The Highway of the Redeemed of the Lord!

Humbled for Service
Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart! They also do no iniquity; they walk in His ways. (Psalm 119:1-3) Amen!

I received this dream this morning the 30th August 2019. It is very similar to the dream of our sister Loveth Nwokeohuru titled “Help from Above” posted on 444 Prophecy News on the 24th August 2019. The reader is also requested to look at that dream and the interpretation given the comment section. Both dreams have the same meaning.

In the dream, I found myself on top of the crest of a hill. The hill was not very high. It was perhaps 15 to 20 feet above the rest of the terrain. It was a long crest, and it extended to the horizon as far as the eyes could see. The time was daytime, perhaps in the afternoon and I found myself walking all alone on this hill crest. As far as my eyes could see, I could not see anyone else. Nonetheless I kept walking.

On the hill-crest there were short grasses and bushes, and short shrubs spaced out intermittently. As I was walking and wading through the bushes, and maneuvering though the short shrubs, I saw lions in the terrain on the left side of the hill. They were roaming and they looked very hungry, as though they had not eaten for a long time. This made me afraid. I wondered if they would come to the hill and pull me off. Although I was raised up above the general terrain, it was as though I was invisible to these lions. My presence on the crest did not attract any attention and the lions failed to notice I was there.

All of a sudden, a man appeared in the terrain on the left side of the hill, perhaps about 300 or 400 feet away. I could clearly see him. He wore traditional African attire from head to toe; he had a brown tunic that extended halfway between the knee and the feet. He carried a herder’s staff or a spear. The lions noticed him, and one of them began to chase him and it caught up with him. I hit his leg with its paw and broke it and the man fell down to the ground. Then I saw the lion begin to eat up the man.

This event terrified me, and my heart was now racing and pounding.  I began walking briskly now, hoping to pass this section where there were many lions.

The dream ended and I woke up.

Psalm 121:1-8

[1] I WILL lift up my eyes to the hills [around Jerusalem, to sacred Mount Zion and Mount Moriah]–From whence shall my help come? [Jer. 3:23.]

[2] My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

[3] He will not allow your foot to slip or to be moved; He Who keeps you will not slumber. [I Sam. 2:9; Ps. 127:1; Prov. 3:23, 26; Isa. 27:3.]

[4] Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

[5] The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand [the side not carrying a shield]. [Isa. 25:4.]

[6] The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. [Ps. 91:5; Isa. 49:10; Rev. 7:16.]

[7] The Lord will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life.

[8] The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore. [Deut. 28:6; Prov. 2:8; 3:6.]

Isaiah 35:8-10

[8] And a highway shall be there, and a way; and it shall be called the Holy Way. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for the redeemed; the wayfaring men, yes, the simple ones and fools, shall not err in it and lose their way.

[9]No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast come up on it; they shall not be found there. But the redeemed shall walk on it.

[10]And the ransomed of the Lord shall return and come to Zion with singing, and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Matthew 7:13-14

[13] Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it.

[14] But the gate is narrow (contracted by pressure) and the way is straitened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are those who find it. [Deut. 30:19; Jer. 21:8.]

1 Peter 5:8-10

[8] Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.

[9] Withstand him; be firm in faith [against his onset–rooted, established, strong, immovable, and determined], knowing that the same (identical) sufferings are appointed to your brotherhood (the whole body of Christians) throughout the world.

[10] And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favor], Who has called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen, and settle you.

Brothers and sisters, let us keep to the highway of the redeemed, for no ravenous beast shall find us while we are on it.
Stay repentant and prayerful now. For our hour of redemption draws near.

Be blessed!

Your brother in Christ, William
