Lord’s house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the Lord, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the Lord, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.

17 Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.

18 Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.
Jeremiah 10:2-16 King James Version (KJV)
2 Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.

3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.

4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.

5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Lord; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.

7 Who would not fear thee, O King of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee.

8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.

9 Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men.

10 But the Lord is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.

11 Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.

12 He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.

13 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

14 Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.

15 They are vanity, and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.

16 The portion of Jacob is not like them: for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: The Lord of hosts is his name.
Deuteronomy 18:9-14 King James Version (KJV)
9 When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.

11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.

12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

13 Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God.

14 For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the Lord thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.
Proverbs 6:16-19 King James Version (KJV)
16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
Isaiah 29:13 King James Version (KJV)
13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
1 Corinthians 10:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
2 Corinthians 6:17 King James Version (KJV)
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
Matthew 24:9-15 King James Version (KJV)
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
1 Timothy 4:1 King James Version (KJV)
4 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Philippians 3:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
Colossians 2:22 King James Version (KJV)
22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
Matthew 15:9 King James Version (KJV)
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
John 4:23-24 King James Version (KJV)
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Revelation 18:4 King James Version (KJV)
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
John 8:31-32 King James Version (KJV)
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Hebrews 5:10-12 King James Version (KJV)

In most states, the participation in “Christmas” was illegal, and punished by fine or jail sentence for violators! This was enforced until the early 1800’s.

Jeremiah 10: 3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. 4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. 5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Jeremiah 7:17 Seest thou not what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem? 18 The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger. 19 Do they provoke me to anger? saith the Lord: do they not provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces?
Jeremiah 44:18 But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine. 19 And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto her, without our men? 20 Then Jeremiah said unto all the people, to the men, and to the women, and to all the people which had given him that answer, saying, 21 The incense that ye burned in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, ye, and your fathers, your kings, and your princes, and the people of the land, did not the Lord remember them, and came it not into his mind? 22 So that the Lord could no longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without an inhabitant, as at this day.

There is plenty of information available online but the key is that each individual seeks their Father. Is it Father Christmas? Or the Heavenly Father?

Yes, I understand that the Wise Men brought gifts to worship the Christ child. There is no scripture thereafter, where Jesus was celebrated annually on his birthday, he commanded us to keep the feasts, there is no place where he or the apostles held a birthday party. We are to celebrate His Life daily not once a year! Aren’t we to give gifts to the work of the true church to spread the gospel?

17 Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.

18 Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.

4 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Philippians 3:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
John 4:23-26 King James Version (KJV)
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

Information abounds in sermons, books and news sites (most have been blocked at this present time but it is there), and internet news outlets. Of course, the naysayer sites appear first in the search online for “truth”. Some well known sites mock Christians who called Christmas celebration, pagan. Ask yourself, why do non-Christians care what Christians believe?

In most of the settled United States the participation in “Christmas” was illegal, and punished by fine or jail sentence for violators! This was enforced until the early 1800’s in the U.S. Depending on the state, Christmas was allowed beginning 1836 that a few Southern states began recognizing it as a public holiday in 1850’s.

Acts 14:27 King James Version (KJV)
27 And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

Matthew 7:8-12 King James Version (KJV)
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
To conclude, Our Heavenly Father knows your heart. This is not directed to offend or wound anyone. I absolutely did not want to write or post this and The Heavenly Father, the Creator of all things was abundantly clear that I was to complete this in the manner shown. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (
Matthew 12:34 King James Version (KJV) 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.). If anyone is compelled to attack this message, remember that the Father sees all and knows all. We are to give an account for each and every word we speak. Matthew 12:36 King James Version (KJV) 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

The Father has told me that I must share my own testimony here. I was raised by satanists. I witnessed children that I knew (and sometimes those I didn’t) be sacrificed at Christmas. I was also sexually violated at each celebration. As a very young child, some of those instances (for it wasn’t just once during that Hollyday), it was a man wearing a santa/satan claws costume. As years progressed, I continued to be abused however, later, it was my own infant son that was sacrificed. When I got saved (a very long story in itself), I refused to celebrate Christmas. After being harassed, even bullied and even loved on by Christians that were firmly entrenched in this tradition of man; God called me out. It wasn’t a group or teaching by any man. It was the Holy Spirit, giving me many hours of information and directing me to the scriptures listed (and even more!). I am steadfast on being obedient to what I have been taught. Don’t presume that I am involved with a “teaching” by a group as I have been sequestered from attending any denomination or group fellowship. The Father has not directed me to a fellowship in my community, thus, I spend my time with him. If this bothers you, please take it up with Him. I still fellowship with true believers, but as some have experienced they are becoming scarce to find in certain regions. My city and church community is obviously serving the counterfeit god. I don’t allow the practice of this Hollyday to keep me from fellowshipping with others unless I am directed not to do so.

