LET’S GET INTO IT AND LOOK AT THE SCRIPTURES ………………………………….
MANY OF GOD’S PEOPLE (INCLUDING MYSELF) ARE PROPHESYING WHAT GOD HAS SHOWN THEM ABOUT THE COMING 3 DAYS OF DARKNESS.
WHAT DOES THE BIBLE TELL US TO DO WITH PROPHECIES?
IT TELLS US TO “TEST” THEM. NOW WE CAN BELIEVE IN EVERY PROPHECY THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD SPEAKS ABOUT … WE’RE TALKING ABOUT THE GIFT OF SPOKEN PROPHECIES.

YOU START OUT WITH THE WORD OF GOD …
I THESSALONIANS 5:19-20
19Quench not the Spirit. 20Despise not prophesyings. 21Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
IT’S CLEAR HERE THAT PROPHECY’S ARE OF GOD. AND UNFORNTUNATELY WE KNOW SOME PEOPLE ABUSE THIS GIFT, HOWEVER GOD DOES HAVE TRUE PROPHETS.
SO HOW DO WE KNOW IF THE PROPHECIES ARE FROM THE LORD OR NOT? WE MUST TEST PROPHECIES! HOW DO YOU DO THAT? SIMPLE!
3 THINGS YOU MUST ASK OF THE PROPHECY
- THE FIRST THING YOU ASK IS “DOES THIS PROPHECY CONTRADICT SCRIPTURE? IF IT DOES CONTRADICT GOD’S WORD … THEN YOU THROW THAT PROPHECY OUT AS BEING FALSE!
- ARE THERE SCRIPTURES THAT CONFIRM THE PROPHECY? AND GOD CAN GIVE MORE DETAIL TO SOMEONE AS TO WHAT THE SCRIPTURE’S ARE SAYING THROUGH VISION OR ILLUMNATING THEM WITH TRUTH!
IF IT’S A LEGIT PROPHECY THEN WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING IN THE SCRIPTURES THAT POINT TO THAT PROPHECY. - DID THE PROPHECY COME TO PASS? IF IT’S OF THE LORD THEN THE PROPHECY MUST COME TO PASS.
SO LET’S TEST THE 3 DAYS OF DARKNESS TO THE SCRIPTURES. ARE THERE SCRIPTURES THAT CONFIRM GOD USING DARKNESS? THE LORD DOES INDEED USE DARKNESS IN JUDGMENT ACCORDING TO
EXODUS 10-: 21-23
21And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. 22And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days: 23They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
HERE THE SCRIPTURE CONFIRMS 3 DAYS OF DARKNESS AS WELL AS DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE OR DWELLING PLACE. THIS IS A GROSS THICK SPIRITUAL DARKNESS THAT CAN BE FELT!
IN JOEL IT’S TALKING ABOUT THE DAY OF THE LORD … WHERE GOD IS IN CONTROL AND HE WILL REVEAL HIMSELF IN A TERRIFYING WAY THAT NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO DENY HIM OR HIS POWER.
JOEL 2:1-2 1Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
IT’S VERY CLEAR HERE THAT GOD IS USING DARKNESS FOR JUDGMENT.
AMOS 5:18-20
18Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
20Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?AMOS 8:9
9And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:ISAIAH 13:10
10For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.JOEL 2:10-11
10The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
11And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?ZEPHANIAH 1:14-15
14The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.
15That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,REVELATION 8:12
12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of thestars;so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
SO WE CAN SEE HERE THAT THE “3 DAYS OF DARKNESS” IS BIBLICAL.
NOW THE WORRY AND CONCERN OF MANY HAS BEEN WILL THIS HAPPEN WHILE THE CHURCH IS STILL HERE BEFORE THE RAPTURE?
GOD SAID IN HIS WORD THAT HE WOULD USE DARKNESS … NOT JUST AS JUDGMENT BUT ALSO AS A “SIGN” OF THE “COMING JUDGMENT”. HE WILL USE DARKNESS BEFORE THE RAPTURE.
ACTS 2:17-21 PETER IS REMINDING EVERYONE WHAT JOEL SAYS …
17And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
18And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
19And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
20The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
21And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
PROPHECY IS BIBLICAL … MEN AND WOMEN ARE HAVING VISIONS AND DREAMS NOW MORE THAN EVER IN THESE LAST DAYS THAT WE ARE LIVING IN RIGHT NOW.
EVEN IN THE BLOOD MOONS WE SEE THE SIGNS.
THE SUN WILL BE TURNED TO DARKNESS!!! “BEFORE” THE GREAT DAY OF THE LORD … AS A SIGN OF THE JUDGMENT TO COME.
SO NOW ALL WE DO IS WAIT FOR IT TO COME TO PASS!
THE 3 DAYS OF DARKNESS HAS PASSED THE FIRST 2 TESTS!
SO IN REALITY I HAVE TO TAKE THIS PROPHECY SERIOUSLY.
NO SCRIPTURES CONTRADICT THE PROPHECY OF THE 3 DAYS OF DARKNESS.
WHEN IT HAPPENS JUST OBEY THE WORD … DON’T GO OUT OF YOUR HOUSE, FAST AND PRAY DURING THIS TIME, DO NOT LOOK OUT, STAY BEFORE THE LORD AS A TIME OF CONSECRATION. WAIT ON GOD.
GOD IS ALLOWING THIS TERRIBLE DARKNESS TO COME OUT OF HIS LOVE AND MERCY FOR US … IN PREPARING EVERYONE THAT HE IS COMING!
PRAY FOR THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR THIS IS THE SEAL OF YOUR SALVATION.
NOW WHEN IS ALL THIS GOING TO HAPPEN?
WELL … ALL WE KNOW RIGHT NOW … IS THAT THE DAY OF THE LORD IS AT HAND … AND THE RAPTURE IS AT HAND … BECAUSE THE DAYS ARE MORE EVIL AND WICKED SO WE KNOW THAT THE COMING OF CHRIST IS AT HAND!
YES! IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN WE THE SAINTS OF GOD ARE STILL ON THE EARTH!
GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!
