Warning, Vision, Word

James 4:4 – Bella Orsi

James 4:4

Bella Orsi

I got a word last night and it was heavy duty saints. This is how it was for me.

I was sitting down and all of a sudden I was stuck in a vision I heard a man talking to me. It was a man’s voice. Very soothing and comfortable. It was the holy spirit. He said Bella, whoever is friends with the world is an enemy to God. Let the people know. Then I saw James 4:4 so I went and looked it up and this is what it said:

You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God.

It was exactly what he told me scripturely. I get goose bumps.

This is a confirmation. A couple of weeks ago God had me in Luke. I found Luke 16:15b to be particularly insightful; For what is highly esteemed among men in an abomination in the sight of God. Holy Spirit admonished us that as companies, individuals, even Christians… take their antiChrist and anti-biblical stances we would have less and less places to patronage. And ultimately this would serve us because when the mark is initiated we will be having practice in denying ourselves, adhering to Christ, and trusting in God for what we need. Many of our friends have thought that it is extreme and that God understands, over the years, but I understood it more clearly after this study. Many things are wants and not needs. The other thing He said was that all of our decisions are going to culminate to the decision made in taking the mark. Those that have been conceding and compromising will not have the conviction and trust to say no to the mark. They are too entangled in the world, lusts and dictates of the flesh. This friendship with the world includes so many things who we patron, shows, movies, music, traditions, celebrating, everything… We must continue to surrender and ask God where the enemy has place in our hearts. Praise God for the post.