Awesome testimony. Thanks for sharing. Some celebrate Christmas proclaiming to be Christians refusing to be set free from idolatry. Then when you rebuke in love, ppl want to question or even delete or not post comments. God sees all. Let all lies be knocked down with the word of Yahweh.

YES AMEN. I was pulled out of the pagan holidays too and smashed all the ornaments and whatever I had. We are not to hand them to people when we stop these holidays but to throw all the stuff out.. It was quite a relief actually and no more hassles!!! Freedom!!!

Has nothing to do with Yeshua (Jesus). Just because granny did it does not mean we follow suit. We must get away from the customs, traditions of the world that was instituted by satan and his followers.

thanks for posting. Some say “if I don’t have the tree” then God does not mind…oh how people make excuses so they won’t fully let go of their traditional holidays.

As the Lord Told me recently in a word I posted (paraphrasing)..”we cannot partake of the devil’s table and then eat of the Lord’s table”. You are still in it no matter what then.

Time for people to wake up!!!
    thanks for posting

JESUS IS THE REASON! I celebrate the birth of Jesus during this season.

Yes, I decorate and enjoy the gift aspect of the holiday. It is a special time of the year.

In years past, I have enjoyed singing and being in church programs and cantatas. The programs were usually held separate from regular worship services.

Again, JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON!

Dana, scripture says; love not the world or the things of this world. If you love the world, the love of the Father is not in you. The things of this world are the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. If you say you love Me and follow not My commands, you are a liar.

The season of Christ’s return : 1. At the midnight hour 12th month of a year symbolic 2.”Let not your flight be in winter- the last day of fall is December 20 3. They (the wicked) shall send gifts one to another(like Christmas gift giving) to celebrate the death (departures) of the manchild and this occurs in a December 4. The Last Day (December 31) takes place after a 7 day marriage supper of the Lamb (Christ) after the manchild rises up 3.5 days later (evening of December 21 to the morning of December 25). Now no man (individual) knows the specific day or hour of Christ’s coming (every man in His own order coming one by one) among its 6 days (144 hours)– God made heaven and earth in 6 days (144 hours) and even so each 144 of the manchild members are caught up in one of these non specific day and hour that only god the Father knows beforehand.

This is a very hard topic for me. I don’t do a christmas tree but a nativity only. I remember about the tree in jeremiah. But I also get this verse in col 2 coming to mind too. Personally , my focus is on Jesus the messiah. I used to celebrate hannakah and passover myself. Ok, need your imput on this verse/chapter! Personally its not about keeping rules aka the letter of the Law but one’s heart in relation to G_d and Jesus. It’s about ‘intent.’ And its not about ‘religion’ but the person Jesus and who He is aka G_d in the flesh aka Son of G_d and why He came aka save us from sin!
Anyhoos…read the whole ‘context’ here. Not just the odd verse! And for those who question why I don’t spell G_d’s name totally, it is because His name being Holy. His name is YHWH the tetragram meaning I AM THAT I AM! I”m part jewish so I do outta respect. Not anyone special here, just a servant, just outta reverence and conviction I do it. Anyhoos…

    col 2…
2 I want you to know how much I struggle for you, for those in Laodicea, and for all who haven’t known me personally. 2 My goal is that their hearts would be encouraged and united together in love so that they might have all the riches of assurance that come with understanding, so that they might have the knowledge of the secret plan of God, namely Christ. 3 All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in him. 4 I’m telling you this so that no one deceives you with convincing arguments, 5 because even though I am absent physically, I’m with you in spirit. I’m happy to see the discipline and stability of your faith in Christ.

    Error threatening the church

6 So live in Christ Jesus the Lord in the same way as you received him. 7 Be rooted and built up in him, be established in faith, and overflow with thanksgiving just as you were taught. 8 See to it that nobody enslaves you with philosophy and foolish deception, which conform to human traditions and the way the world thinks and acts rather than Christ. 9 All the fullness of deity lives in Christ’s body. 10 And you have been filled by him, who is the head of every ruler and authority. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not administered by human hands. The circumcision of Christ is realized in the stripping away of the whole self dominated by sin. 12 You were buried with him through baptism and raised with him through faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead. 13 When you were dead because of the things you had done wrong and because your body wasn’t circumcised, God made you alive with Christ and forgave all the things you had done wrong. 14 He destroyed the record of the debt we owed, with its requirements that worked against us. He canceled it by nailing it to the cross. 15 When he disarmed the rulers and authorities, he exposed them to public disgrace by leading them in a triumphal parade.

