Take warning, Jerusalem or Chicago, Portland, NYC, Dallas, Los Angeles or…This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression. As a well pours out its water, so she pours out her wickedness. Violence and destruction resound in her; her sickness and wounds are ever before Me. [Jeremiah 6]

I wrestled with the LORD. I hesitated then wrestled some more. In obedience I am now posting the word given the evening of September 13, a word that has greatly disturbed me, a word that once received filled me with dread and a sense of foreboding and godly fear.

Red! See Red! Red Alert!! Alert, be alert, aware. Do not be taken in by big names and flashy titles. Be alert! Listen and learn. Agendas; many have agendas. Warning! Danger approaches. Do not fear -Trust Me. Things are not what they appear to be. People are not what they pretend to be. Red! Be Alert! Keep a watchful eye. Keep in mind what you have heard; guard the truth. Keep looking at Me not circumstances, not situations. Keep looking at Me. Shaking is coming, but it will only shake those things that can be shaken. Do not be among the shakeable things. Keep looking at Me.”

  • Merriam -Webster defines red alert as: the final stage of alert in which enemy attack appears imminent; a state of alert brought on by impending danger [please understand the enemy is not without, but within]
  • The American Heritage Dictrionary defines red alert as: A condition of heightened alertness or preparedness, especially to guard against imminent danger. A warning of or signal indicating imminent danger. A warning that indicates an emergency situation.

Please pray over this word and allow Holy Spirit to speak to you.

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind… So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. [James 1, 2 Corinthians 4]
