Dear brothers and sisters,
So far, I have shared 2 major words regarding Canada. One highlighted the overturning of our PM; the other, the sins of our nation and its need for repentance.
The titles for these words were ‘Overturning the Tables’ and ‘Repent Canada!‘ If you haven’t read or listened to these prophecies yet, I would recommend doing so before proceeding with this Word so you may gain understanding and a bit of background on what the Lord has said so far with regards to our country.
On Feb.2/2022, while in prayer I was asking the Lord regarding the outcome of the situation in Ottawa and the convoy.
After my prayer, the Holy Spirit led me to Job 15:22-26, 29-33 which says, ‘
He despairs of escaping the realm of darkness; he is marked for the sword. He wanders about for food like a vulture; he knows the day of darkness is at hand. Distress and anguish fill him with terror; troubles overwhelm him, like a king poised to attack, because he shakes his fist at God and vaunts himself against the Almighty, defiantly charging against him with a thick, strong shield. He will no longer be rich and his wealth will not endure, nor will his possessions spread over the land. He will not escape the darkness; a flame will wither his shoots, and the breath of God’s mouth will carry him away. Let him not deceive himself by trusting what is worthless, for he will get nothing in return. Before his time he will wither, and his branches will not flourish. He will be like a vine stripped of its unripe grapes, like an olive tree shedding its blossoms.’
I felt that the above words were directed at Mr. Trudeau.
Then I asked Father if Canada had repented and would be able to escape the upcoming judgments of the nations.
This time, the Holy Spirit led me to Jer.49:12,
‘This is what the Lord says: “If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, why should you go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must drink it.’
On Feb.3/2022, while praying over Canada, I asked the Lord if we were at the point where our PM would be overthrown and a new leader would come in. To this His precious Holy Spirit led me to Amos 5:4-6a), 14-15.
This is what the Lord says to Israel: “SEEK ME AND LIVE”. Do not seek Bethel, do not go to Gilgal, do not journey to Beersheba. For Gilgal will surely go into exile, and Bethel will be reduced to nothing. SEEK THE LORD AND LIVE. SEEK GOOD, NOT EVIL, that you may live. Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you, just as you say he is. Hate evil, love good; maintain justice in the courts. Perhaps the Lord God Almighty will have mercy on the remnant of Joseph.
We are not to seek deliverance from our current political, economic, social situations through our own intellect, other people, methods or ideas. If we want to see real results, then the answer is SEEK THE LORD. Plain and simple. Only He can deliver us. After you have sought repentance in your own personal life, intercede through fasting and incessant prayer.
Amos 16 a) Therefore this is what the Lord, the Lord God Almighty, says: “There will be WAILING in all the streets and CRIES of ANGUISH in every public square.
*This last verse ties back to the Rhema Word in ‘Repent Canada!‘. If we fail to humble ourselves before our Holy God, we are to expect wailing and cries of anguish in our streets.
On Feb.4/2022, during my time with the Lord in my secret place I asked Father once again regarding Canada. He gave me Jer.36:2-3.
“Take a scroll and write on it all the words I have spoken to you concerning Israel, Judah and all the other nations from the time I began speaking to you in the reign of Josiah till now.
Perhaps when the people of Judah hear about every disaster I plan to inflict on them, they will each turn from their wicked ways; then I will forgive their wickedness and their sin.”
At this, I understood why the Holy Spirit has been pressing me lately to get all old and new prophecies out on this new channel and other platforms. He wants me to fulfill the purpose of the watchman in Ezekiel 33 and alert Canada (and all other countries the Lord has given me prophecies for), should they not heed to the Words of the Lord, that judgment is here. Father’s hope is that people everywhere would repent with sackcloth and ashes, quickly calling unto Him so that He may forgive.
Then the Holy Spirit continued with Hosea 3:1,
“Go, show your love to your wife again, though she is loved by another and is an adulteress.”
The Lord was drawing a parallel between Hosea’s story and His relationship with us where Hosea represented God and Hosea’s wife, us -the unfaithful wife.
He continued with verses 3-5,
“You are to live with me many days; you must not be a prostitute or be intimate with any man, and I will live with you. For the Israelites will live many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred stones, without ephod or idol. Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the Lord and to his blessings in the last days”.
He’s saying that we need to stop loving and chasing after other gods. We must abandon our adulterous ways of life. This does not refer to adultery itself only, but to any sin that is forbidden in His Word. In order to know what these sins are, we must ‘eat’ His Word. Just like we nourish our bellies multiple times daily, so must we nourish our souls multiple times daily with God’s Word. Isn’t our soul more important than our body? And our eternal destiny more than our physical life?
* NOTE: Prophecy is a gift from the Holy Spirit in order for the people of God to gain knowledge and understanding about God’s heart and perspective of things. Our job is to heed to the warnings given. In some cases we may be able to overthrow some of the judgments, other times, only to lessen their effects. If we fail to actively pray over prophecies for confirmation and for wisdom, then they’re useless to their readers.
In closing, the Lord wanted me to share PSALM 46:
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Come and see what the Lord has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth. He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire. He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