16 So don’t let anyone judge you about eating or drinking or about a festival, a new moon observance, or sabbaths. 17 These religious practices are only a shadow of what was coming—the body that cast the shadow is Christ. 18 Don’t let anyone who wants to practice harsh self-denial and worship angels rob you of the prize. They go into detail about what they have seen in visions and have become unjustifiably arrogant by their selfish way of thinking. 19 They don’t stay connected to the head. The head nourishes and supports the whole body through the joints and ligaments, so the body grows with a growth that is from God. In Jesus the Messiah we are all the same…. male, female, jew ,gentile, free and slave.

20 If you died with Christ to the way the world thinks and acts, why do you submit to rules and regulations as though you were living in the world? 21 “Don’t handle!” “Don’t taste!” “Don’t touch!” 22 All these things cease to exist when they are used. Such rules are human commandments and teachings. 23 They look like they are wise with this self-made religion and their self-denial by the harsh treatment of the body, but they are no help against indulging in selfish immoral behavior.

    jeremiah 10…

    God and Idols

10 Hear what the Lord says to you, people of Israel. 2 This is what the Lord says:

“Do not learn the ways of the nations
or be terrified by signs in the heavens,
though the nations are terrified by them.
    3 For the practices of the peoples are worthless;
they cut a tree out of the forest,
and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel.
    4 They adorn it with silver and gold;
they fasten it with hammer and nails
    so it will not totter.
5 Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field,
    their idols cannot speak;
    they must be carried
    because they cannot walk.
    Do not fear them;
    they can do no harm
nor can they do any good.”

    6 No one is like you, Lord;
    you are great,
and your name is mighty in power.
7 Who should not fear you,
    King of the nations?
    This is your due.
Among all the wise leaders of the nations
    and in all their kingdoms,
there is no one like you.

    8 They are all senseless and foolish;
they are taught by worthless wooden idols.
9 Hammered silver is brought from Tarshish
    and gold from Uphaz.
What the craftsman and goldsmith have made
is then dressed in blue and purple—
    all made by skilled workers.
    10 But the Lord is the true God;
he is the living God, the eternal King.
    When he is angry, the earth trembles;
the nations cannot endure his wrath.

11 “Tell them this: ‘These gods, who did not make the heavens and the earth, will perish from the earth and from under the heavens.’”

    12 But God made the earth by his power;
he founded the world by his wisdom
and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.
    13 When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar;
he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth.
He sends lightning with the rain
and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

    14 Everyone is senseless and without knowledge;
every goldsmith is shamed by his idols.
    The images he makes are a fraud;
they have no breath in them.
    15 They are worthless, the objects of mockery;
when their judgment comes, they will perish.
16 He who is the Portion of Jacob is not like these,
for he is the Maker of all things,
including Israel, the people of his inheritance—
the Lord Almighty is his name.
    snip….

May G_d give us wisdom! Even I still struggle with this very thing- christmas, as does the churches at Christmas and Easter aka Ostara the fertility goddess with bunnies and chicks.

  7. Truth Seeker

My husband says the same “Jesus is the reason.” He is not one to be reasoned with and so I have given up that debate. Thankfully we have never observed Christmas in our home and our kids know why.

After 10 weeks of reading and studying the minor prophets, I feel confident in saying YHWH abhors Christmas and Easter and Yeshua is definitely NOT the reason for the season. There is NOTHING in the season that is not of pagan origin. NOTHING. Take away EVERYTHING that has to do with Christmas and you are left with the date, December 25, the day the sun was “rebirthed” and celebrated. Our mighty Yah does NOT share His glory with another!

We are not commanded anywhere in scripture to celebrate his birth. What are we commanded to do? To keep his set apart feasts. Remember HIS appointed times and days which point us towards our savior. Do not add or take away from His Word. He told us how to worship Him and how NOT to worship him (as the pagans worship their gods). It is prideful and arrogant to keep a man made tradition that YHWH did not command. What will one say when standing before him on judgement day? “But YOU were the reason I put up the tree, and hung the lights, and kissed under the mistletoe, and put gifts under the tree, and put out cookies and milk for Santa after lying to my children.” It’s insanity!

I wish everything in my daily walk were as easy a decision for me as NOT keeping these “holly” days.

