National Government Takes Over Critical Public Functions Including Health Sector: Coming to Kenya!

Humbled for Service
Psalm 37: 39 - 40 [39] But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble. [40] And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, And save them, Because they trust in Him.
In this new dream received the morning of 1st September 2020, I saw the President of Kenya appoint a Committee. This Committee’s mandate was to evaluate all critical functions that are presently being carried out by Parastatal Companies, County Governments, Private Sector, etc. The Committee was headed by the President himself, and it began to evaluate certain critical services that are being provided by others. I saw out of many of the critical functions that were evaluated, almost none was found viable or self-sustaining. And thus the National Government was taking-over all of them.
Among the functions that were analyzed was the Health Sector. I saw the President with his committee standing at one of the major hospitals in Kenya. I did not see which one in particular. But it was certainly a major hospital. He and his committee were there to take it over, as a symbol of the National Government take-over of the Health Sector.
Very shocking is that the National Government did not take this Hospital or the Health Sector for that matter, to improve on service delivery. I saw the President order the shutdown of majority of this Hospital’s functions, and demand that the patients to be taken to their respective homes for care. This means that the take-overs will not be for improvement of service delivery in the various sectors, but rather for some sort of “logical conclusion” on their mismanagement or for shut-down.
Of the critical public functions that were evaluated, only one was found sustainable and thus allowed to operate on its own away from National Government influence. This particular service or Company was denoted by a “green” color in the dream. I did not see which particular sector or Company that was denoted by this green colour, but I believe that this could allude to one of the big telecommunication companies in Kenya.
Also, I noted that this committee that was always standing behind the president, was not drawn from known faces. The composition of this Committee was drawn from totally new people. Perhaps drawn from Private Sector, but am not sure. The role of this committee was only advisory. The final decision, and the implementation of those decisions, was carried out by President himself.
This prophecy comes on the backdrop of a country that is presently in marred by grand corruption and political strife, and unfortunately it will not relent and turn from its evil ways.
The Potter and the Clay
[1] The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying: [2] “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.” [3] Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. [4] And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.
[5] Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: [6] “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel! [7] The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, [8] if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. [9] And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it, [10] if it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My voice, then I will relent concerning the good with which I said I would benefit it.
[11] “Now therefore, speak to the men of Judah and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Behold, I am fashioning a disaster and devising a plan against you. Return now everyone from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.” ’ ”
[12] And they said, “That is hopeless! So we will walk according to our own plans, and we will every one obey the dictates of his evil heart.”
