Matthew 7:21-23 KJV Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. [22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? [23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Beware my children, the enemy has come to steal and destroy you and many are very unsuspecting of his evil ways and crafty doings. You allow your world view to be shaped by others that do not seek me, nor do they serve me and they too have been led astray by the evil and cunning master, they do not realize they serve.
Lo, I have told you the enemy lies in wait, to steal your life away from you without your suspicion. You get up, get ready to go to a job you care not for, to work with people you do not know (for only I the giver of Life, knows what lurks in each one’s hearts), to earn money that you have already spent, to live a life beyond your means, to do more work that brings no joy, peace or satisfaction. How dare you think that if you just lay low, that no evil will befall you, for you fear the wickedness you know that exists, but to you it is only a shadow. It is something that you barely acknowledge for you fear the things that befalls another and dare not think how you would react. Jeremiah 42:13-17, Jeremiah 17:9
Beloved, what will you do and what will you say if the worst happens? What happens when there are no safe harbors to turn to, and you must rely upon Me alone? What will be the cry of your heart? Will you say, even so, dear Lord, not my will but yours be done? Luke 22:42
It you take a moment to ponder this truth that you may face so very soon.? Do you not think that if the worst that can happen does, who will you truly be? Will you still serve Me with all of your heart, soul and body? Look at your fellow country men. This past year, lo, these past few years has seen great devastation upon the earth and many have lost their lives. Many have lost their homes, their livelihoods and even their loved ones, those they thought they had another thirty or forty years to enjoy gone in a blink of the eye! James 4:14
Children, prepare your hearts, the days grow darker and darker still and you will face the most critical moments of your life. For many, it will be the final fire, the testing of the faith like no other they have ever previously experienced. Some have been very self-assured when they have seen others cave in to their struggles thinking, I would never…but for some, this will prove to be wrong. While you judge the weakness in others, you will face the very things you believed you were better than. You may think I would make lemonade out of those lemons but would you really? John 9:4, 1 Peter 1:7
So, while I tarry just a little longer, I am watching you. I am watching you and testing your fruit. Will it be tasty or a bitter taste that lasts long after in the back of your throat, a repulsive reminder of what you are facing. There will be no running away. Sure, there are pills, there is alcohol, there are other excesses of the flesh that temporarily numbs and casts the pain just a little further but at the end of the day, the struggle will remain and cause you to face the reality ahead. 1 Chronicles 16:9
Will you then run to my bosom? Will I finally have your undivided attention? Will you still be willing to call me your Lord, master and Savior? Will I finally hear your voice seeking me in your garden of Gethesmane?
How I long to hear you now!
Where My Son resides, there is hope! There is a truth that has stood for the ages, Jesus saves! He is the only way, the truth and the light. The hope that burns eternal. John 14:6
No matter what you face, He is there. No matter who you face, He is there. There is one who sticks closer than a brother and he is waiting to embrace you and speak to your heart in a very real and true way. He loves you and he died for you. He saw your face while he was dying on that cross. He did not die in vain for humanity but did he die in vain for you? Only you can truly speak for you. Some of you have been so full of self-deception, you do not even realize the condition of your heart! Can you truly say to me, I am yours Lord? Do you honestly know for sure if I required your life today, that you have a place set aside for you in heaven? Ask! Don’t delay. Don’t fear the answer, fear the consequence! Proverbs 18:4, Matthew 7:21
So soon more havoc will be unleashed. Then will they say that poor ______, who would have predicted what has befallen him. Only to return to their task at hand and never to give you another consideration. Don’t expect anyone to come to your rescue except My Son.
The clock is ticking down to the next tragedy. Know your destination.