  8. trisha

This just came to mind just now too. Consider all things thru the Holy Spirit on this matter!

    romans 14…

    Welcoming each other like Christ

14 Welcome the person who is weak in faith—but not in order to argue about differences of opinion. 2 One person believes in eating everything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. 3 Those who eat must not look down on the ones who don’t, and the ones who don’t eat must not judge the ones who do, because God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else’s servants? They stand or fall before their own Lord (and they will stand, because the Lord has the power to make them stand). 5 One person considers some days to be more sacred than others, while another person considers all days to be the same. Each person must have their own convictions. 6 Someone who thinks that a day is sacred, thinks that way for the Lord. Those who eat, eat for the Lord, because they thank God. And those who don’t eat, don’t eat for the Lord, and they thank the Lord too. 7 We don’t live for ourselves and we don’t die for ourselves. 8 If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we belong to God. 9 This is why Christ died and lived: so that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living. 10 But why do you judge your brother or sister? Or why do you look down on your brother or sister? We all will stand in front of the judgment seat of God. 11 Because it is written,

As I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow to me,
and every tongue will give praise to God.

12 So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God.

13 So stop judging each other. Instead, this is what you should decide: never put a stumbling block or obstacle in the way of your brother or sister. 14 I know and I’m convinced in the Lord Jesus that nothing is wrong to eat in itself. But if someone thinks something is wrong to eat, it becomes wrong for that person. 15 If your brother or sister is upset by your food, you are no longer walking in love. Don’t let your food destroy someone for whom Christ died. 16 And don’t let something you consider to be good be criticized as wrong. 17 God’s kingdom isn’t about eating food and drinking but about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 Whoever serves Christ this way pleases God and gets human approval.

19 So let’s strive for the things that bring peace and the things that build each other up. 20 Don’t destroy what God has done because of food. All food is acceptable, but it’s a bad thing if it trips someone else. 21 It’s a good thing not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything that trips your brother or sister. 22 Keep the belief that you have to yourself—it’s between you and God. People are blessed who don’t convict themselves by the things they approve. 23 But those who have doubts are convicted if they go ahead and eat, because they aren’t acting on the basis of faith. Everything that isn’t based on faith is sin. snip…

If in doubt, take it up with Jesus and G_d! They know!!!!

  9. Dana

Michelle Downey, as I stated above, I celebrate Christmas because JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON!

Do you get offended when someone wishes you ‘Happy Holidays’ instead of ‘Merry Christmas’?

So many folks gripe about the War on Christmas. It looks to me like ‘Christians’ have declared a war on Christmas.

You are also being judgmental. The worldly part of Christmas is commercialization and buy, buy, buy, as well as Santa Claus.

There is NOTHING wrong in using this time of year to honor the birth of Christ!

I am sick of folks trying to shame those who celebrate Christ’s Birth at Christmastime! Many families (including mine) honor Jesus during this time by singing carols, attending special services at their churches, and reading scripture. Some families even bake Jesus a birthday cake.

  10. Michelle Downey

Dana, we all have free will and choices. Sharing God’s Word is not being judgemental. I do not celebrate holidays, and when someone says happy holidays or merry xmas, I reply that I do not celebrate holidays. My Saviour has nothing to do with pagan holidays.

  11. Patricia

Time to wake up people…the I Am that I Am had enough of the stubborness of this generation. Just like he said you could go on believing what you want to believe , but it is as “I SAY IT IS”. Christmas is paganism .

  14. Barb N

    To Dana:

Jesus was NOT born in the winter. Based on scripture, when Jesus was born the angels visited the shepherds in the night time when they were out in the fields with their sheep. The shepherds were never out in the fields at night time during the winter because it was too cold. Most speculate that Jesus was born in the Spring or Fall season.

Nowhere in the Bible does Our Heavenly Father tell us to celebrate Jesus’ birth. Because He knows the end from the beginning, Our Father knew that the antichrist Roman papacy and the pagan Roman Catholic Church would celebrate the pagan winter solstice (saturnalia) festival and Noah’s great grandson, Tammuz’s birthday on December 25th. Born Again Christians do not worship pagan gods or idols/graven images – this includes the pagan “Christ-mass” that catholics partake in.

  15. andy artin

    Dana,
Jesus was NOT born in the winter. How many times and ways do you have to hear it to believe it?
WE all have been lied to and many are waking up, to come out of the devil’s ways.. Please, I get nothing out of this, but please come out of the world or stay in til the end of the Trib and then guess where you will go. God Bless.

  16. Tony Jah

Dana, you are free to celebrate Jesus everyday of the years and Christmas day is no exception. I know your heart is right before God despite all the rocks your so called fellow “Christians” are throwing at you for no reason at all. They think idols of the old means something very important while in fact they are nothing but wind and void.

  17. Dana

Tony Jah, thank you so much for your kind words.
They mean a lot to me.

