The Power of Less

On 6/13/26 at 10:11am, the Lord begin to speak to me the following:
Beloved, some of Mine continue to apply “the power of yes” in your lives. You apply the world’s mantra. You indulge your thoughts and desires because it brings you comfort, albeit for only a short time. What initially brings you comfort, instead turns to burden. The burden of many possessions, the burden of financial strain, the burden of the world’s expectations, the burden of poor health, and the burden of sin. Some of Mine are looking to comfort themselves in the darkness of this world, for the former days are no longer. I have told you to cling not to the former days. But, in the upheaval of this world, some turn to any means of comfort…you shop, you travel, you eat, you drink, you seek entertainment, and you spend beyond your means. Beloved, all things must be done in decency and in order. Your lives in Me must have balance. Nevertheless, some choose distraction. Some choose comfort. Some choose to turn to old sins from which I had you delivered. Beloved, rather than following the world’s mantra of “the power of yes”, I desire My Own to embrace “the power of less.” Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit, and those of Mine need to eat of it. Rather than indulging your desires to “self-comfort” by any means of distraction, I desire you to exercise self-control. Lessen those areas in your lives that provide fleeting comfort. You seek a comfort from the world that only I can provide. When you exercise self-control and lessen those burdens, turn to Me. Lay those burdens at My feet, Beloved. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and crucify your flesh. I will then comfort you. I will reward you. I AM found in the simple things. I AM found in the still and in the quiet. I will fill the empty spaces that the world cannot. It will bode well for you to exercise “the power of less” by streamlining and downsizing your lives now, through self-control. Discipline yourselves, by your own choice. As darkness continues to encompass the earth, the choice of less will not be an option. For the more you have; the more you will lose. Being accustomed to less will benefit you greatly, in what is to come.

Insights:
In the message above, the Lord made reference to “cling not to the former days.” It is a previous message from the Lord posted on 2/24/26 where he desires His People to be eternal minded. Since the former days are no longer, he desires us to be focused on things above.
Colossians 3:2: Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
