The Narrow Gate

The following is a message received while in a time of prayer during the morning of September 10, 2021. It was made plain that the Lord wants to encourage His people in this hour.
As I prayed, a heaviness came upon me in my spirit. I saw a vision of a tiny pathway. Then I heard in the spirit the words, “Veer off!” Immediately, I recognized this pathway from a dream received and posted back in October, 2019 (‘Veer off! They Are Heading for Destruction’).
The focus of the dream in 2019, was on the entire world, including the church, rapidly walking shoulder to shoulder on a super-wide highway – all in the same direction. I was walking in the crowd with everyone else when I heard the Spirit crying out, “Veer Off! They are heading for destruction!”
But this morning, the Lord was directing my focus toward the exit ramp. I stood in the same spot as before, and could see the tiny pathway leading off into the distance. Again, I couldn’t see further than just a few yards ahead, but this time I saw a narrow gate at the entrance to the path. Then I noticed I was no longer alone…
Saints, the Lord’s showing His people are now beginning to gather at the exit ramp. They’re hearing the call of the Holy Spirit to veer off the wide path as pressure mounts to submit and bow down to this rising global beast system. Mouthpieces of the devil are threatening to remove all provisions of this world from those who refuse to bow, including; the right to work, go to school, buy, sell, or otherwise participate in society.
God’s calling out to all who will hear,
“Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean; and I will receive you.” (Rev 18:4)
But the Lord’s shown, as His people draw near and stand looking at that narrow gate, many hearts are trembling. I felt a spirit of fear and heaviness in the group, because the way of the path and where it leads is unclear, as it cannot be perceived by our human senses.
The Holy Spirit then took me to the book of Ephesians, where He showed the parallel between entering through the narrow gate and taking our seat at the right hand of the Father. Saints, when we walk through that narrow gate unto the razor thin path beyond, is when we finally take our seat in Christ Jesus!
He’s calling out to His Bride:
“Rise up and sit with Me, My Beloved!”
Jesus has been given all power and authority and now sits at the right hand of the Father. He’s far above every principality, power, might, and every name that is named.
The Father has made us alive together with Christ, and raised us up to sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Eph. 2:4-6).
Jesus has given His power and authority to the Church. But the Church has yet to take that seat in the heavenly realm, and has failed to exercise the very power and authority given Her.
Just as the resurrection of Jesus was opposed by Satan and every principality, power, and dominion of darkness, so will the rise of the Bride of Christ be opposed!
The opposition to the resurrection of our Lord was of such magnitude that it was only by the “exceeding greatness of His power…according to the working of His Mighty Power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand…” that Jesus was not only raised from the dead, but completely defeated and triumphed over ALL dominion, principalities, and powers of that age – and in the ages to come!
Saints, that same mighty power is “toward us who believe,” those who will rise up and sit with our Beloved at the right hand of the Father (Rom. 8:11).
Those who take their seat in Christ Jesus will only do so by faith. I was told some time ago, “All Hell Will Come Against You” as one rises to sit with Him.
The Lord’s letting us know in advance, as we enter the spiritual realm currently ruled over by the kingdom of darkness, the battle will be like nothing we’ve experienced. Satan is terrified of a Saint who begins to step out in faith and walk in the Spirit, and will do whatever he can to stop them. He knows when the flesh no longer rules over a Saint, he’ll have nothing left to attack him with.
The Holy Spirit gave the following scriptures to encourage and instruct His people:
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
You must be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you (Deut. 31:6).
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Eph 6).
Salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in the time of trouble. And the LORD shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him. Psalms 37:39-40,
His people are to enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” (Matt. 7:13-14)
Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you (Isa 60:1-2).

Saints, we don’t have to be concerned that we don’t see the way past the entrance of the narrow gate. Jesus is the WAY! We don’t have to take a second thought about all the threats of the enemy. He’s already a defeated foe for those of the household of God. But the one thing each of us gathered outside the narrow gate will need to do is – take that first step of faith through the gate. Yes, we all must take that first step into the unknown – into the realm of the Spirit!