To the others above: I don’t believe Jesus was born in the winter either. Dec. 25th is a day set aside to celebrate HIS birth.

I do not need to repent about celebrating Jesus’s birthday on the 25th of December.

Those above who are bashing me and others for celebrating Christmas need to repent. You are possibly placing a stumbling block before another believer. You bashers should be ashamed of yourselves.

Tony Jah, again, thank you for your kind words in your post. God bless you.

Without Jesus there would be NO Christmas!

JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON.

    Read Joshua 22

Does our heartfelt sincerity and good intentions as disciples of Messiah trump YHWH’s written CLEAR laws and commandments?

    Food for thought.

  19. Sara

Thank you, beloved child of GOD for sharing your testimony❤
I know you were led by HOLY SPIRIT in compiling and sharing HIS heart and truth.
I shared what the LORD confirmed to me through HIS scriptures, as did many others about this.
No true vessel of the MOST HIGH would share a false word about “holly” days just to upset others and in turn fall under judgement.

That being said we cannot force our brothers and sisters to seek HIS heart on any matter but we all can pray that HIS truth is revealed at the appropriate time, according to GOD’S perfect will.

GOD bless you all and much love❤

  20. Scoopie

You can choose not to celebrate Christmas out of conscience, but when you put that restriction on others, you go past the law of grace. Paul said not to judge others as to what days they hold as holy (words to that effect ; sorry, don’t have the chapter and verse). I grew up as a JW. Miserable. No joyful celebrations. They even make Passover (the one day they celebrate into a Satanic type ritual, only allowing the “anointed 144,000” to partake. The Lord told me that it is akin to when the communion bread is crushed under the heel by evil unbelievers.

Use the season to lift up the Name of Jesus. Be generous towards those in need.

  21. trisha

OK, got these verses today. Please ask the Holy Spirit for discernment!

    romans 14….
    The Law of Liberty

…4Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand. 5One man regards a certain day above the others, while someone else considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. 6He who observes a special day does so to the Lord; he who eats does so to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God.…

    gal 4….
    Paul’s concern for the Galatians

8 At the time, when you didn’t know God, you were enslaved by things that aren’t gods by nature. 9 But now, after knowing God (or rather, being known by God), how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless world system? Do you want to be slaves to it again? 10 You observe religious days and months and seasons and years. 11 I’m afraid for you! Perhaps my hard work for you has been for nothing.

12 I beg you to be like me, brothers and sisters, because I have become like you! You haven’t wronged me. 13 You know that I first preached the gospel to you because of an illness. 14 Though my poor health burdened you, you didn’t look down on me or reject me, but you welcomed me as if I were an angel from God, or as if I were Christ Jesus! 15 Where then is the great attitude that you had? I swear that, if possible, you would have dug out your eyes and given them to me. 16 So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth? 17 They are so concerned about you, though not with good intentions. Rather, they want to shut you out so that you would run after them. 18 However, it’s always good to have people concerned about you with good intentions, and not just when I’m there with you. 19 My little children, I’m going through labor pains again until Christ is formed in you. 20 But I wish I could be with you now and change how I sound, because I’m at a loss about you.

    Slave versus free
21 Tell me—those of you who want to be under the Law—don’t you listen to the Law? 22 It’s written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and one by the free woman. 23 The son by the slave woman was conceived the normal way, but the son by the free woman was conceived through a promise. 24 These things are an allegory: the women are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, which gives birth to slave children; this is Hagar. 25 Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and she corresponds to the present-day Jerusalem, because the city is in slavery with her children. 26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother. 27 It’s written:

Rejoice, barren woman, you who have not given birth.
    Break out with a shout, you who have not suffered labor pains;
because the woman who has been deserted will have many more children
than the woman who has a husband.

28 Brothers and sisters, you are children of the promise like Isaac. 29 But just as it was then, so it is now also: the one who was conceived the normal way harassed the one who was conceived by the Spirit. 30 But what does the scripture say? Throw out the slave woman and her son, because the slave woman’s son won’t share the inheritance with the free woman’s son. 31 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we aren’t the slave woman’s children, but we are the free woman’s children.

Ok, again discern please. I get verses but no understanding. Don’t know why tho?!

