The Cloud Columns and the Floods

In a dream vision I walked in a region somewhere in the South in the United States that slowly FLOODED WITH FRESH WATER, BUT HAD EXPERIENCED NO HEAVY RAINS. The water rose inch by inch, and people looked up at the clear sky and wondered where the water came from. Then in the far distance I saw a STRANGE DARK CLOUD, WIDE AT THE TOP, THAT DESCENDED IN A NARROW COLUMN TO THE GROUND. This cloud appeared to be the source of the flooding.
I travelled closer to the cloud and saw men in black outfits and black oval helmets (in my dream visions, the Lord often portrays the demon-influenced henchmen of the Shadow Government in this way) transporting equipment—portable towers—that looked electromagnetic in nature. Wherever they placed THE EQUIPMENT, IT SIGNALED AND SOON A CLOUD COLUMN WOULD FORM NEARBY, DUMPING VAST AMOUNTS OF WATER AND FLOODING THE LAND BELOW. The men in black outfits did their work unimpeded, for THE PEOPLE WHOSE LAND WAS BEING FLOODED HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE MEN IN BLACK WERE DOING.
A small portion of humanity, under the influence of the Evil One, MISUSES SCIENCE TO THREATEN CREATION AND SUBTLY SEIZE CONTROL OF NATIONS, INDIVIDUALS AND SOULS. These misguided ones USE SECRECY AND TECHNOLOGY TO CAUSE FAMINE, DEBT AND THE DISLOCATION AND REDUCTION OF POPULATIONS.
Pray to God the Father, the true Lord of the weather and our beloved Creator, to grant his mercy upon us and FORGIVE US. OUR SIN HAS ENABLED THE EVIL ONE AND HIS MINIONS TO TAKE SUCH CONTROL OF OUR LIVES AND THE PLANET. PRAY FOR GOD’S PEACE, ABUNDANCE AND PROTECTION AS WE PASS THROUGH THE TRIBULATION.
Job 37:11-13
He loads the clouds with moisture;
he scatters his lightning through them.
At his direction they swirl around
over the face of the whole earth
to do whatever he commands them.
He brings the clouds to punish people,
or to water his earth and show his love.
