The Proposal – Diana Pulliam

The Proposal – Diana Pulliam

The night of June 12th, 2017, at 1:00 am in the morning, I was suddenly awakened. I sensed the Lord had something to say or show me, so I asked, “What, Lord?” Immediately, I heard the name, “William.”

I’d went to bed with a lot on my mind. William, a dear brother in the Lord, had spoken to me the previous afternoon about what the Lord had revealed concerning the call of God on my life. Before we got off the phone, he’d said, “Take what I’ve told you before Him in prayer.” So I’d fervently prayed for more revelation before retiring.

As soon as I heard the name, “William,” I remembered he was supposed to send some emails containing dreams, words, and visions given to him by the Lord beginning quite a few years ago. So with the lights still out, I reached across the night stand to get my phone. Sure enough, there were 6 or 7 emails with various titles, but for some reason one in particular stood out.

Before proceeding, I must ask you to read, or reread, this particular word from the Lord, which, with William’s permission, I posted June 12th, titled ‘I will Judge the False Shepherds & Prophets Who Say They Are Mine!’

What hit me was not only the powerful words of judgment coming against the snakes and vipers, who have scattered the sheep, but the Love the Lord has for His TRUE sheep, and the difference He’s going to make between His and the arrogant/rebellious ones. I began to weep and cry out to the Lord, repenting on behalf of the church. In the midst of this, I felt Him beckoning me to come and be alone with Him. I then rolled over, off the bed, onto my knees.

The Lord began to ask me several questions, one being whether I’d leave my family for Him. I said, “Yes, Lord, you know I would.” He then began to impart into my spirit that what William had told me about my calling was correct, and asked if I accepted it. I answered, “Yes, I will do whatever you ask.” There was much more, but what happened next is what’s burned into my spirit:

After about 20 minutes of communing with Him about these things, a great peace came over me, and I rose to my feet. As I stood up, I knew I was the Church. It was as if my body represented the “whole” Bride of Christ. I turned and sat down on the edge of the bed. As I sat down, I saw a figure of a man kneel down before me as one does when he’s proposing marriage. The man was dressed in what appeared to be a white tuxedo. I knew the man (Jesus) was proposing to the Church! Although I hadn’t turned any lights on, and the room was still dark, the outline of the man was slightly illuminated so I could see what was happening. The man said,

“You are My beloved!”
“Will you be My Bride?”

I was somehow able to utter the word, “Yes.” Then he immediately vanished, and was gone as quickly as he’d arrived.

After a few minutes of trying to absorb what had just happened, I laid back down on the bed. Then several words and images were imparted to me that I cannot talk about for the time being. I was finally able to doze off sometime before my alarm went off.

When I got up, and as soon as my feet hit the floor, I heard the following, as if someone were standing right beside me giving instructions:

“Prepare yourself for Him!”

This was said to me three times in quick succession, then on several other occasions the rest of the day.

Interpretation:

Please take what’s been shared before the Lord in prayer.

The Word says “Judgment must begin at the house of God.” We’re being told great judgment is coming upon the false shepherds and prophets in the church. Those who’ve called themselves Christian, but instead raped and fleeced the flock, will be brought down.

The sheep who’ve remained loyal and faithful before the Lord are also being judged. But these sheep have been found worthy to escape all these things (Luke 21:36). This group is being called out and separated from the rest. Jesus is saying to this group,

“You are My beloved!,”
“Will you be My Bride?”

Brethren, if your answer is, “Yes,” then you must “Prepare yourself for Him!”

To Be Continued

Matthew 25:1-13, “The kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’…and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut…”