Barb N.– You say, “Nowhere in the Bible does our Heavenly Father tell us to celebrate Jesus’ birth.” WRONG. Luke 2: 6) So it was while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. 7)And she brought forth her first-born Son, and wrapped Him in a manger, because there was no room in the inn. 8)Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9) And behold , an angel of the LORD stood before them, and the glory of the LORD shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. 10)THEN THE ANGEL SAID TO THEM, “DO NOT BE AFRAID FOR BEHOLD I BRING YOU GOOD TIDINGS OF GREAT JOY which WILL BE TO ALL PEOPLE . 11)”FOR THERE IS BORN TO YOU THIS DAY (GET IT??? THIS DAY___THE DAY OF HIS BIRTH!!!) IN THE CITY OF DAVID A SAVIOR, WHO IS CHRIST THE LORD. 12)”AND THIS WILL BE THE SIGN TO YOU: YOU WILL FIND A BABE WRAPPED IN SWADDLING CLOTHS, LYING IN A MANGER.” 13) AND SUDDENLY THERE WAS WITH THE ANGEL A MULTITUDE OF THE HEAVENLY HOST PRAISING GOD AND SAYING : 14)”GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST , AND ON EARTH PEACE, GOOD WILL TOWARD MEN!”————–An angel from heaven came to the shepherds on the day of his birth Jesus was born–the Savior, Christ our LORD. They went to worship Him. And suddenly millions of angels were there also CELEBRATING THE LORD ON THE DAY OF HIS BIRTH. When was Jesus born? Probably on a feast day in or around September. Is the correct date important–probably not, because the Bible doesn’t say—but…………..HE WAS BORN AND I WILL CELEBRATE THAT MY LORD WAS BORN—like the ANGELS AND THE SHEPHERDS—-I will celebrate the BIRTH of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. And I will sing O Holy Night, and also Silent Night. I have no tree. I care nothing about santa. And I have no easter eggs or bunnies BUT I DO CELEBRATE THE RESSURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST, and I call it Resurrection Sunday, and He was crucified on Passover. Paul said in Christ there is neither male nor female, and neither Jew or gentile. A Jewish friend of mine who is a believer in Jesus/Yeshua used to find it humorous so many wanting to be Jewish–so observing this or that. The ONLY feast believers will celebrate during the Millenium is Tabernacles. We are neither Jew nor gentile—in Christ. And if millions of angels…and shepherds WHO WERE TOLD WHERE TO GO WORSHIP HIM—if they celebrated His birth–so will I. And I don’t need a tree, or santa. I just need—Jesus.

  23. Dana

Scoopie, I agree with you 100%. Thank you for your post.

  24. Larry Williams

Goodness me, am I still on the milk of the Word, after all these years (as I am now an old man)?! I greatly appreciate the teaching above, though it’s a bit disconcerting that the author feels he/she must remain “Anonymous”. I had learned years ago that Jesus was not born in the winter (December), understanding that the shepherds would have been out in the fields with their sheep in the spring or fall. But, I had never learned that we as Christians, should not celebrate the birth of Jesus, regardless of when that actual day is. Yes, we have a tree, and we do exchange presents, BUT, we do NOT attribute the season to “Santa Claus”…..at all. Our focus is on Jesus, and on Him alone.

Tried to comment three times on my iPad and
once on my iPhone. Why Didn’t it work?

  26. Kathreen Margaret

Trisha, Dana, Jesse and Scoopie, I agree with what you wrote.

Not celebrating can make us look like we are in the same Camp with the Unbelievers.
A name Not attached to a Prophecy makes it seem less valid too.

This subject has been a touchy issue for probably 20 or more years.
Those who don’t celebrate are noticed and it may look to others like people
are just turning their backs on the Lord Jesus.

Before long we will give answer to the Lord Jesus for those things we did and did not do.
Hopefully we can all express our heartfelt beliefs on this website.

Those of you who receive a clear Word from the Lord, be sure to obey.
But please do not expect others to abide by your revelation.

    P. S. Hope after modifying that this will finally post. God bless you all.

  27. sophie

wow, what is all this bickering about all this for? Is this bringing people together or dividing them? Satan loves division does he not?

but seriously folks, anyone who has common sense, if they read about the origins and history of it all would not even desire to keep it. It speaks for itself and we have been lied to that it is a “religious” holiday…….nothing manmade is of God. Bible speaks of this…traditions of man does it not and how it says we are not to follow it.

Be A Berean; we are called to “study” and “to grow” in maturity about these things and that means learning about it, then stopping it if it is what He hates. It is that simple.

But instead everyone wants to bicker or say another is judging them. Nobody has to judge anyone in this for it’s by your ways of living and by your deeds that God knows you. We do it to ourselves is what I am trying to say by whether we will live in obedience to God’s commands or not. If Father has shown us not to, shouldn’t we listen to him?

I condemn nobody and all I know is that when God showed me, I was led to read and learn about it and then I was tested on whether I would follow man’s traditions or His ways.

