Outpouring of God’s Glory/Fill My Cup Lord

Part 1

During the early morning hours of April 14th 2024, I had a dream that I was attending service at my home church. There were few attendees, maybe two to three brothers and sisters per pew, but the worship was beautiful, pure and heartfelt. At the height of the worship service, Ron Kenoly’s “Ancient of Days” begins playing and the intensity of our worship dramatically intensifies. The presence of God was so tangible at the point, and I can’t recall ever experiencing something like that. After that, I woke up instantly singing Isaiah Song by Maverick City and heard the audible sound of slight running water in my hotel room. I distinctly remember turning the faucet off before going to bed, and absolutely no one else used the sink after me. I earnestly believe that I had a heavenly visitation in the room that night.

Part 2

Around the 5 am hour on Tuesday April 16th 2024, I had another dream. In this dream, there was a row of empty cups, lined up back to back, but suspended in the air. Imagine a line of cups arranged on a table. However, these cups were lined up horizontally. I thought it rather odd. I remember asking myself, “who fills a cup up like that and doesn’t expect it to spill??” In the dream, I can recall perceiving a sense of urgency surrounding the empty cups. It was as if there was a window, a very short window albeit, for an urgent decision to be made. When that “window” was up, I felt an alarm go off in my spirit. Time was up and there would be no turning back. As I prayed over this dream I heard the lyrics to “Fill My Cup, Lord”.

Interpretation:

This Passover/Pentecost season, we are at an exciting kairos moment. The Lord wishes to pour His Glory out on His children like we’ve never seen before. He is searching for those who worship Him earnestly in spirit and in truth, without thought to the challenges of this world. His eyes are searching for those who are relentlessly seeking Him in the secret place. The Father is looking for those who desire to climb Mount Zion no matter how much the warfare around us attempts to hinder us from ascending to that higher place of glory. Be expectant. Be in position. Be humble. Check your heart posture. Are you prideful? Do you come into worship with your own agenda or are you patiently waiting for the Lord to reveal HIS plans and purposes? Do you bring your own worries into the Secret Place or are you eager to just fellowship and lovingly pour out your worship on Him? Is there malice in your heart? Strife? Anxiety? Remember, the Lord can only fill cups that are upright, focused on Him and adequately positioned to receive.

Isaiah 43:18-21 NIV
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. The wild animals honor me, the jackals and the owls, because I provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give drink to my people, my chosen, the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.”

Isaiah 44:1-4 NIV
“But now listen, Jacob, my servant, Israel, whom I have chosen. This is what the LORD says— he who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: Do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen. For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants. They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams.”
