Monkeypox: The Concern

Matthew 24:7-8(KJV) 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
The problem with the world is the failure to realize that this is The End, the End of Times. What is unfolding is judgment throughout the world in different forms and kinds, one of them being Pestilence. We saw corona, when it started, there was lack of concern, not giving the attention it deserves and ignored the necessary hygienic measures. Corona is not gone, it still is moving with the mutant strains with no known protections. As we gave a number of messages, the “protection” from the vaccine is waning, the vaccinated and the unvaccinated with the recovered from the infection are in the same boat, all susceptible. The prediction for the summer and the coming winter are staggering, cases in the US to reach 100 millions.
The new pestilance which is not given sufficient recognition is moving with the deceptive stigma being a sickness of only certain sector of society. Monkeypox is a pestilance which can infect and sicken every member of society. It is one of the cousin of smallpox which has been eradicated worldwide few years earlier. Some in the third world and few in the rest might still have the protection from the old vaccination.
I. Monkeypox
Monkeypox, unlike corona and AIDS virus is a DNA virus with a potential to mutate. Even though it is not infectious, spreading fast like corona, it is growing in number, gradually and slowly moving around the world. See these few numbers and determine how it is progressing.

June 27 (Reuters) – More than 40 countries where monkeypox is not endemic have reported outbreaks of the viral disease as confirmed cases exceeded 4,100.
Monkeypox, which spreads through close contact and was first found in monkeys, mostly occurs in west and central Africa and only very occasionally spreads elsewhere.
Below is a list of non-endemic countries that have so far reported monkeypox cases:

II. What are the concern.
We are told the sickness is mild, affects certain sector of society and has short recovery time of 3–4 weeks.
The concerns from this gradually moving infection is:-
1. Like the early stages of corona, It didn’t get enough attention.
2. The deceptive stigma attached to Monkeypox has put the guard of society down.
3. The people are not warned of what kind of cousin they should take.
4. There is a danger of mutation, it has already mutated.
5. There is a danger of becoming a “Pandemic,” for me, it is already a pandemic.
Unless it fits their criteria of numbers and geographic distribution, they will not give it the status of “A Pandemic.” It is already all over the world, 40 countries-East West, North and South.
6. From lack of concern and sufficient care, the danger to society is imminent.
7. The vaccine is already and you know what to do-The time tells what it is.
8. The hand of man-Moreover, the same laboratory which has worked on Corona, the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China has done similar experiments on Monkeypox, have synthesized 1/3 of the whole virus. (see refence at the end.)
One most important point to stress is -This is part of the judgment of Almighty God. More is on the way. Corona is not gone. The status of the Viral Hemorrhagic fever(VHF) is hidden from the world. Monkeypox is here.
VHF surfaced in Iraq, what the current geographic prevalence is not known or disclosed. We know the VHF is going to be a killer pandemic soon and will eventually come to America.
The blistering smallpox like disease (Monkeypox)

Yesterday, during my prayer, I asked the Lord if He can give us some knowledge and clarity on this current spreading, skin blistering Monkeypox. I asked the Lord to give us a word to one of us, the messengers.
I took a small rest and immediately I was in a vision. I didn’t recycle the vision at the moment and didn’t remember it until late at night.
In this vision. Like a fast moving motion picture, I see three four people one next to the other, all from their back. The people look of different colors, dark skinned, brown skinned, fair skinned and white skinned. I see the back of the people, all four of them above their waist covered with lesions, the lesions which look like the Monkeypox we see in the news. Their back is covered with blistering smallpox, leprosy (lepromatous), leishmaniasis like lesions
I knew the vision is about the current spreading Monkeypox. I didn’t see the faces of the people, only their back above their waist with no cloths on.
What is the significance of seeing a vision like what we see in the news.
The message is
1. This new spreading disease infects all people regardless of their skin color or race.
2. There is a potential to become a pandemic
3. Instead of stigmatizing and belittling the pain and sufferings of the people, it is better to take the necessary measures to protect people, hygienic personal care.
4. May the Lord give us clarity on this!
Is this one of the three pandemics we were warned off. The deadly one is not yet.
Trust the Lord, Almighty God, not man!

Efficient assembly of a large fragment of monkeypox virus genome as a qPCR template using dual-selection based transformation-associated recombination.
As an efficient tool for assembling large DNA fragments up to 592 kb in length (Gibson et al. 2008), TAR assembly has become essential for preparing infectious clones of large DNA/RNA viruses. Using pGF as a TAR vector, Shang et al. assembled a synthetic baculovirus with a genome length of more than 145 kb (Shang et al. 2017). To establish a reverse genetics system for SARS-CoV-2, a joint team successfully assembled the full-length cDNA clone of SARS-CoV-2 in less than a week using TAR assembly (Thi Nhu Thao et al. 2020). However, this DNA assembly tool applied in virological research could also raise potential security concerns, especially when the assembled product contains a full set of genetic material that can be recovered into a contagious pathogen. Recently, a group of scientists was funded by a biotech company to synthesize a full-length horsepox virus genome and recover it into an infectious virus (Noyce et al. 2018). Not surprisingly, such a controversial achievement has received enormous attention and raised global debate on its biosecurity implications (DiEuliis et al. 2017; Koblentz 2017; DiEuliis and Gronvall 2018; Koblentz 2018). In this study, although a fulllength viral genome would be the ideal reference template for detecting MPXV by qPCR, we only sought to assemble a 55-kb viral fragment, less than one-third of the MPXV genome. This assembly product is fail-safe by virtually eliminating any risk of recovering into an infectious virus while providing multiple qPCR targets for detecting MPXV or other Orthopoxviruses (Li et al. 2010).
Conclusions
In summary, our study demonstrated that a PADH1-URA3 cassette can effectively abolish Journal Pre-proof vector recirculation during TAR assembly, promoting the potential use of TAR in genomics and reverse genetics. Nevertheless, more still needs to be done to further optimize TAR assembly efficiency and to refine the administrative rules regarding the biosecurity issues related to DNA assembly
