My church must be proactive

In Amos 6:1 we read: Woe to those who are at ease and carefree in Zion, and to those on the mountain of Samaria who feel secure…

vs 7: … you will be among the first to go into exile; your feasting and lounging will end.

“When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among My people…

God forbid that we would have to be shaken from our beds of comfort and ease before we would recognize our sinfulness and at last call upon The Name of the LORD, the only One who can save, JESUS our LORD; but…..Rulers of darkness continue to reign. The gods of the United States of America~the spirit of affluence, prosperity, witchcraft and unbelief.

Hear clearly America the word of the LORD to His children: “Like a mighty army the church of God must move. No longer can she sit in idle desperation awaiting the next crisis, chaos or calamity~evil ensues. My church must be proactive – command the powers of darkness to flee. Claim My promises, pray through to victory. Be the light in the darkness, be the beacon on the hill, be all that you have been called to be but do not be silent. Man makes agendas, be aware but not dismayed; [look past Seattle and see the Saviour.] The times were determined from of old. Trust in and rely on God for He alone can make the crooked straight, the stain disappear and light your way to His glory.” Yet one more time LORD; rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your presence. As fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil, to make Your Name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence.

…if My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Seek the LORD while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked man [or woman] forsake his own way and the unrighteous man [or woman] his own thoughts. Let him return to the LORD that He may have compassion, and to our God, for He will freely pardon.
