The LORD has been showing me more about our spiritual weapons of warfare and how to use them in the SPIRIT. The 4 primary new things that I have been implementing into my spiritual arsenal are:
1) Luke 10:19
2) Proclaiming, declaring and prophesying
3) Our identity in Christ (who we REALLY are!)
4) Being a ‘battle axe’
1) LUKE 10:19:
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you”
For many years, I thought prayer was enough to get me through the spiritual attacks. However, as the attacks have increase, and the evil grows thicker, the LORD has been showing me that there is much more to warring in the SPIRIT.
We have not only been given the authority to battle against satan and his minions, but we have also been given ALL POWER over them as well. The KEY is to know HOW to utilize this GOD GIVEN power and authority. Like JESUS, we can put all things under our feet…….we have HIS power to do so!
Verbally, we can claim Luke 10:19, as we trample on the ‘serpents and scorpions’ that are sent our way, in the NAME OF JESUS. We do not have to cower, and be afraid of our enemy, but are to stand up to him through the powerful WORD OF GOD.
2) PROCLAMATION, DECREE & PROPHESY:
This is where we come into agreement and alignment with the WORD OF GOD orally. When we speak the WORD, and declare its truth in the SPIRIT, it becomes our spiritual sword to cut off the head of the serpent.
When we declare out loud GOD’s promises and decrees over our lives and our loved ones, it puts a hedge of protection around us as well as aligns us with HIS perfect will for our lives. When using Scripture daily, we can proclaim verses of health, provision, protection, deliverance, peace, praise……and anything else that helps you in your daily walk with the LORD.
When I do my declarations and proclamations, I usually start with this:
TODAY I proclaim, decree and prophesy ___________________ (insert Scripture, example: Isaiah 54:17:” No weapon formed against you shall prosper…….”)
3) OUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST
We must understand what is our position in CHRIST. When we realize what the WORD actually says about who we REALLY ARE and what CHRIST has REALLY DONE for us, then we will have authority and victory in the spiritual realm.
FOR EXAMPLE: We are ‘MORE than conquerors in CHRIST; we have been given‘ every spiritual blessing in heavenly places;’ we are ‘citizens of heaven;’ we are a ‘chosen people;’ GOD’s ‘special possession;’ we are ‘complete in HIM’ ….. and that is just the beginning.
I have put together a list of our positions and authority in CHRIST, along with Scripture, that we can use to declare, proclaim and remind ourselves of our TRUE identity as believers. These are very helpful when engaging in spiritual warfare. Declare your position in CHRIST loudly, boldly, courageously and fearlessly!
4) BEING A SPIRITUAL BATTLE AXE
The LORD has been showing me that it is up to HIS people to be fighting the principalities of evil that have come against us. Just as the LORD used MOSES to show GOD’s power and might, so will HE wants to use us.
We are HIS hands, HIS feet, HIS mouth, HIS eyes and ears. HE works through us and along side of us, if we let HIM. HE has given us all that we need in spiritual weapons to use be HIS ‘war club’ or ‘battle axe,’ like it says in Jeremiah 51:20:
““You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With you I will destroy kingdoms;”

As the darkness grows darker all around us, we must remember that the LORD said that in the last days, things would get really, really bad here on planet earth. However, while we wait for HIS soon return, HE has already given us all that we need to serve HIM and to fight the spiritual battle that is raging.

MESSAGE:
While praying on October 7th, 2019, I heard these words from the LORD:
“The SPIRIT OF HAMAN is upon the land.
Just like Esther, pray and fast for your people.
That is the only way the onslaught can be stopped.
These are the days of Esther.”
The LORD has shown me that the SPIRIT OF HAMAN, is the SPIRIT OF HATE upon the land. Like in the DAYS OF ESTHER, we must fast and pray for GOD’S PEOPLE.
BOOK OF ESTHER:
CHAPTER 4:
–” And Mordecai told him all that had happened to him, and the sum of money that Haman had promised to pay into the king’s treasuries to destroy the Jews.” (vs. 7)
–“And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
–Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai: “Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!” So Mordecai went his way and did according to all that Esther commanded him.” (verses 13-17)