I have a healthy fear of God and do not fear to ask Him for counsel. So take it to Him instead. It is what we all are to do. He is more than willing to help anyone who seeks Him and there are plenty of Scriptures in the post and a teaching on it.

So all I am saying, let us behave shall we? LOL We can’t be like elementary school children.

Please listen and read this!!! If that does not wake you up, nothing will. Here is what they did on this day:
Christmas trees decorated with lights (originally candles made from the fat of the burned bodies of child sacrifice victims)
Christmas trees hung with balls (anciently decapitated heads of sacrificial victims)

Now here is the rest of it. EDUCATION is key so I leave all with this: Much love to all

Christmas and Easter are utterly pagan with a Christian sticker slapped on them. They are false god idolatry.

But so many just cant put them down. They just cant turn away from the traditions of men.

The pharisees were this way. They decided they knew better.

Idolatry and ANYTHiNG even remotely related to idolatry is REPUGNANT to the Living God.

    To: Jesse Terrell

I don’t know what Bible version you are quoting from… The antichrist Roman papacy (dynasty of popes) and the Jesuits have published nearly 1000 corrupt Bible versions. If you are not reading/studying the 1611 Authorized King James Bible that was actually published/printed in 1611 (or shortly thereafter), you are using a corrupt Bible from lucifer and the antichrist/man of sin/son of perdition Roman papacy. Using corrupt Bible versions leads to MANY misinterpretations and false doctrines.

“Christmas” is pagan; it came from the “MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH” – the Roman Catholic “Church.” The harlot (whore) false church is clearly described in the 1611 Authorized King James Bible, Book of Revelation, Chapter 17:4-6.

The false prophecy doctrine called “Futurism” is was also made-up by the antichrist Roman papacy and the Jesuits as a counter-Protestant Reformation tactic. Please research “Futurism,” “Preterism” and “Historicism.”

For those who are really interested in the truth, listen to Israeli News Live youtube channel. They have a message on this. Did you know that the devil is trying to destroy everything about Jesus? Did you know the three wise men visited and brought their GIFTS to Jesus on the 25 of DECEMBER? I bet you didn’t. No. It’s all about destroying everything good about Christians, Jesus, the Gospel, the Bible. The deceiving spirits have been sent out. Do you listen to them?

  34. Sharine

Hello, I almost did not want to read this Christmas Prophecy message, but I did. I respect your testimony, “Anonymous.” As an Ezekiel 33 Watchman, I have learned a lot of what the evil side has been doing for generations and has accelerated the past 7 years. The final antichrist is walking on the earth and he came on the world stage in 2008 and since then, the Body of Christ has been nitpicking, bickering, backstabbing, etc. (I’m guilty as well and have repented). We all seem to love the God of Israel/Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Messiah Jesus so much and we are putting down each other in our customs of worshipping Him even though He lives strong in in all our hearts. I fell under the Hebrew Roots deception (walking under Torah) twice. God allowed lots of “oppression, condemnation, and being overtaken by spiritual enemies.” Now I’m under Messiah Jesus, Matthew 11:28-30 and John 1:17 (grace and truth of Messisah Jesus). We are in this world (of good and evil) but we are not of this world. 1 Corinthians 7:31 talks about using not “abusing” the world. Bottom line: we all have to live here to the best of our ability, even though most of want to be gone by now, because we are awake to the “evil” on the earth. Anonymous, it sounds like you had a horrific childhood associated with Christmas time, so it has negative connotations with you. I grew up in an emotionally desolate household where my personality/soul fractured around when I was 8 years old. What helped keep my sanity was the (LORD’s grace, as He is the 3rd Parent) and I have a fond memory of doing Christmas workbooks on the bus. Doing activities like word searches, mazes, fun word games helped my personality calm down, stay out of trouble, and give me focus. My parents were clueless on the “emotional trauma” I was going through. They were preoccupied in their own worlds. I never liked the “materialism” of Christmas but I do appreciate the huge amounts of blessings, gifts, charity giving” that occurs around this time. December is known as the “darkest” month of the year, so is it any wonder we have holidays like Hannukah, John 10:22 and Christmas that emphasize lights, and of course the Light of the World is Jesus Christ/Yahshua, Hebrews 4:8, Psalm 68:4. God the Father, God the Holy Son/Lamb of God/Dove/Holy Spirit are so important to all of us. The Holy Godhead lives strongly in all our hearts. Let us love one another and not put each other down in our practices or “non practices” that have influences from our innocent childhoods whether we realize it or not. Love in Messiah Jesus to everyone on here, Sister Sharine

