Preparing for the Days Ahead-The Spiritual and Physical War

I went to bed last night seeking the face of the LORD about a prophecy I heard from another messenger of the LORD concerning WAR. A War that has already been declared on America and one in which the enemies have already invaded from within. I have known of this for a long time and yet I have not sounded the alarm loud enough, nor have I truly gotten serious about fasting and praying over this one particular issue. I have been fasting over our ministry in the Middle East and individuals who need emergency breakthroughs, certain projects that we are working on, but this revelation that I received from the LORD this morning will change much of how I will fast and pray moving forward.
To be able to listen to other messengers’ prophecies and continually hear the need to sound the alarm has impacted only a tiny part of the Body of Christ. We need serious breakthroughs, friends. The LORD took me to the future and had me preaching to a group of people in a public area three times. The first time I spoke, I spoke of the Word of God and its veracity, it’s power. I spoke of the end times events and what was about to happen to our nation. The people eagerly filled the place and their ears were in tune. There were a few people of other religions there, a few Muslims there. They all were listening intently. I felt as though my preaching was effective and I was very thankful for the platform.
Then I immediately returned again to preach in another area close by. As soon as the Muslims knew that I was going to speak they crowded in. They heard my introductions and then they quietly listened to the message. The message concluded and then they left.
Now the final time I spoke, the Muslims were standing up preaching the Koran beside me and mocking the message that I had come to present to the people. They were overly dramatic and moving their bodies and waving their arms in the air as I spoke about the Good News of Jesus Christ. They had come to the event to shut me down from sharing the Gospel; even so, I loved these Muslims.
This is what the LORD JESUS CHRIST shared with me this morning as I prayed quietly over the dream. The LORD told me that the entire situation could have been changed. The spiritual resistance could have been greatly lessened and the power of the Holy Spirit could have powerfully fell on the crowd if the Christians would have fervently fasted and prayed. The LORD said that the Power that was needed to break down the barriers in their hearts was not there because His children were too lazy to fast and pray ahead of time. So when the LORD gives prophetic messages to other messengers, and He says to prepare for war, what He is really saying is to make fasting and prayer a priority. Do it today and it will pay great dividends in the spiritual and physical realm tomorrow!
This is not an easy message for me to bring forth today, friends. The enemy is already on our soil and the Antichrist is going to make our borders open to all of the Muslim extremists in the future. What are you going to do with this information? Are you going to just say thanks to God for alerting you, or are you going to take advanced measures for your fellow American citizens and your own households? I believe through fasting and prayer we can make a difference. Sincere repentance for the wickedness of our nation and a sincere plea to the LORD to also help our enemies receive salvation as well.
Now this is an interesting little tid bit. The LORD shared with me that I cannot see the evidence of my own fasting in prayer in real time, but He could give me an example to help me see how powerful it is. He said for me to just pretend that every time I fasted, every time I skipped a meal, I should celebrate the deliverance of one Muslim person in the future. Now that will take a lot of Christians with golden hearts for the lost. It can be done though. And I believe it must begin with the messengers and the other watchmen. We could fast for the Muslims on Mondays. Just a clever little way to help us remember. Or fast over the upcoming war on Wednesdays. What the LORD will do in response to our fasting? Only heaven truly knows, but we are running out of time and we must take action now.
Of course while we are fasting the LORD is raising up His army of preachers and teachers and evangelists, and an army of healers and worshipers and deliverers. Let the Master Potter use each of us as He chooses and be true agents of change. Fasting and praying for the Latter Rains in the USA is one of the greatest honors of all! Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
