In a dream vision, the Holy Spirit took me to semi-rural area, where I watched the quick construction of a small structure. As the building went up—in the course of a day—I saw bars instead of windows on the exterior walls. The structure was so simple it didn’t have obvious amenities like permanent plumbing and heating. If it was a jail, it was not meant to hold inmates long, maybe only a few hours or overnight until they could be transported elsewhere.
Then the Holy Spirit took me inside the “jail,” where I saw a most atypical inmate, someone who did not look violent or dangerous at first glance. She was a young blonde woman, perhaps a protestor, with a medical condition whose body could not handle being in a place with no medical assistance. She lay unconscious, perhaps in a diabetic coma. She was being taken away before she could die there.
Then the Holy Spirit took me outside this temporary holding facility, and to my surprise, another pop-up jail, identical to the first, was being constructed right next to it! The government authorized the construction because it believed one of these small jails would not be enough to handle the number of arrests in the area.
Matthew 13:15-16 (AMP)
15For this nation’s heart has grown hard,
And with their ears they hardly hear,
And they have [tightly] closed their eyes,
Otherwise they would see with their eyes,
And hear with their ears,
And understand with their heart, and turn [to Me]
And I would heal them [spiritually].’
16 But blessed [spiritually aware, and favored by God] are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. 17 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, many prophets and righteous men [who were honorable and in right standing with God] longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.
Mark 4:9 (AMP)
9 And He said, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear and heed My words.”