  35. Eyes Open

I am just wondering if anyone else has read the full post by our anonymous friend in Christ? He admitted to sacrificing his own son at Christmastime. And to being sexually violated by men dressed in Santa Claus outfits. This is very troubling to me and I think took MUCH COURAGE to admit as he shared his own testimony…coming out of Satanism. He is speaking what he knows from personal experience and there is no need to quarrel about this amongst brethren online on this site. My heart goes out to you ‘Anonymous’ and we thank you for sharing your experience in truth and transparency. I completely understand why you must remain anonymous. Let us remember that we must all work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. While many celebrate in sincerity and love for Christ and their fellowman in the spirit of giving, many have had alternate experiences and have different insights and knowledge. Let us respect one another in the love of Christ and pray for one another. A beautiful story I discovered of Saint Nicholas’s that I never knew until this week was that he died a martyr for Christ and had originated from Myra Turkey where he anonymously gave gifts to poor children and unjustly imprisoned people. In the spirit of meekness he gave anonymously. He was always remembered on the eve of December 6 his death day.

  36. Thank you Dana, Jesse, Trisha, and Scoopy

Some Very Important points were made!!
    I also had a few!

I Tried for several hours last night
to post my comments and supposedly
    the Comments were “being Moderated”
but don’t know what happened to it after that,

  37. Scoopie

Dana, be at peace. You’re not violating the Word and ways of God. Romans 14:4-6 says it all. Let others have their own convictions, and not impose those on others. It’s not a salvation issue. Have a holy, joyful, blessed Christmas, sis!

  38. Thanks Jesse Terrell,
Luke chapter 2 has Beautiful Scriptures to remind us to Worship
and to Celebrate the Birth of our Lord Jesus, the Savior.

    Amen.

  39. Ahava

Thank you for all post. Things to ponder and come to your own personal conclusion on the subject.

I myself came to a point where Christmas was very heavy. I know Jesus was not born on this day. However, I do make this all about Jesus! A time when people begin to think about Jesus, in essence a platform to bring the Word into their lives! A day in which masses who do not go to Church all year, come to Church!

The Churches should be in prayer, ready for these people. Its still a time for children to give, to be happy about t he birth o f the Son of G-d!

Choose this day wisely! O come let us adore Him daily! He is Joy to the World!

Thank you all! Love one another everyday! Seek Jesus everyday! Pray for others, everyday!
On my Christmas, I sing Glory to G-d, not santa. I give because the Lord loves a cheerful giver!

Enjoy, have fun worshipping this day, our Saviour! Lighting up the World!

  40. Ahava

To my beloved sisters and brethren! I would also like to add a few more things . This day, (I shpuld say all month) Is also a time that Christians and non Christians give more generously to homeless, to Skilled nursing facilities, and to children who would not have. And prisons!

Listen to them return your blessing. Many homeless will say, God bless you! We need to do this all year! Its not about us!
I agree with Luke as well! Jesus did come as a Child! Mary an amazing Jewish woman in believing! This days reminds us of this Gift Gift from G-d to us! Again pray for unsaved! Let the Holy Spirit guide your giving!
Have a blessed Season! A Merry Christmas! A Happy Jesus day everyday!

  41. Jesse Terrell, jr.

To Kathreen Margaret–Thank you, and GOD bless! Different opinions on here—and we are all entitled. To Barb N….I have a KJV, a NKJV, a NLT, a very old Sacred Names version, and a Stone Edition Tanach –which I rarely look at. So even if Jesus was born in September…We should celebrate the birth of the Savior of the world–all of the angels in heaven and Father GOD celebrated—why not us. Forget everything else. Just worship Yeshua Jesus. If a person can find something wrong with celebrating the birth of the Savior of the world…and in singing Silent Night, and O holy Night, and leave it at that—oh well. Thank you Kathreen for your kind comments and again GOD bless all.

  42. Kathreen Margaret

    Thanks for your thoughts,
and I enjoyed reading your comments, Ahava.

  43. Kathreen Margaret

Why are there two of these exact same Messages?

The other one had about 40 Comments last time I looked.
This one has only 23 comments.

    Thanks,.

  44. Kathreen Margaret

Oops, perhaps the Two Messages got consolidated,
even though it still says 23 comments.

  45. Kathreen Margaret

    Hi Jesse Terrell,
Nice to see your comments and you are welcome.
You are so right too, that there are many different opinions.
Which can be a healthy thing if everyone is respectful.

I am thankful that we can still celebrate the Birth of our Lord Jesus,
    and Worship Him somewhat freely.
Although, according to the many Prophetic warnings,
those days will soon be gone.

May God Bless Y’all and keep everyone safe from harm.
In the Name of our Lord Jesus, we pray. Amen.
